A diamond and I hope it sticks around because it's the closest thing to "home" that I can find here in UT. Everything is good but my favorite thing was the eggplant with minced pork noodles!!! Ordering is using your phone and food comes out quick. Large portions and delicious food!!

Damn near five stars here. We waited for the employee to seat us, but from observation it looked like you can seat yourself and just order from the QR code provided at your table. The employee came by to double check that our order was correct and then submitted it to the kitchen. Upon completing our meal we waited up front for her to check us out on the P.O.S machine. Very clean dining area. Loved the light fixtures and decor. Our host/server kept up with bussing the tables and checking on people. It wasn't too busy around 12 PM, but there was a steady flow of guests. My Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup (medium spice) was beyond flavorful. Strong beef flavor and very rich. I added a little vinegar after tasting it. The vinegar brightened up the flavors. The cilantro added an even more elevated taste and were I to order it again in the future I will definitely add extra cilantro. For me personally the sichuan pepper was not as numbing as I thought it would be. It did add a unique flavor to the dish that I enjoyed. The beef was fall apart tender. So, so yummy! Their Takoyaki was good. It was cooked well. I wish it had more bonito flakes and more sauce or seasoned mayo. The scallion pancakes were good too. Wouldn't mind a few more scallions inside these as well. Definitely recommend stopping in and judging for yourself. Your tastebuds will thank you.

I don't come to the Provo/Orem area often but I was recommend this place by a friend! We were a party of 3 and were seated right away! The restaurant was decently packed for a Friday night around 6:30. The staff were all attentive and the service was quick and efficient! The ordering system bugged out on us but the staff came over and helped us order. We all loved our food!!

Fantastic. Many favorite Szechuan dishes. Rare to find a place with Sichuan cold noodles. For the noodle dishes, you choose what kind of noodles you want. Got the Sichuan cold noodles with the glass noodles. It is very well done. Do not be afraid of their spice level 4. If you are accustomed to very spicy dishes level 4 is very enjoyable. Friendly staff happy to explain the extensive menu. Plenty of seating. Parking is a challenge.

So glad I can now fulfill my noodles cravings closer to Provo! The menu is pretty much the same as One More Noodle in SLC and everything tastes just as good! Ordering is so quick & easy (just from your phone) and you pay up at the counter afterwards. The service was also pretty quick and the place is clean & well-lit (it also still has remnants of Hero Hot Pot (R.I.P.)). We got the pork shoulder roll pancake, which is a great appetizer!! (Try it if you haven't yet!) The braised beef shank noodles were yummy. The beef shank was very tender, wide noodles were perfectly chewy, and soup was flavorful and hot (how it should be!!!) My husband got the beef dan dan w/ knife-cut noodles which was so good (the favorite of the meal), and we added pickled mistard greens which made it even better! Next time I'll try a different noodle dish! Also the mild spicy was perfect for us (I can't do too much haha). Anyways, we will definitely be back!! (Also with their points system, the bowls end up being like $10-$12 which is fair pricing for the loaded bowls!)

All my Asian friends have been talking about this new place, so I decided to try it out, and it's definitely worth the hype! I loved the Sour Spicy Pork Ribs Noodles and the Seafood Mushroom Noodles, which had a broth rich in seafood and mushroom flavor (I know that's literally the name of the dish but I was so impressed that I had to point it out!) The amount of meat and seafood was very generous for a bowl that cost less than $13! I also got the Taro Boba, which was really good and much cheaper than most boba places. The place is clean. The service was amazing. I got my food really quickly, maybe even faster than at fast food restaurant lol. But the speed of the service did not mean the quality was poor at all. I enjoyed every bite, and I finished the entire bowl with no soup left. I'm very happy to finally see an authentic Chinese restaurant opened in Utah County. Highly recommend!

I have been searching for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Utah and I can finally say that I've found the one that checks all the boxes. The service was great and quick and the food was on our table within minutes of us ordering. I ordered the Sichuan beef noodle soup and my wife had the Dan Dan noodles. All of their noodles are handmade in-house and have a nice firm yet soft texture. The deep red broth was filled with flavor and the beef was fork tender. The Dan Dan noodles were also delicious and had a nice mild sauce. We also ordered a brown sugar milk tea and a lychee fruit tea and was pleasantly surprised with how the tea actually tasted like tea instead of a sugary fruit drink. And to make things even better, our noodles ranged from 10-13 dollars a bowl. For the price, I cannot find another restaurant that can compare. I will 100% be back as this place may have just become a routine stop for me.

This was a cute little place that came across when I was in the area. The menu looked good so I made a mental note to come back and check it out. Seating was really quick and there is a QR code you scan to place your order which is really nice. The place was not busy and the food came out in 5-10 minutes. The waitress was really nice and when you're ready you can go to the front to pay. I had a ton of leftovers. Would go back. Parking is also very easy, but it is a 2 hour limit.

Restaurant is pretty and staff was friendly. The menu is online and you order it from your phone too which is interesting (kinda nice because you don't have to wait for a server). Food was super good! We got a side of dumplings too and those were my favorite. I'd definitely go back!

