Once Whistle Express took over it's a joke of a car wash. Not to mention, it broke a panel of my Range Rover that costs me $800 to repair. I went through the car wash, and I immediately noticed the damage and took pictures once I returned home. The picture is in video footage showed it was clearly their fault yet they denied my claim and said they did no wrongdoing. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will never return. If you don't prefer any damage to your vehicle, I suggest you find a different car wash not to mention customer service alone. read more

Just started the unlimited package and am absolutely obsessed! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the carwash is quick yet effective, and the additional services (Vacuums, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, mat station, etc.) are such a nice addition to the regular suds. Three options of washes and unlimited pays for yourself if you go more than once. Definitely thrilled with the value so far and excited to keep going back! read more

Have had a membership with Take 5 for the past six months and things were great until new overenship (Whistle Express) took over about a month ago. Since then, they have taken it down to one lane (opposed to two) which makes this particular location impossible to even get a car-wash at anymore. I've tried to go twice and the lines are outrageous I have turned around. But the other Highlands Ranch location isn't even open half the time you go during business hours and the one time it was, it was INCREDIBLY SLOW (literally takes 20+ minutes to now get a car wash), and have HORRIBLE customer service (in-person and via email/phone), I have tried reaching out twice via email and twice via phone over the past two weeks and have gotten zero responses back. When at the car-wash, they don't even use the brush any more or even remotely acknowledge you. At this point, it now sucks, and I just want my membership cancelled but can't seem to get through to any real being to do so. read more

TERRIBLE! The rubber piece that covers the front of the rail that holds your tire in place was missing. The attendant had us proceed forward and the uncovered metal piece slashed our tire. I have been attempting to contact them for several months and NO ONE will respond. Unless you want to be towed from the car wash on a Sunday, without your car for three days while the tire is ordered and repaired and THEN have to try and track someone down.....DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH! Changed to Cobblestone, who also has a monthly membership program, and love it. One of the best parts is there are no rails to have to worry about slashing your tire as the entryway is extremely easy to maneuver your vehicle onto the "track". 5 Stars for Cobblestone! read more

This used to be a good car wash. Now the automated Lane no longer works and they have it down to one lane where a human takes orders. Cars back up in the queue, meanwhile the car wash itself it's empty waiting for the next one to be processed. I don't think we will be renewing membership. read more

Good new car wash in Highlands Ranch off of the corner of S University and Teal Ridge. I received fast, friendly, and complete service. My vehicle went in a dirty mess and came out sparkling clean. The only thing that I found odd was at the end of the wash tunnel it just emptied into a parking lot and to use the vacuum area you had to turn around and go back to the entrance where many other car washes I've used the vacuum area is at the exit of the wash tunnel. But still a good experience. read more

I have had an annual membership at the Highland Ranch University car wash since it opened. When it was sold the 1st time it was fine, no real change in quality or service. Since the most recent change f ownership it is quite frankly the worst experience you could imagine while trying to simply get your car washed by a drive thru, non-human contact, machine. Up until the new change, members oils drive up, the arm would open after wading the window tag and you can head on in to the wash. I went there a little over a month ago and it was under construction. Went a few days later and was told to go the Town Center car wash as that one is working. Sure, by now I really needed a car wash. One that had been prepaid for with my annual membership. Within the last few days they have opened I have tried to get in, but I really don't want to wait 30+ minutes to get a car wash in what used to takes literally seconds to do. The lines are so long you can't get to Ace, it;'s an issue on many levels. read more

So I'm not super picky when it comes to a quick car wash. This place has several different options for a wash, but I did the basic wash to get the salt off the truck. I had a great experience. The employee at the pay station was very polite, and the wash was very thorough. Went through the machine, and it washed the truck clean. I had to dry it off afterward because the drys didn't really take all the water off. Overall, I am pleased with the wash. It was $10, and the truck is clean. I cannot speak about the other locations but the one off Highlands Ranch Parkway was great. read more

I've been to this place for 25 years recently (8 months) I've had a membership, had to drive to Parker location 10-15 times due to incompetence and lack of staff, management, closed business , dirty towels, vacuuming down.... Just a piece of crap location.....go to Business on 5/24, right after I drop off my long term rental....said to attendees.... Rental car, end of lease, need to cancel, will restore when I get a new car..... attendant said show this when you need to start again.....June 20 get charged 27.00 for The next month.....get a e- mail from Liz(who doesn't give a fuck).... Tells me. You have access until 7/20/25....please feel free to come wash ur car......I DONT HAVE A CAR......stay away friends GO TO COBBLESTONE CARWASH, they are everywhere and had the best experience washing my brothers cars....they need to rename " Take 5 minutes and give a Fuck".....it's 27.00 and they lost 5 of my family members, at the least. I'd really like to leave a good review but since Take 5 took over this car wash is not so great anymore. They took away the mat cleaning station and a lot of locals are super bummed about this. Their vacuums are always broken or have really low suction. Customers are mean to the kids working because not much works here anymore. Oh and the prices went up. So prices are up and most of the vacuums are broken, this is not business. The new owner of this place needs to do better. read more

Been going to this place for years and it was fantastic. Now it is terrible. Terrible facilities, terrible service and terrible pricing. They used to have mat washers and dryers, they broke and were never replaced. Of the 20 or so vacuum and cleaning stations only 4 or 5 are left operational. Employees stand around while customers fight over the vacuums. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed. They took a great business in a great location and and turned it into garbage. read more

I rarely write bad reviews but on Saturday Jan 7th I was at the Highlands Ranch location. They had the cars (maybe 7 ish) too close to each other on the belt and they started pumping into each other (including mine). I have a small scratch on my back bumper due to this and was told by the manager I needed to file a claim against the car at the front of the line for not leaving the tunnel soon enough. Which is ridiculous. I am getting the scratch fixed and it will cost about $200.00 to buff out (I have a pretty expensive car, so this is pretty cheap). The manager said it was his employees' fault for putting the cars to close together on the belt and they still won't pay for the damages. My recommendation is to not use this car wash if you care about your car. read more

A long time user of the car wash. Take five started out great when they took over this carwash but I guess the honeymoon is over. Take five pulled all mat machines in all local carwashes and price is getting out of hand! Hanging carpet pieces missing on section that cleans windows, hood and top on drivers side. Cheaper to go to a traditional carwash where they vacume and dry car now. I will be finding a different carwash from now on. read more

Message: We went thru your car wash on 3.5 at 4 pm. The fishing rack on the car in front of us came off completely in the first 5 ft of the car wash. We honked we yelled no response. Your attendant had ear buds in and never even looked up! I' d be amazed if your rollers or brush arms are not now damaged. A fishing rack should never have gone thru an automated car wash. The car it's attached to is most likely totaled and you're damned lucky it didn't damage my car. I went inside after exiting the car wash to ask why they hadn't noticed, no response. They did not come out to check the cars or the car wash. The arms can weigh up to 2 tons and they were running a long line of cars thru when I left. They didn't even speak to me once. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR CAR WASH AGAIN!!!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I MEET TO DO THE SAME!!!! I have already posted to social media read more
