I called in advance to make an appointment and walked in 10 minutes before my appointment time. When I stepped inside the business, there was no one at the reception desk there, while two Asian women were sitting on the couch, staring at me curiously without saying a word as if they were completely surprised by my presence. No "Hello", "May I help you?"...nothing. When I told them I was the one with the 2:30 appointment, they looked at me as if they had no clue of what I said leaving me feel quite uncomfortable and awkward. They also barely speak English. I could have left then and there but really wanted some massage so I stayed and told them the duration I wanted the massage for, and was told that I had to pay in advance. An advance full payment for massage? Is this a normal practice? Anyway, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I was told to pay in cash because the credit card device was malfunctioning. I finally got fed up and left for another spa nearby (which I really liked). I will never come back to this spa ever again. Unprofessional, ignorant of customer service, worst spa ever.

Didn't see any reviews but decided to give this small business a shot. Boy was I mistaken. I booked online for a 11:30 appointment and booking was very easy and fit my schedule perfectly so i thought why not, so I get in my car, drive 30 minutes to the business. The door is locked, I was 10 min early so I waited. Well 11:36 approaches and the owners number is on the door so I sent a text just to make sure the owner got my reservation. Her response was: yes it was done correct, however she wasn't available until 2:30. She wasn't feeling well and forgot to block off the times until she was in. Smh. I hope she feels better soon but that's just not got business. I want to give my business to small business owners every time I can but was extremely let down by this experience. Since I'm in a lot of pain, I'll have to spend more money elsewhere, sigh.

Dr Ding is absolutely amazing! He asks a lot of questions and is great about addressing symptoms of all kinds. Prior to getting pregnant, he helped me with getting my body stronger and healthier as well as providing suggestions for food and other ways to increase my chances. I'm now about 10 1/2 weeks and he is helping me stay pregnant as well as assist with my physical symptoms and anxiety. Because I was previously on migraine medications that I have not been able to take, he has been able target those areas and it's helped a ton. My nausea has also improved. Dr Ding is great at adjusting his treatments to suit your personal needs. He is also very kind and seems to genuinely want to help. He also practices Tui Na (pronounced "twee na") has some similarities to a Deep Tissue Massage, and uses kneading, chopping and stretching motions to relieve sore points and blockages in the body's muscular system.
