Absolutely devastated. They ruined my wedding dress. I…read moredon't even know where to start. My wedding dress needed to be hemmed at the bottom and taken in a bit at the top. I took it in and they told me they could do it for $250 cash. I said okay. They said they would have it dry cleaned and ready to go on June 6th if it fit. If not, I would have a second fitting the 20th. I go on the 6th and the dress is not ready at all and somehow way too big. The layers of the zipper weren't even together and there were safety pins everywhere in it poking me when I tried it on. I say fine we can come back June 20th. They tell me it will be $500 cash June 20th and I should take it to get cleaned after. So they miscommunicated and either lied, or forgot what they said. I go on June 20th for my fitting and there are snags EVERYWHERE on my dress. All across the top front and all on the back that are so noticeable. I bring them up nicely and tell them I'm concerned about the snag. Mike, the owner, starts yelling at me. "NO THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT IT" immediately defensive without even taking a second to see my concern. I tell them there's no way as the dress is brand new and I brought it straight to them. He proceeds to call me a liar and tell me my dress was used and that he didn't do that. I asked him to look at the snags and to let me show him and he refuses. At this point his daughter is in there trying to calm him down telling him it's okay just calm down breathe because he's getting so mad he's red as I'm over there distraught that they just ruined my wedding dress. He tells me he's going to fix it, but it wasn't his fault because they don't have a cat or dog to snag it. (Makes no sense). I tell him there's no way you can fix snagged material especially when it's this bad. But he could try. I asked him what his plan was on reimbursing me if he's not able to fix it. He tell me "you think this is a joke? You're a liar. I did not do this! It came this way" I told him I had previous pictures where there were no snags and he refused to look at them. I told him he was being unprofessional while yelling at me and he grabbed my dress and started ripping the seam of the bottom of the dress out while continuing to yell at me telling me to go and take my dress. He then tells me after being in the business for 20 years he's never had an unhappy customer like me. (Which is crazy when you read other reviews they had) I asked him for my dress and all the pieces they had deconstructed (yes, it still wasn't even done) so I could leave. It took around two weeks for this work to be completed because they had to order the zipper. The zipper they replaced it with is yellow, not even close to the color of the jacket. The stitching is sloppy and the lines on the jacket are all crooked now. This work costed $45, and my jacket is now in even worse condition. If you really care about an item of clothing you own, don't bring it here

This service actually deserves negative stars. We have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years…read moreand have only had a couple of minor issues until this past week thru today. I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again. As we drove away, she had an employee walk my jackets to a dumpster, I guess because she thought it would make me mad. It didn't. She must be an angry elf and even more miserable person.

The final product is okay. Definitely worth the value. I rated them average because of how they do business. When the shoes are ready, they don't call to let you know. Their policy is also for customers to call to schedule an appointment to pick up shoes. Because of my busy schedule, when I did have time to call, I had a very short window of time to pick them up because of my schedule. I was expecting them to say, "Yes, they are ready." And I would have been there in 10 minutes. Rather, I was on the phone for 15 minutes, while they tried to figure out whether my shoes were ready. They had no idea how many shoes I had taken or what colors -- I was expected to tell them "because they are on different shelves." By the time that they confirmed that I could pick up my shoes, my free time was over. Since then, I was called by the owner who seemed frustrated that I had taken so long. This is now three months from when I dropped them off. He demanded I pick them up this week. When I did arrive, I was asked the same questions: how many shoes? what kind of shoes? This time, his young daughter had to make a remark about how long my shoes had been in the back, while her father stood within ear range. I don't need to be shamed. How about getting a better organizational system? It could be as easy as index cards--where the number, color, and location of shelves where shoes can be located. It doesn't have to be computerized -- although that would be nice. When there aren't customers in the store, how about calling customers to tell them shoes are ready and when they can come in?
