They never pressured us to buy a more expensive carpet and even offered to order samples to our home so we could make the right choice. This place is terrible…read more Their crappy return policy on most items is "no returns allowed" This means if you get something home and it's broken, or infested with fleas, or smelly, goodwill has completely screwed you out of your money. I purchased an overpriced office chair here, and when I got it home, after sitting in it for a while, the chair slowly collapsed beneath me. It was unfixable. But, they don't take returns, so I completely wasted my money there. Also, they DO NOT test any electrical devices at all before putting them out on the sales floor. It is ridiculous that they just shovel every piece of trash they get right onto the shelves, without any look at it's quality or safety. You could take something home only to find out it will burn your house down. Additionally, the pricing here is ridiculous. Whoever is in charge has no idea what they're doing. So many used items for sale here for higher than they would cost new. I have seen worn-out "dollar tree" products here on sale for $5. Lastly, whomever is in charge of sorting must be insane. This store is so overloaded with garbage that you can't find any of the good items. Why is this store cluttered with items that are completely broken and useless? Who needs a carrying case for their collection of 8-tracks? A cordless drill with no battery? Skis with bindings that are so old they were considered unsafe 20 years ago? A kid's bicycle with no wheels? I wish this store was better.
