Their coffee is also very good here: strong and sweetened exactly to your liking. They don't serve food but you are allowed to bring it in or order it to your table from a restaurant. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. They play good music but it can get really loud, especially when groups cookbut on and sing along to the music. Went there on a Saturday night and it was busy but all of our hookahs were great. The music wasn't too loud so you can hear and talk to whoever you go with. The hookahs also were fairly priced. The only thing is they only take cash which is still an odd concept to me in this day and age. read more

I had been loving the boss's other hookah place but when I heard they opened up the new hookah lounge I was for sure gonna go for support. It turned out to be a very beautiful modernized hookah place for all ages (18+) to enjoy instead of just elders. Workers are so rude. We come here often with food and when we finish our food we usually pack the food up nicely in a bag and leave it on the table or under the table and the workers come around and pick it up for us. There has never been a problem with that. The other day we left our food packed nicely on the floor and as we were leaving the worker grabbed my friends arm violently in front of everyone and cursed at him to pick the food up. I have not been to a hookah lounge where the staff is so caring, attentive and pleasant. You walk into an environment where you are welcomed by not just one staff but multiple staff. I was there for a short trip in NY and I went to a few lounges but this one I went 2 nights in a row. The place is clean, the drinks are amazing! Let's not forget that the hookah is on point, they change coals about every 25-30 mins to make sure you get the best smoke. The servers check on you but they make sure they are not bothering you.
