He didn't respect his client's wishes for him to leave the family alone and was quite literally a hothead. He then continued to disrespect the family when their number was passed onto him and requested a conversation with him. 0/5 stars would be given if possible. The owner is unhinged and clearly has something going on in his personal life he should get professional help for. Would not trust this man around your kids or any neighbors he might think he knows better than.

Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.
