I physically went in and canceled my membership, in March of 2024. I was told it was canceled and not to worry about it. In July, I noticed a withdrawal from "car wash". - JUST "CAR WASH" I called the phone number to find out who "car wash" was. I went that day and the ladies remembered me... ( maybe they don't have a huge clientele in wheelchairs) I went through all their hoops to be reimbursed for 4 months. I figured that it wouldn't be a problem, as I didnt use their services after the day I canceled. ( They didn't cancel my membership) I was told by Tonya through email that it wasn't their fault they didn't cancel the membership when I personally went in & was told it was canceled. They refused to make it right but did refund 1/2 of what they owed me. I was seriously thinking about opening my membership again...just because the ladies in the on site office were so awesome... BUT if this is how they do business, I don't want any part of them. If you do business with Take 5 in Munford, BEWARE. Corporate is DIRTY. UPDATE: "Owner" left a comment on my Google review requesting I call a number... After many attempts, I finally got a person to talk to. This person "passed me up the line to someone who has the authority to correct this". I got another email from Tonya. Still claiming it was my fault they didn't cancel my membership. (So much for "call this number so we can make it right") This "Owner" left a number to save face. - BE WARE - OWNER DOESN'T CARE. Hey "Owner" if you want to make it right, call me. Got a $15 wash and my car came out dirty. No. I do not recommend this car wash. For this same price across the state, others provide drying towels. Possibly if they had some, I could've finished the job and the dirt film would've come off in the process of wiping down to dry the water off. I guess I just paid $15 for a good vacuuming. I don't visit this business often, but after my experience on Tuesday, October 15th, I will not return. Initial encounters with employees always involve trying to pressure me into upgraded. I don't need an argument, just a basic car wash! Tuesday's efforts were over the top, though. I was told that with the impending rain, the wash I had chosen was *sigh* "pretty much what the rain's gonna do." Really?!? Does rainfall now include soap?!? I would have backed up and left if there hadn't been other cars behind me. This place is not worth the hassle. read more

The lady with the purple hair who I later found out was manager was very rude and condescending so when we asked for help from someone else I believe his name was christian (red hair and beanie) greeted us and was very kind. He helped close our tailgate as it is a new vehicle I couldn't figure it out. He took the ratchet straps out of the bed and replaced them afterward. He was very helpful and enthusiastic while helping. Due to his kindness and completion of service. I will be getting a yearly pass! They deserve a raise for having to put up with a manager of that rudeness! read more

Multiple no's on this. 1st- They were rude to my senior mom who had never been to it before - not patient and just rude in general. 2nd- my husband took his truck through, drove off (just enough to dry the truck to be able to see the issue after it dried), and came back since there were giant areas where it didn't clean. Think giant dirty spots amidst a few clean areas. They refused to let him go through again unless he paid. Strike 3 and you're out.... Went on a Saturday morning and there wasn't a sign stating that car wash wasn't operating, just 2 small orange cones to block the entrance. Can you imagine multiple people trying to back out of that narrow, curved drive? It was a total nightmare. read more

Every time that we drove to mingle to get our vehicles cleaned. They have the blue cones out and the kids working running the place look confused whenever I ask why.. I pay almost $80 per month and can not understand why Incan not get my moneys worth. All of the workers seem to be pissed off . It must be a difficult business to work at or operate. vacuum doesn't work half the time. They have not had any air to blow your car off for months. They say parts are ordered.

I would give these crooks no stars if I could! My husband joined some "deal" they had where you could use the car wash as many times in a month as you want for $39.99 per month, well, we tried using the wash several times and it never got our car clean so we tried to cancel our account. First of all, you can't get anyone to answer or return phone calls then when we did finally talk to someone after trying all of March, they tell us we have to go on their website and fill out a cancellation form. None of this we were told when joining, anyway, after even filling Out the cancellation form on April 26th & getting a confirmation for that cancellation, these crooks again charged our account again this morning! These people are either stupid, crooks, or both! Please do not give your money to these people who call themselves "Christians"! read more

My favorite car wash because the vacuums come with the wash. Sometimes my car still looks a little streaky so pay for the deluxe / super whatever their called but I get the 11.00 one & I'm never satisfied completely so next time I'll get the most expensive wash & see if that's better pressure & wash. read more

Best Car Wash around, the attendants are incredibly friendly and provide the best service I've seen! I have their unlimited plan and it's incredible value, all the washes are made where you save money if you use it only twice a month! read more

This car wash is crap. It doesn't get your car clean and the attendants were very rude. Don't wast your time or money with these clowns.

Bought the Express Pass went through the wash over 15 times and last time the wash broke my mirror. I had to call customer service because the manager took my husbands name incorrectly. Received a nondescript email informing me the site manager denied my claim and said his decision was final. Wow way to take care of a paying customer. read more
