It's a car wash not much to say it gets the job done we usually run it twice cause sometimes it misses some spots.

I am giving this car wash one star simply because there was nothing lower. I bought a premium subscription and have been going through this car wash several times a month for nearly a year. I went through this location a few days ago, with my 7 year old granddaughter, and I heard a ping and noticed my windshield was cracked. I completed the wash and went directly to the office. A man had me fill out a form as he took pictures while 2 other workers observed. He spoke to them and not to me. Afterward, he told me I would receive a call from the manager within 48 hours. I did not, so I called her. I2 phone calls later with no answer. She called me and said it was still under investigation. She said she (Kelci) would call that evening. She DID NOT. It was her obligation to return the call on both occasions as she is the manager. I went there today and was informed she was off. The Asst. Mgr. phoned her from across the room, nearly whispering, and then told me someone should have called yesterday. The Assistant Manager finally informed me the car wash had seen a prior ding in my windshield on the video therefore they denied my claim. Poor customer service from the employees and management other than the smiles and waves. Sub-standard communication skills and customer service on the part of management. I cannot believe that a huge conglomerate wouldn't offer better Customer Service but Nevertheless I won't be going there again. Subscription cancelled.....check. read more

I purchased the express car wash for $7.00. After I left I noticed some kind of residue on my hood. I went right back and asked them why does my car look like this. Because it has never happened before. They didn't give a reason for it. Just had me go through again and received the $16 wash and didn't charge me and was appreciated for them trying to make it right. So when I get home and looked at my car again...it's now worse than before. read more

Purchased each member of my family a monthly subscriptions to Mister Car wash on Wilma Rudolph, in Clarksville, TN. Having been going there for months and very satisfied with our experiences (refuse to go anywhere else) UNTIL I drove my car through the wash and it came out with scratches all over! I have scratches on almost every panel of my car!!! So upsetting!! Noticed it when I came home and went back to the location to show an employee what happened. The employee said let me grab the form and take some pictures...very nice but they did not seem shocked like I was, I was told the manager would reach out to me in 24-48 via phone call. 3 days, 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the location later...and I still can't get a manager to return my phone calls. Today, I called at noon and was told the manager was on lunch, so I waited until 2pm and Drove to the location to speak to him in person and was told he was still at lunch. I asked for the info for the regional manger to reach out to, the employee instead offered to call the manager. She went inside called the manager (Christopher Curtis) and came out and told me he doesn't handle this anyways and that the general Manager will review my cars damage but unfortunately, he wasn't in office today. Very disheartening to have your property damaged that you've worked hard for, by a service you pay for and no one can take 5 minutes to return a phone call. Very basic car wash. Vacuum suction isn't very strong, trash cans are always filled over the brim. I swear my car looks dirtier AFTER taking it through the wash; the wash cycle is pretty quick even for a $16 wash. read more

Three locations opened up last month (January 2018) in Clarksville, TN. This is a great addition to this town with many already existing car wash establishments. After receiving a discount coupon in the mail for grand opening, I had to try their Platinum Express wash normally priced at $16.00. The results were....very satisfactory. I still recommend to pretreat your wheels, front and back, and lower sections if you want to get the best results (especially if you have neglected your vehicle for a while and it has some stubborn grimes on it). The whole process seemed very fast compared to other car washes--the entire time it took was relatively similar to other basic wash (only including basic pre-wash, wash, rinse and drying). The Express Platinum wash includes HotShine® Carnauba Wax * Platinum Seal * Wheel Polish * Repel Shield * Underbody Wash * Tire Shine * T3 Conditioner. I don't know if I want to spend $16 every time I get my car washed (because I'm cheap), but I would go back to try some other options for sure. Of course, there's a complimentary detail/vacuum covered stalls to detail interior and wipe any excess water off of your car. The car mat vacuuming machine is unique and works very well. I haven't seen a machine like that at any other competitors' in town. Perhaps it's worth trying this place out yourself! read more

I came to this car wash to actually just use the vacuums. But I paid for the cheapest basic wash to do so. So I paid $7 to also have my passenger side mirror ripped off. Of course they tried to use, "policy" and the "age of my vehicle" as excuses to not pay for it. After some arguing they did order a new mirror. And after some more arguing they agree to pay for HALF of the labor fee to have the mirror installed. JUST HALF. So I had to pay the other half which was a little over $40. So for $50 you can get you a new mirror and a basic wash here which is utter bs. Side note. The kid they threw in front of me to deal with me was very polite. I did have to keep reminding myself that this kid did not physically remove my mirror himself. But he was very professional I will give him that. But the company should definitely take responsibilities for the things they mess up. That's like going to a grocery store and only getting 1 of the items you paid for. So that's why they get 1 star. read more

It is what it is. A car wash. Not much to say about it. Been going there for years, even back when it was called Jerry's. Never had a problem with them ever. Moved back to this side of town, and restarted my membership with the recently. None of the same people are there anymore, but I'm there to wash my car. read more

They have professional service, I've never had a problem going in for the standard wash. Also the vacuums are free! What a deal!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The was was very good, except the tailgate of our Edge. We live in north west Illinois and had 8" of snow before we left. The car was very salty and then road dirt from the trip. When we noticed that the wash missed a area of salt on the tg., we returned and they did a rewash of the same one we had bought. They were eager to get it right. Suv tail gaits are a pain for auto washes. This wash had wipers and soft brushes and a great heated air dry. While in the Wash the Mechanism Pushed my Truck into the Vehicle in front of mine destroying my Front Bumper.. Workers reviewed the video and told me my Truck was In Drive. I DO KNOW where Neutral is and that was the Gear Selected. If it was in Drive my Truck would have continued moving forward after the Impact which it did not. No one has called me or emailed me back regarding my message left on the incident hotline or the Incident Email Address!! The attendant on Duty told me it has happened before!!!! read more

Car damaged at Wilma Rudolph location on June 8th, 2018 at approximately 10:15am. The attendant on duty did return the trim piece after locating it in the wash tunnel. I requested to see the video. I was informed that the manager is out of town and after he reviews the video then I would be allowed to view. I was told that this is their policy. Additionally, I was told that I will have to bring the car back for inspection by the manager. The attendant on duty did take pictures of the damage, but was unable to assist beyond. This business should not be open on days when decision makers are not on duty. Luckily, I recorded the entire incident to include the attendant retrieving the trim piece from the wash tunnel. Lastly, I submitted all my evidence with my State Farm claim. I cannot recommend this business. Buyer Beware. read more
