She promptly prepared new forms for me to fill out and informed me about billing. I was then brought back for vitals and blood work by Mercedes. She did an absolutely outstanding job! Once in the exam room she diligently but delicately instructed me on how to put on the gown for examination. I was more than astonished at her very good work! It did not take long before the PA Carlos came in the room to perform examination. He was very gentle and understanding. I had many questions since I am going to travel out of the country soon and I wanted information on which vaccines I needed. He went the extra mile and printed out a list of vaccines he recommended! Absolutely impressed by this facility and their staff. I definitely recommend them for your healthcare needs!

They can't even forward the stuff that they need to the other specialists! And even if you arrive early for your appointment you have to wait 1 hr in the waiting room and 1 hr in the room alone .. it's wild that these "professionals" are the ones we have to trust with our health and they can't even forward the proper paper work ... and they never answer the phone.

She went above and beyond to help me with my medical application, and I am truly grateful for everything she did for me. There are honestly no words to describe how much her kindness, patience, and dedication meant to me during a time when I really needed help. Heather was incredibly detailed, organized, thoughtful, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and worked hard to address my individual needs. Your office should be incredibly thankful to have someone like Heather on your team. The amount of care and effort she puts into helping each individual patient truly shows. Her work is absolutely amazing, and she is a tremendous asset to your facility. Thank you, Heather, for everything you did for me. Your kindness and dedication will never be forgotten!

She refused to refill some of my dad's meds that the previous doctor had him on. She instead prescribed him vitamins and the second time, she told him to go to a Chinese doctor for herbs. If you value good service, DO NOT COME HERE! So I get there…read moreon time but I must wait 30 minutes to be taken in because, as the receptionist told me, they are triple-booked for all time slots--RED FLAG 1 I get taken back by Freddy, the person taking my initial symptom-information, and he's asking me whether I'm having trouble breathing, to which I respond, yes, I have pulmonary hypertension and I am visiting the doctor to get an approval for a thoracentesis as my file states. The person had no idea what a thoracentesis was--RED FLAG 2. If you go to a mechanic who specializes transmissions, and his assistant has no idea that a transmission needs transmission fluid, RUN! In addition, this person speaks so loud that you could hear him from the waiting room discussing your private medical details since the office he works from shares a wall with the waiting room. They place me in a room so I can wait for the doctor, and a medical student is sent in. At the moment, I had no idea who she was or what her qualifications were, but she has all my medical info so I play along. She starts asking basic questions about my condition, the medications in taking, and then says that she'd like to run some tests before the nurse practitioner comes in. So I take a closer look at her name tag, and it says Chapman university. I ask who she is and why she wants to poke and prod at me. She says she's learning and that it will help her--RED FLAG 3. I got mad but remained calm. I said I want to see the doctor so I can get my day going. It had over an hour by that time. The student goes and gets the nurse practitioner, some huge fat guy, who's making judgements about my breathing, stating that I look fine, to which I asked, have you seen me walk or have you listened to my breathing? He seemed to become irritated and attempted to listen to my breathing. I'm wearing several layers of clothing including a jacket, and the jerk places the stethoscope over my jacket and asks me to breathe deeply--RED FLAG 4. I play along, hoping that he'll just sign off on the approval for me to get my procedure done, but he says, your breathing sounds fine. I ask about signing off on my approval for my procedure, to which he replied that based on how my breathing sounded, it would be unlikely. Before I started cursing, I got up and left. IF YOU VALUE QUALITY SERVICE, AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

I thought I could enjoy this office. But I can't. There are too many discrepancies. I had a hard…read moretime getting a norco script filled after my first visit. Haller, suggested that I take another med other than the med I had been prescribed since 2013. It's a norco. I guess he had a problem with that. So, when I picked up the med he suggested. I found out that it was for depression. I have NEVER taken any meds for depression. I wasn't about to start. I called and asked that he fill the med that I initially asked for. He claimed that he couldn't send the prescription electronically because it's a norco. I was perplexed. I've never had a problem having this med filled. Their system is antiquated. He had to fax the script in. He kept trying to get me to drive back to the office to pick up a paper script. I was like, this isn't the early 90'. Who does paper scripts any longer???? When I called to ask that they fax the script to the pharmacy. He was in the background not sounding so pleasant when discussing my request. I didn't like his tone. That was my first red flag. Here's the second: I asked for a particular prescription from doctor Haller. I was told that a referral was sent. Come to find out, no referral was sent. Instead of the doctor doing what I asked as his patient. He does as the referral guy, Kevin, suggested. I found out by my insurance that they NEVER sent a referral for me. So, I was literally waiting for nothing! If I had not called to check the status I would have been waiting in vain. This situation has caused me not to trust what they say to me. It's like, if I ask them for assistance. Will they actually do as I asked or tell me that they did But I find out that they didn't? I don't trust most. But not being able to trust the doctor's office that you choose. That's not good at all. Then, I'm wondering if this office was located in West L.A. or BH and they had a whole different demographic. Would I had exp the same thing? Would I had been lied to? Would Kevin had submitted my referral without hesitation and not talk the doctor out of doing as his patient asked? If this last thing had not occurred I would not have written this review. But I couldn't remain silent and continue to overlook this unacceptable customer service. When it comes to my TRUST. I don't deal with anything less than stellar. I wouldn't say it's impossible to regain my trust AGAIN. But they'd have to offer some incredible customer service for that to happen. Until then, I MIGHT look for another office. I WILL give an update either way.