Delicious numbing spice beef noodle soup! Reminds me of quality Dan Francisco legit chinese noodle soup. Many types of noodles to choose from. Beef was tender, flavorful and not too salty. The appetizer fried mushrooms are good. Kinda more batter than mushroom but good flavor, crisp and not greasy. Passion fruit tea is top notch. I thought $14 noodle soup was high price until I got the big bowl. I was only able to eat half and brought the rest home. They have the "to go" containers set up to just grab and pack like I did myself or can ask the waitress. Friendly staff. Food comes out within a good time. Clean bathroom

The food is amazing. It's my first time in Provo and I'm glad I came to this place for dinner. I got the sea food mushroom noodle and then broth is rich. My friend got the signature Beijing zajiangmian and it was so flavorful! The house made noodles has the perfect texture and The environment is quiet and welcoming!

I will start off by saying the food was amazing! When we…read moredid not receive our order through Yelp/GrubHub after over an hour (showed "still in process" online), they called us to let us know it was still there. I asked if I should run down to get it and they said yes, not realizing at the time that we ordered for delivery. I ran down to pick it up and they confirmed that it was supposed to be picked up and delivered to our hotel by GrubHub and apologized for it not being brought to us. They also confirmed that the order was READY at 8:41pm, but it was now 10:05pm! They said the sushi had been out for too long and would make us a whole new order, which was ready within 10 minutes, free of charge. My brain had not even processed that my husband ordered sushi and that sushi should always be kept cold, so I really appreciated them being upfront about it! I do not want to know how that would have gone later if my husband did eat the first order... I also appreciated the comfy chairs available while waiting for my order, as we had been driving for 8 hours that day and I was very sore and tired. The restaurant wasn't too loud and looked clean and well-kept from what I could see by the front door. Plenty of parking outside, although I did show up late at night while all the other stores/restaurants in the strip mall were closed. They were not packed at that time, but had a good number of people at tables spread out and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was a nice atmosphere overall and if my children were not feral 99% of the time, I would have a sit-down meal here sometime! I also love that they are open till 10:30pm every night, which was a lifesaver for us! We got into town late on the Sunday after 4th of July, and most places were closed by 8pm, so it was great that they were open late. Our GrubHub driver showed up while I was waiting and said he had just received the order on his app and apologized for it taking so long, and would cancel it on his end so that I would get refunded. Although the waitress was hard to understand as she spoke very little English, she did find another waiter who was able to explain to me what was going on and they were very quick and polite to fix the issue. My katsu chicken was warm and crispy, just how it should be, and the white rice wasn't soggy or dry and crunchy. It was delicious and you get plenty for $12-ish. I also had enough chicken leftover for a complete meal the following day, which my very picky-eating son devoured! My husband's 2 orders of sushi rolls were perfectly made and delicious too, he said! If we ever come back through this area again on our next road trip (we are from Southern California), we will absolutely be stopping here again. I just wish that when Yelp/GrubHub refunded my order online they could have kept the tip for the staff; I didn't notice until after I got back to our hotel room Thank you so much Tamashi Ramen for excellent customer service and food!

Food is decent, but the pricing for the ramen is misleading and deceitful. They list a price for…read moreeach type of ramen, but there is an additional hidden fee for the soup base which apparently you are forced to get. It's like ordering fried rice, being asked what type of rice you want (white, brown, etc.), then getting charged extra for the rice. Really not a great experience. Update after owner's reply: While I appreciate the owner's reply and acknowledgement, it is still fundamentally misleading. Another perhaps more appropriate example is ordering wings then realizing that you're being charged separately for the flavor. Instead of lowering the price by the amount for each flavor, why not keep the same price and just make it clearer that there are options for the flavor of the soup base. I've been to plenty of other ramen restaurants that offer different flavors of soup base and don't charge separate for it.

My wife wanted the pork belly pho, which didn't make sense to me. I wasn't sure what I wanted because I wasn't sure what they specialized in and wanted to hear them speak before ordering. When I heard the hostess/waitress speak to me in Mandarin after entering the restaurant, I immediately knew I would order their beef noodle soup. After waiting a few minutes, I paid and left with my food. The noodles were better than I expected for the Orem area. My wife enjoyed her pork belly pho. It was more of a Chinese pork belly rice noodle than a pho like at a Vietnamese restaurant. My beef noodle soup was a hearty beefy bowl of noodles. Both of the noodle soups were perfect for a cold night. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than anything I can get in California. It was a good meal. Brothers Hotpot...I don't think they have hotpot here. But, they make some pretty good noodles at a reasonable prcie.

Been to this location before, but was a different management and it was a Chinese and dim sum…read moreplace. Decided to come here again (obviously new management and a different restaurant) and I don't think we will ever come back! The service is one of the worst experiences we've ever had. On a Friday night, we were 1 of 2 tables (who came in after 8pm), and the place was empty (besides a private party in the private dining room). One server for the whole restaurant. When our order was taken, we only ordered 2 items: veg fried rice and salt and pepper prawns . When the salt and pepper prawns came out, it was served with no shell and fully battered(covered). The server did not ask me if I wanted it with or without shell - I assumed it was going to be with shell (as I pointed to the menu where the picture was, displayed with shell on. So we had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to get that order to come out. The shrimp they used was mushy on the inside, a bit gray colored (towards the tail, on the inside), and they used too much cornstarch for the breading - so it wasn't as crispy as expected. Trust me, I've had my share of salt and pepper shrimp (with shell on) and this was probably the worst I've had. I had to get up a few times to ask for: utensils, a Diet Coke, and boxes to go for our food. The only reason is I'm giving this place 2/5 stars (instead of 1) is because the veggie fried rice was decent. But over all, service, with the prices they charge, for MEH Chinese - you can get better quality Chinese at Feast Buffet or King Buffet - and those places do salt and pepper shrimp the right way!
