They have to figure out a system where they can create a simple waiting list for patients who take this very serious like me and call them when ever they have a cancellation . The pressure of having the patient keep calling should not be our job to do ,This is only making it worst in our mental state. If you are looking for a serious therapist I suggest to go elsewhere . Just off-the-charts charismatic, genuinely interested in my health, and went above and beyond to find ways to help. The receptionists were friendly, the guy who took my vitals, and the lab people as well. I am not sure why there are so many one-star reviews. Coming from my old doctor and her office, who truly did not give a sh*t, I can tell you that it is much better here. This place is in South Central but they are taking care of me, they have parking specifically for their office almost next door and Elena K. is overall an amazing individual to handle my health concerns.
