Aaron was a wonderful technetium that working for Lee Joseph, he had to leave after he suffered a bran aneurism. Just before this happened he was scheduled to replace the circuit board on my Jacuzzi. I have the circuit board and have called Lee Joseph over the last 6 years for instillation. They have been around for a very long time so I thought that meant something. I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.

Most recently, our tub broke down several weeks before renters were to arrive. Josh bent over backwards to support our non-Tahoe tub supplier in its effort to try to locate and fix the problem(s). After it appeared the supplier's multiple trips to try to fix the problems had cured them, the Friday the renters arrived, and at no fault of Josh, the tub stopped working again. Josh worked with me well through the Friday afternoon to try to identify the cause. On Saturday, Josh came running -- on a Saturday no less -- and fixed it. Our renters were ecstatic -- with snow heavily coming down that Saturday afternoon, our renters were thrilled to get in our outdoor hot tub and enjoy the entire snowing and hot-water-jet environment. It became clear through this process that Josh new better about what to do to fix the problems than did the hot tub supplier's service personnel. And his level of service was beyond superior through it all.

During most of this time he was waiting for parts, but he never communicated this. After waiting two months, he then demanded that we pay in full before the work was done. I told him that payment would be made when the job was completed to my satisfaction. He said that he would dump off the parts at my house and bill me. I told him that I would not pay under those circumstances. At that time Brennan Miceli became abusive and hateful. He is a real hot head so be very careful around him. So, in the end he refused to make the repair because we would not pay in full before he would begin the repairs.

They responded quickly in an emergency in the middle of our busy ski season by replacing a heater. The only area for some improvement would be communication. I'd love to get regular updates confirming each service e day in advance, and then notices about exactly which service has been performed at exactly the time it has been performed. We've figured out how to work together around this expectation and I have no problem calling Jamie any time with questions.
