Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup

Damn near five stars here. We waited for the employee to seat us, but from observation it looked like you can seat yourself and just order from the QR code provided at your table. The employee came by to double check that our order was correct and then submitted it to the kitchen. Upon completing our meal we waited up front for her to check us out on the P.O.S machine. Very clean dining area. Loved the light fixtures and decor. Our host/server kept up with bussing the tables and checking on people. It wasn't too busy around 12 PM, but there was a steady flow of guests. My Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup (medium spice) was beyond flavorful. Strong beef flavor and very rich. I added a little vinegar after tasting it. The vinegar brightened up the flavors. The cilantro added an even more elevated taste and were I to order it again in the future I will definitely add extra cilantro. For me personally the sichuan pepper was not as numbing as I thought it would be. It did add a unique flavor to the dish that I enjoyed. The beef was fall apart tender. So, so yummy! Their Takoyaki was good. It was cooked well. I wish it had more bonito flakes and more sauce or seasoned mayo. The scallion pancakes were good too. Wouldn't mind a few more scallions inside these as well. Definitely recommend stopping in and judging for yourself. Your tastebuds will thank you.

I don't come to the Provo/Orem area often but I was recommend this place by a friend! We were a party of 3 and were seated right away! The restaurant was decently packed for a Friday night around 6:30. The staff were all attentive and the service was quick and efficient! The ordering system bugged out on us but the staff came over and helped us order. We all loved our food!!

Fantastic. Many favorite Szechuan dishes. Rare to find a place with Sichuan cold noodles. For the noodle dishes, you choose what kind of noodles you want. Got the Sichuan cold noodles with the glass noodles. It is very well done. Do not be afraid of their spice level 4. If you are accustomed to very spicy dishes level 4 is very enjoyable. Friendly staff happy to explain the extensive menu. Plenty of seating. Parking is a challenge.

So glad I can now fulfill my noodles cravings closer to Provo! The menu is pretty much the same as One More Noodle in SLC and everything tastes just as good! Ordering is so quick & easy (just from your phone) and you pay up at the counter afterwards. The service was also pretty quick and the place is clean & well-lit (it also still has remnants of Hero Hot Pot (R.I.P.)). We got the pork shoulder roll pancake, which is a great appetizer!! (Try it if you haven't yet!) The braised beef shank noodles were yummy. The beef shank was very tender, wide noodles were perfectly chewy, and soup was flavorful and hot (how it should be!!!) My husband got the beef dan dan w/ knife-cut noodles which was so good (the favorite of the meal), and we added pickled mistard greens which made it even better! Next time I'll try a different noodle dish! Also the mild spicy was perfect for us (I can't do too much haha). Anyways, we will definitely be back!! (Also with their points system, the bowls end up being like $10-$12 which is fair pricing for the loaded bowls!)

All my Asian friends have been talking about this new place, so I decided to try it out, and it's definitely worth the hype! I loved the Sour Spicy Pork Ribs Noodles and the Seafood Mushroom Noodles, which had a broth rich in seafood and mushroom flavor (I know that's literally the name of the dish but I was so impressed that I had to point it out!) The amount of meat and seafood was very generous for a bowl that cost less than $13! I also got the Taro Boba, which was really good and much cheaper than most boba places. The place is clean. The service was amazing. I got my food really quickly, maybe even faster than at fast food restaurant lol. But the speed of the service did not mean the quality was poor at all. I enjoyed every bite, and I finished the entire bowl with no soup left. I'm very happy to finally see an authentic Chinese restaurant opened in Utah County. Highly recommend!

Dan Dan beef noodles

I have been searching for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Utah and I can finally say that I've found the one that checks all the boxes. The service was great and quick and the food was on our table within minutes of us ordering. I ordered the Sichuan beef noodle soup and my wife had the Dan Dan noodles. All of their noodles are handmade in-house and have a nice firm yet soft texture. The deep red broth was filled with flavor and the beef was fork tender. The Dan Dan noodles were also delicious and had a nice mild sauce. We also ordered a brown sugar milk tea and a lychee fruit tea and was pleasantly surprised with how the tea actually tasted like tea instead of a sugary fruit drink. And to make things even better, our noodles ranged from 10-13 dollars a bowl. For the price, I cannot find another restaurant that can compare. I will 100% be back as this place may have just become a routine stop for me.

This was a cute little place that came across when I was in the area. The menu looked good so I made a mental note to come back and check it out. Seating was really quick and there is a QR code you scan to place your order which is really nice. The place was not busy and the food came out in 5-10 minutes. The waitress was really nice and when you're ready you can go to the front to pay. I had a ton of leftovers. Would go back. Parking is also very easy, but it is a 2 hour limit.

The food is amazing. It's my first time in Provo and I'm glad I came to this place for dinner. I got the sea food mushroom noodle and then broth is rich. My friend got the signature Beijing zajiangmian and it was so flavorful! The house made noodles has the perfect texture and The environment is quiet and welcoming!

Delicious numbing spice beef noodle soup! Reminds me of quality Dan Francisco legit chinese noodle soup. Many types of noodles to choose from. Beef was tender, flavorful and not too salty. The appetizer fried mushrooms are good. Kinda more batter than mushroom but good flavor, crisp and not greasy. Passion fruit tea is top notch. I thought $14 noodle soup was high price until I got the big bowl. I was only able to eat half and brought the rest home. They have the "to go" containers set up to just grab and pack like I did myself or can ask the waitress. Friendly staff. Food comes out within a good time. Clean bathroom

My wife wanted the pork belly pho, which didn't make sense to me. I wasn't sure what I wanted because I wasn't sure what they specialized in and wanted to hear them speak before ordering. When I heard the hostess/waitress speak to me in Mandarin after entering the restaurant, I immediately knew I would order their beef noodle soup. After waiting a few minutes, I paid and left with my food. The noodles were better than I expected for the Orem area. My wife enjoyed her pork belly pho. It was more of a Chinese pork belly rice noodle than a pho like at a Vietnamese restaurant. My beef noodle soup was a hearty beefy bowl of noodles. Both of the noodle soups were perfect for a cold night. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than anything I can get in California. It was a good meal. Brothers Hotpot...I don't think they have hotpot here. But, they make some pretty good noodles at a reasonable prcie.
