I went to one of their lash artist and i was very optimistic about how they looked and the quality of them whenever I first got them put on. Not even a day later I had multiple fans falling out and within a week and a half my lashes looked like they were on week four of the grow out period. I proceeded to message the lady who did them, she told me that she had only 30 minutes one day. So I came in that day and she spent the allotted 30 minutes on them and you could tell that she had only filled in the gaps. I finally gave up on the whole situation. It was very disappointing to me personally because I spent a good amount of money on them, which as a college student I don't have much to spare.

First off, the place was dark and messy, no music, and only one person working, so my mom and I had to take separate turns to get manicures. Next, we both got BASIC SHELLAC manicures. And when I say basic, I mean, he barely clipped all my cuticles, and gave me about an 8 second arm massage. Then, he painted our nails with shellac polish. Which truthfully, I probably could've done a better job myself with 10 broken fingers. After he a finished, I was UVing my hands in a machine that was intermittently shorting out during each :60 interval and will probably lead to a structure fire at some point. So now that the polish is dry, you can see all the imperfections, such as having more polish on my skin than I did on my actual nail. And THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, he charged us $25.00 each. When we walked into the place initially There's a sign on the door advertising a FULL SET of acrylic or solar nails with polish for $20.00. So, you're telling me that a basic manicure that a 6 year old could've have executed is more expensive than a full set of fake nails. Give me a break dude.

Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me. I left feeling valued and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back again. I had permanent eyeliner done years ago. Compared to that treatment, Patricia excelled in so many ways. She used a numbing cream which worked! That alone made the experience much better. But, her recommendation for the color to be used looks fantastic! Also, the eyeliner was applied PERFECTLY, and I do mean PERFECTLY! But she left with solid cotton white hair with several brassy, uneven, obvious blotches inches away from her scalp. I'm retired military and advised her to quickly have the color corrected before she gets in trouble with her superiors. She contacted Julietta via text message asking for an appointment to have her now ugly hair fixed. Julietta declined and told her to just use purple shampoo. When I called the salon to convey the hair color will cause my daughter UCMJ action, Julietta interrupted me several times, called my daughter a liar, and used quite a condescending tone with me. Obviously, we don't want to have anything further to do with her or this salon, so my daughter is spending yet another fee + tip elsewhere to have the corrections made. I don't know about the other hair dressers there, but I'd avoid Julietta's tacky taste, low quality "skills", and her crappy attitude if we're you. Unprofessional!!!
