Pulled into the driveway at 7:55pm, closing time is 8pm. There was already a sign blocking the drive to the wash. After I waited for a car to turn around in front of me, I was blocked in by another. I went to the office to ask why they were closed early. They stated they closed early for cleanup, they were behind because they had been busy. While I was there from 7:55-7:58 5 customers were turned away. If closing time is 8pm, then the wash needs to be open until 8pm. I passed back by at 8:29pm, on my way home, there was no one there, so this "extensive" cleanup took less than 30min and lost at least 5 customers business. read more

Chrome tip to muffler came off in carwash. Notice 7 days later. Called, left message, didn't call back. Went in but they had discarded it after 8 days. Now have to pay Toyota $250 to replace it. Notice they discard any parts left after around a week and are not responsible. read more

This place keeps charging my debit card. I have never Used take 5. I have contacted by email by phone by chat. The manager promise that they would stop charging my debit card in apologize. Now I have a bill that is overdue. Because you took money out of my account without my permission. Also, the manager is leaving their own 5 star reviews. Went for a car wash on rt 60 in Huntington wv and they had closed. It is only 6:30and the sign says it doesn't close til 8. You pay for this monthly and expect to have open hours for people who work late. I will prob be cancelling my membership. It was such a good car wash when it opened and now is going downhill. read more

Abhorrent & Disgusting employee behavior! No leadership or accountability! I have been a member of this car wash for several months. All employees I've interacted with have been incredibly polite & helpful. THEN, I arrived on Friday afternoon & encountered an employee who lost her f-ing mind on me! She began to scream at me (for what, I still have no idea). I was very calm, even polite. When I very politely asked her to stop yelling at me, her response was to scream "I'm not yelling at you! This is yelling at you, now I'm yelling at you!" Seriously, that was her response. She continued to scream for another couple of minutes, about how she knew what she was doing & didn't need any help, also screaming, twice, about how she hated her job. My only words to her, at that point had been "Did it scan me in" & "Right, that's not your company's tag, I think it usually scans the license plate" She screamed that they didn't have an LPR, & that she had already told me that (she hadn't & I had no idea what an LPR was). She cleared my confusion by screaming "LPR, license plate reader!!!" She continued to yell & try to berate me for a while. I told her to get her manager, she told me that she was a manager. I told her to get her boss, to which she screamed that her boss wasn't there. I asked another employee how to contact the GM, he told me he could not give out the GM's contact information (Huge Red Flag). I was told the GM would be in Sunday morning. I drove the hour from my house, to finally speak to the person in charge. Of course, when I arrived, I was told she wasn't there, due to a family emergency. An employee handed me a paper with an email address on it, I was told this was the GM's info. When I tried to email her, the contact information turned out to be incorrect (Shocking, right???). To call this place a joke, would only be insulting to jokes. read more

I bring all three of my cars here every week and pay $26 a wash today. I was told with a 60 pound sandbag in the back that I can't go through because it could fly out and hit the car behind me. That's funny I've had the sandbags in there For a year and went through it probably at least 30 times and of course they said it's instant termination if they let me go through it seems like their rules change every day so I will never take any of my vehicles there ever again at least auto wash thoroughbred doesn't harass me read more

I canceled my package in August before the due date. I was still charged for sugust, September and October. I have tried multiple times to get them to stop charging me and refund my money. The location can only cancel and not give refund. They give u a card and till you to contact the num. It only gives two option. Still unable to speak to a person about refunding my money and charging my account. read more

I love this place! I paid for the monthly unlimited package and would use it for "mental therapy" session if I had a bad day. The workers are nice, team playing and they rotate to relieve one another. I love the pretty colors while going through the wash. (Sometimes you do need to check your rims to ensure they have been thoroughly cleaned.) I no longer am in the area and am very saddened there is not one nearby my home in Wash DC. Great value and even when there is a long line, they move!! Great business set-up!! read more

I have been a monthly member since they opened. The service started out great but quickly went downhill. They no longer give you air fresheners, there sometimes is no one there to so the pre wash with the brush and they leave swirls in your paint. I will be canceling my membership. read more

I was so excited for this car wash and ended up being very disappointed. My brand new car ended up with tons of scratches on it and the management was no help. They said I had to have scratched my car somewhere else and that there was no possible way that they could be responsible. My car had only been washed there. I do not recommend if you like your car's current finish. read more

My only concern is I have the best monthly plan, I have notice the gates alternate as it reads your license plates sometimes customers go out of order and you will get there wash and they got the best wash money can buy and I end up getting the cheapest wash. These ha happened a few times to me. Don't know how many others got cheaper washers. Main thing is keep a eye on especially if you pay for the best wash you should get the best wash and make sure all the lights come on as you proceed through the wash at each station. Haven't figured if it's cars jumping line or getting less services for what I pay for. JUST PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR AND WHAT YOUR GETTING. First off I was excited to see one here because of the ones down south!! But that was short lived excitement...They may prep your car before you go through but it is never clean, hard part is after going through the dryer you have to wipe the jeep down because of the left on dirt... And I watched the attendance brush suds on the tires LOL they need a better brush because I literally had to clean my tires before I left the parking lot... You can get your car just as clean through Sheetz car wash and it's cheaper. read more
