I joined the Take 5 Car Wash on Manhattan Blvd since 2023 I had a special pricing and money was being drawn monthly from my account. Things were going well getting my car wash and vacuuming until July of 2025 I traded my car and bought a 2025. Went to the Car Wash and a new sticker was put on. Went to do a car wash and was told that I have not been paying for the wash. I showed the manager my bank statement where money was coming out monthly. Nightmare of epic proportions! They haven't had complete working equipment in the 9 months that I have had a membership. The trash cans are overflowing and used to block the spaces that are reserved for vacuums bc the vacuums are literally never in service. In addition to the overflowing trash that gets blown around the parking lot, there are never any towels. If you are lucky enough to score a towel, it's completely wet. Their detail center is never stocked, never adequate, and there is always staff just standing around while trash is blowing through and nothing is refilled. Those are the apathetic employees. The "karen" level employee that someone else actually pictured in their Google review is quite possibly the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. She wants to engage in verbal confrontations about where your sticker is placed on your windshield or argue about some other completely trivial point each and every time I have gone. The really ironic thing is that while she is micromanaging every absurd inconsequential detail bc it's "policy", she seems completely unaware that it's probably also policy to have working equipment and stocked supplies on hand and maybe she could pick up the toppled garbage cans with the trash blowing through the parking lot rather than dictating where my sticker should be! This past Saturday, the car in front of me suddenly braked. I had to brake in order to avoid a collision. Getting out caused me to burst my tire and damage my running board. I was then directed to go get replacements and bring them receipts. I was expecting a call from them on Monday, but this never happened. Today, I went there in person. The car wash is good. I somehow accidentally signed up a membership for high bills your credit card every month and will not stop. My credit card company is declining all the charges and have this company on fraud alert. I've tried to cancel this membership and subscription and they have Dave and Michael (heavy accents) answering the phone at 1-303-779-9009 and speaking sounding far away, and they ask for my credit card number. I did not give them the cc information. I did however give them basics; The phone number, email, address, state, etc., which should help them figure it out but they want more information. They said they are with a third party and that I will get a confirmation about my request for cancellation and removal of monthly billing fees for a car wash I don't get. So far, I have not received the confirmation email for cancellation as yet. Btw, they did ask for license plate number, and or number on a sticker. Has anyone read more

my buddy and I went through to get his truck washed, they left his front window down soaking the interior, then said he had to pay extra to have it cleaned out. when he was about to get his truck after having the interior wiped down was told he HAD to tip the worker, when he didn't we were flipped the bird when we drove away. terrible place, also there are coins missing from my center compartment. read more

Two months ago, I agreed to pay for a monthly pass, at the gate, from the young lady. After all, it was only going to be a couple of more dollars, with their special. I travel A LOT and never would I have agreed to a monthly reoccurring charge. Yet here I am, with two separate charges of $25 each. Numerous unreturned calls later and I'm just DONE. I just left another message. I had my car washed that one day and now I've been charged $50.00. This used to be my favorite car wash in town. USED TO BE. I went yesterday and they literally "washed" the outside and supposedly wiped down the inside, for the price I paid I should've hired a professional to do it. It was terrible! $40 and it looked like they did nothing. I even confirmed it with the guy if they had detailed inside and he said yes, come on now! I don't recommend this place at all! (like if you don't change your cabin filter you won't breath right....things to upsell that maybe aren't necessary but they make you feel like you have to...) I was very unhappy today with my visit to Frank's Car Wash. It seems they weren't with the program, only one guy was wiping down the cars after it came out of the washing and waxing cycle. I just knew he wasn't going to do a thorough job since it was starting to get busy this morning. The worst part was I still tipped him well and he didn't even say thank you. Usually the service is really good and they do a better job but today it seemed like nobody cared. After this experience I'm going to call this week and discuss it with a manager. Originally I decided not to leave a review because after speaking to the manager, Jeston Woodhall, he understood my frustrations and provided me with a new car wash service but by the time I returned to my car.. the attendant who was supposed to be cleaning my car continued to be condescending to me about his poor job on the interior cleaning. Prior to speaking to Mr. Woodhall, I had to ask the person cleaning the interior to return 4 times because there was still particles, crud, and such in the leather seats, between the seats, and throughout the cup holders, etc. The interior windshield had not been touched, there was still pollen on the doors, things were just not acceptable. After I asked him again to work on these areas he told me that this was a quick wash and not a detailing service. I was so put off because I'm not asking for you to go above and beyond. I expect to receive a service that I paid for which includes these areas that were clearly not addressed, cleaned. I shouldn't have to call someone back multiple times to follow up on a service. I appreciated the manager taking the time to listen to my concerns and following up with a new service but until this associates "service" and demeanor improves, I would not recommend stopping here unless you want to follow up on his work like a helicopter parent and end up talking to the manager (despite his kindness). read more

