Solid car wash place located on Preston Highway in okolona. It has a pill they up toon where you choose your variety of washes which has different prices sending on which service you choose. You the pull around and drive the the wash (let's be honest everyone's favorite part). Afterwards you can pull into a diagonal parking spot and vacuum the inside of your act for as long as it takes. They also have trash cans nearby for trash and vending machines that sell things like the smell good trees Pretty typical car wash. I do enjoy the separate section to vacuum out the cars. I have to wipe everything back the dryers don't work. Also, it wheels on my car so I'm gonna sue them. They sent a form letter after I filed a claim. The form letter doesn't even mention wheels talks about their brushes. It was their track that scratched my wheels up. read more

My car was damaged there last Sunday through no fault of my own (as the employees on site repeatedly assured me). I was told by dawn (she took photos and did the incident report) that either Chad or Rebecca would follow up with me no later than Tuesday. I've left multiple voicemails and no response. I have my own photos and video as well. Something was wrong with the car wash and the car in front of me hit my car multiple times (my car was in neutral and on the automated track at the time). DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$$$ !!!! I paid for the 17.00 wash, went through, left and drove 2 miles to Meijer's to pick a few things up. When I got out I noticed how dirty 1 wheels still was, So I walked around the car looking, sure enough all 4 wheels still dirty, along with the front end. Dirt not even touched or washed off from riding through the entire car wash!!! When leaving Meijer's, Girl Scouts had a car wash set up in Burger King for donations. I'm giving this place 1 star only because there's not an option for a zero. I payed $15 for a car wash that did nothing but leave the back of my car full of soap and it was so drenched with water that I had to get out and go over my car with rags to get it dry. The only good thing that I got out of this was the free vacuum, but forget that, I will be going back to my regular car wash, pay my $7 for the wash and .75 cents for the vacuum cleaner. The dryer came down and ripped my antenna off and the condescending manager told me to glue it back on when it was screwed in and perfectly fine before going through their car wash. They refuse to pay to actually fix the issue and instead want me to excuse my French half ass the job and I have gotten and estimate and the job requires dropping the headliner so it is not a QUICK FIX JUST TO GLUE IT BACK ON. I think the $30/mo membership is a good deal. I only give 4 stars because I drive an SUV and it never gets my back window clean or dry (I just jump out and wipe it off). Free vacuum and overall good value. They also have a cool mat thing you run your mats through and it vacuums off! You do have to sign up for it come out at least 2 months but it pays for itself in two washes and I wash my car at least once a week in the summer so I'm saving $30. Get the membership! I have had a membership for awhile now. It seems every time I go it never is 100% working correctly. I think its only been 100% working one time out of the whole time I've had a membership. For a long time now the brushes have stopped doing the back of my car and the dry towels don't dry the top part of the car and stops before finished. Something is also wrong with the wax or sealant, not sure which, but it smears right in my line of sight when I use when raining and I can barely see. I Have to keep my head lined up with the bottom of my windshield just to see. Please, please fix these issues. Very frustrating! read more

If you sign up with them and say cancel they will email you telling you that they cancelled the cancel since they have heard back. What. If I call to cancel I'm done don't save my card on file to reopen it cause I didn't reply to an email. I called I cancelled should be the end of it. Also there vacuums never work read more

Love that this place is quick and cheap! I mean for $3 to get the salt off your car and the vacuum is included you can't beat that! I am very lucky to have this right down the road from me, heck it's even cheap entertainment for my 3 year old! Jim's express car wash has recently remodeled it's business, they not only remodeled but they increase the rates the cheapest price for car wash now is five dollars not three dollars anymore. They offer a good clean car wash for a price of three dollars and they get you hooked and then they changed the price with the five dollar price. read more

I just canceled my monthly subscription, this place hasn't given me what I pay for, for over 2 months. Today the the rotating dryer rags at the end of the wash were not working. I have tried 4 times this week to get my car washed and I pay $70 a month for 2 cars and every time I go up there they have Orange barriers and they are closed. This car wash is falling apart, closed again for maintenance and there is no one there, I guess it's going to maintenance itself. The sign stating maintenance issues are near the gates, cannot see it from the road and pylons are blocking the entrance. They keep charging my card without giving service. This is now Car Wash USA. Even worse now than before. Billing errors and customer service will not respond to emails or vm's. The equipment is constantly breaking. They have old bug wash brushes that are completely worn out-a carry over from Jims Car Wash and have not replaced them. The car wash has parts that do not work properly now. I normally come for three dollar washes but decided since I have a new car that I would buy a monthly wash package. I decide to go for the $30 package to see if it was all it was made out to be. My car still came out a little bit dirty and wet because the dryer is not very good. I thought, well at least I have a monthly package because I'll be back soon. So when you swipe your card for the package, it tells you to see the attendant. I go through the wash and was given a clipboard with a paper to fill out. I didn't read the fine print until today so my dumb butt just realized I signed up for a 2 month minimum. Even though I asked the guy before I turned in the paper that I want to make sure this is not going to keep coming out of my account every month and he reassured me that it doesn't. Lesson learned for me to pay more attention to paperwork. I'll make sure to get my money's worth this month and then some. You can go through the wash as much as once per day (as long as they are not closed due to the weather). read more

I purchased the Deluxe package for $12.00 because we had been out of town and had the car parked outside for several weeks. You would think a $12 wash would be no match for any bug residue on my windshield, but the bug stains won. I tried to remove them myself with a napkin only to make the situation worse. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he inspected the windshield and then requested that I go out the exit, make a left turn onto a 4 lane highway during rush hour, and then pull back into the bug removal area. It seemed to me that it would have been much easier for him to walk the 50 feet back into his office and grab some window cleaner instead of my having to navigate an impossible turn.
