I have been searching for a place like this for a long time where you can sit in a chair and have a neck and upper back massage only or even better a foot massage only. Tai Chi Massage offers it all ala cart. You decide how long you want starting at 10 minutes up to an hour and you can combine feet and neck etc. This was perfect for my sister and I as we did not want full massages or the hassle of a massage. The location was easy to find in the mall. We felt relaxed and the massage eliminated many aches and pains we both had. We enjoyed it so much we went back a few days after. What a treat! After strolling the mall for awhile, I came across this wonderful massage spot near the Dillard's end. It is a nice space, with maybe a dozen individual chairs lining the walls and very nice staff. I opted for a 30 min foot massage bc I have been taking a lot of walks lately. I went in today, as I had a tight muscle on my right side. I really tried to be a "good sport" while enduring a "physical assault." He hurt me the entire hour. He literally supported his weight with his knee on the bed for leverage. I kind of assumed he knew what he was doing; but I was terribly wrong. Then, as I checked out he asked where his tip was... I was there yesterday with my sister, we both get foot and body messages. My sister didn't like the body messages, as she is paying, the woman who gave her body asked for tips as she was trying to signed the receipt. OMG. I went back there 30 minutes later as I forgot to take my credit card back ( I tips my message women $20 tell her to shared with the woman gave my sister services too) well they said they didn't have my card, and very rude ( a man) none of them speak English or they acted that way. That man say something in Chinese!! I think what he saying was no card left here, and he pointed his finger to exit door, I gust he wanted me to leave. I asked him why he is being rude? Don't waste you money! I wish I would have gotten the guys name so you'll know who not to go to. I got a 20/20 for $43. This "massage" was a bunch of pinching and squeezing. No pressure to the muscles. On the feet he just moved around with his thumb pushing in different spots. No flexing the feet to stretch them out no true massage. No lotion used on feet or back although lotion was on the floor at the chair. I went here because I was staying close to the mall. I come here all the time and I always tip when I get a 30 foot massage. But the lady today did absolutely horrible today on my feet just poking at my feet and getting on her phone. So today I left a $0 tip which I NEVER do that because I believe in tipping well if it's GOOD SERVICE! And the lady that took my credit card yelled at me and said I need to leave a tip! I said NO I'm not leaving a tip this time and walked out!!!!!! I spent hundreds of dollars coming here over theses past 2 years. I went to this place to get a message before work...... and after the message I went to pay and something was wrong with the machine because my card declined several times and used my card multiple times and I checked my account several times and I told him something was wrong with his machine. So he called another lady on the phone and they begin to to talk in their language after that he gave me the phone and she said to me. And the lady told him to write down my name and number and she would run my card again the next day. This lady texted me like 5x and called me 7am to harassed me about something that wasn't my fault. I agree, Do Not waste your time or $! They act like they don't know English but as clear as day she's says " arnt you going to give me a tip?" As she points to her plastic jar, I said " no you didn't give me the 60 minutes I paid for, you ripped me by 10 minutes" she kept saying " no tip?" This was Sunday approx 5pm. She only massaged my shoulder w/out oil and my right hip, though I asked for a full body including head neck back legs arms and feet (full body 60 minute massage). They had a hand written promo taped to their wall advertising it, "60 minute massage $60". She proceeded to talk to herself many times during the session and passed gas( absolutely true!) I've been cheated in time at that place before but because of the convenient location thought I'd give it another try, bummed once again! This place is located in a mall and they have a kiosk and store. We went to the store. It's your typical mall massage place. The people barely speak English, they are rough as hell, but you walk out of there feeling like every kink is out of your body. And the reason why the place is rated highly is because of the price. If you want a salon-esque place, this isn't it. But the ambiance is nice and quiet and they play soft music. If you're on the table behind a curtain, it shuts out the mall noise a lot. So I got the combo which was 30 mins foot massage and 30 mins back massage for $55. The foot one apparently came with a mini face/head rub and arm rub. I wasn't complaining. :) It was good. Rough, but good. And then I opted for the chair massage, and again, rough, but surprisingly relaxing and I almost fell asleep. All in all, if you're looking for a cheaper-than-salon-prices massage, this is pretty decent. Typical massages at salons are $80/hour. So I saved about $25. Not too shabby. And yes, the place IS spelled 'Healty'. lol Even on the mall directory! So funny. read more

Horrible acupressure massage. They are rough! I had to ask the person to stop kneading three different areas four times. It was a horrible massage with horrible service. I do not recommend. My husband and I really like this place. I have been there twice thus far. It's not a place you'd want to go to truly relax and have a spa-like experience. It's a place that you go to if you have sore muscles, muscle spasms, etc. You can spend as little as 10 minutes there. Prices for the services are very reasonable...about a $1 per minute. Both massages were extra firm pressure which is what I prefer. If you have a problem spot, THEY FIND it and work and work until it's better. Truly good at what they do. I highly recommend it for problem areas that need immediate attention or to get some relief from achy muscles. I do go to another spa (Celestial) for the 5-star spa service complete with aromatherapy, hot stones, medicupping and facials. Some days I just don't have the time to dedicate 90 minutes to that experience. They do have a back area away from mall traffic that is much more relaxing. You keep ALL clothes on, except of course for foot massages. This is a GREAT alternative to pricey spas! I will continue coming here. This place isn't for everyone though! I would caution those with previous back surgeries, osteoporosis or fibromyalgia to consider some place else however. read more

Usually a great affordable place to get kinks out of back/neck but last time wasn't so pleasant. Too hard pressure, used forearm a lot going up and down back and hurt my coccyx even weeks later it hurt plus near end pushed my neck into circular head opening so hard my throat felt strangled almost and I started coughing. I feared I may have some throat/swallowing issues, thankfully I didn't. I even asked him in beginning not so hard. Just beware. read more

I was visiting Myrtle Beach on vacation and walked into their store on 501. Had a massage by Julie. It was the best massage I have had in a long time. Enjoyed the massage plus the hot stone treatment. Afterwards I opted for the table shower and she actually washed my hair. First time I had that experience. I left feeling very relaxed.