I'm being very generous with 3 stars. I waited out front for a while before someone came up to me, I think you have to go into the office to get things started here??? Anyway I paid for the premium package ($35 or so?) and was shocked how they did only a vacuum and a quick wipe down to the interior. Dirt still in the cup holder, no interior wax or shine. For an upgraded package there should absolutely be an interior wax, and a dang air freshener. I've been to car washes that charge way less and give way more than this place does. So.... you are stuck in line They used to be good, but no longer. Seems they have been bought out recently. Try calling their customer service line for more fun. I was trying to find a way to give Frank's a higher rating but couldn't. I stopped by after driving in to town I mean who wants a dirty car for Christmas? So as I pull in the attendants were having a family reunion with some customers who pulled in in front of me. Then so it went at every station while I was there. This caused a back up and of course the quality of service went down. When my vehicle finally was getting dried off I was better off letting some Oompa Loompas dry it off as a lot of spots were missed that I had to ask them to come back and get. And you expected a tip? Went to Frank's Car Wash located at 4741 Forest Drive this morning spent $28.00, and I won't go back. The employees were most kind. Anyway, I take my Saturn VUE there at least once a month and they charge me 28.00 to wash and clean the interior to INCLUDE THE CARGO AREA. But I take my 2015 Buick Lacrosse in and I ask them to vacuum out the truck area where I dropped a tiny bit of sand. Without even looking, the gentleman told me he could not do this because I needed to pay extra to perform this task. I would understand if I dumped 25 lbs of dirt in the trunk but we're talking a VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF SAND. I even talked to the manager on duty and he could not explain why they charge extra to vacuum out a trunk. So let's do some math here 28.00 a month ×12= $336.00 on average plus, at least a $4.00 tip per visit ×12= $48.00 for grand total of 384.00 but you want to charge me a measly $1 to vacuum out my trunk? So, to the owner of Frank's Car Wash, you lost my business over a $1.00. I know it won't break you, but your policy sucks!!! read more

Do not go here, literally cost me $30 for something I could've done myself. All they did was half, you know what, vacuum my car. My back seat still had visible dog hair from my yellow lab in the floor. I had smudges on my windshield and windows, I literally had to take my shirt and wipe them so I could drive off from the place. The out the trash in the trash can and that was it, didn't get the bugs off the front or anything. I definitely should've listened to the reviews before I went. If I could chose 0 I would. The business has changed ownership and without notifying customers, they were fraudulently enrolled in an auto recurring monthly charge. I have notified my bank and suggest you check your monthly statements for any fraudulent charges made by the new owners. Good luck trying to contact them...they have made it virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone who can help you let alone understand you as they use an off shore call center. This Frank's location (there are several Franks locations around Columbia) is mostly for the drive through car wash, but they also offer a hand wax service which I opted for. They did a pretty good job with the hand wax, but I got the impression that at that particular location they don't get many customers who opt for the hand wax. read more
