Great car wash and good vacuum. We were coming back from the beach and the wash and vacuum got all the sand out. Definitely recommend.

This time around today the carwash didn't have chemical output at all,I was told by the Technicians that it was blowing the power out at the Plug, the line was backed up but he did apologize. It's always a problem with things at this business. read more

This is for 16100 Highway 54 in Odessa. I do not rate based on one experience. The experience in each visit leaves much to be desired. The employees clearly hate their job. When I drive in, I have to wait at the entrance for some grumpy character to finally come out the door and guide me through. They act like I'm a distraction. Some of the vacuums are broken, so I have to move to another spot. EVERY one of the employees I see act angry all the time! What is going on?? The one at Trinity was never this way. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AND THE SAFETY OF YOIR VEHICLE. What a horrible experience with this company overall. Machine are broken half of the time and the workers are argumentative and know nothing. Two loud knocks or bumps while going through the car wash for months now and the drying roller almost never touches the car. The wheel cleaner that is supposed to spin and clean the wheels is rarely working. I'll be going to Woodys. The only nice employee is Pat and the rest are cocky with little to no customer service. read more

Will the manager and the assistant manager of this establishment could not be more unprofessional. I moved to this car wash from Trinity car wash based on proximity. Trinity was amazing, nicest folks and had no problem allowing their ceramic upgrade to be added to loyal customers at no additional cost. This was never asked for, just presented when my family signed up at the Touch a Truck event in Starkey several years back. In the years past we moved and Speeds opened. I moved my membership and on day 1 met the manager Will. I asked about signing up for service monthly as I had at trinity. He asked what package and I explained the exact scenario. I wash my car a handful of times a month within that month I upgrade to ceramic a few times at trinity to maintain my car paint. Will stated hey we are owned by the same people so no problem. I can't upgrade you on certain washes so just let them know I sent you just if you could not upgrade every time! No problem! Months go by no issues. Last month the assistant manager when I went to use the ceramic states I'm using it too much. I stated I've been here no more than once a week and that was exactly what will had told me. If the POS system is able to allow me to pay for the upgrade at my leisure I have no problem doing that. I was told not to worry about it. Fast forward to this morning. I'm washing my car with AirPods in. I turn around from drying the exterior of my car tires to Will standing over me!! I take my headphones out and ask what's going on and get "I'm upgrading you to ceramic you abuse our system and you stand out!" I stand out??! I proceed to ask one why I'm being approached so unprofessionally and also asking what's changed from what he told me when I signed up. He states that "his people" tell him I upgrade every time and it's too much. I ask him to tell me how many times I used it last month, he states he can't only how many times I came. I asked to see that, 4 TIMES IN A MONTH! The assistant manager proceeds to laugh in my face and tell me that I'm abusing their system and I stand out. This establishment is full of irresponsible, unprofessional, racially viewed individuals and I'll be spreading that word as far and wide as possible. Thanks Will! read more

The worst in this area. Been there on three ocasions and there is only one brush for the three pre-wash bays, the water inside the tub has no soap and the smaller pads are non existence. When I asked the young man by the payment entrance for an additional brush for a waiting customer he shrub his shoulders as if he din't care. Their prices have gone up and quality control and customer care way down. Will not return as there are approx three other washes near my home who care about there customers. read more

Terrible layout! Staff is friendly enough but not too many ppl working. Something is always broken at this location. The big 'buffer' at the end of the wash has been out of service x 3 weeks. This is about as good as you can expect for an automated car wash. I took the time and made the effort to pre-clean much of the car, but there was still dirt on the rear of the SUV. Facilities are good. The normal assortment of equipment to let the customer clean inside and out. I used the automatic floor mat washer this time, for the first time, and think it works great. The opening deals for Speed's are excellent, so I recommend you sign up for them. If you do pick the $10 sign-up, pick the most expensive wash since they're all the same price. You can downgrade later when your intro offer runs out. I like the fact that the left check-in lane immediately recognized my new account and quickly admitted me. The new ownership has noticeably cut corners. I've got a three car membership and visit a few times per week. The pre wash buckets are usually quite dirty and rarely have soap in them. Many of the vacuums lack suction and the ones that do have a towel over the end to reduce the noise while in the holster. The trunk and back end are always quite wet when leaving the wash. Today I had dirt streaks up the windshield and over the roof. This was a very good car wash under the previous ownership with no issues. I would think the fix would be easy. Membership cancelled as they made no attempt to listen or make adjustments. read more

Unlimited wash for $20 monthly is a good deal, but it's a terrible experience! Car comes out clean, but you have to sit there & smell rotten eggs through the whole wash. Yuck! I like the colorful foam but wish the soap had a nice, clean smell, too. Then, add the sulfur water. Super gross. Not a pleasant time. I think I'll cancel & look elsewhere. read more

Just signed up for the $10 a month member for the first 3 months. I normally don't like car washes because I've had some in the past put scratches in the paint but this place has been awesome! I got a scratch on my car from this car wash. I reach out to management left my card and asked if they could call me back. I did not receive a call so I went back there I spoke to Will the manager/partner he has no idea what I was talking about. So I reexplained what happened showed him where it happened. Will took pictures and said he has to speak to his partner. I received a message the next day that they will not take any action and will not do anything to compensate me. At the end of the day I explain to them that the payment area is very narrow for trucks and that it would be to there interest to have someone there full time so nothing like this can happen in the future. I would not go back to this car wash nor will anyone I know. If you value your car please don't go to a place that would even comp my wash for the inconvenience. read more

My review seems to have been removed. Again. They make it very difficult to cancel. In late July I went on their website to cancel. The only option they give you is to suspend the subscription. I did that. 2 days later they still billed me! I emailed them. No response. I had to go to my bank to do a charge back. It was successful and thought that was the end of it. Last week they charged me yet again! I'm email them again why are you still billing me. I suspended it and did a charge back last month. They just wrote back saying you have to come In to cancel. What? In 2021?! I responded saying please just stop billing mu card to again. No response. I had to do another charge back that's in the middle of processing. read more

This was the best car wash I've ever been to. Staff was amazing even got a free air freshener that was super strong and made my car smell lovely. They provided everything you needed for an amazing wash. The vacuums!!!! Suction!!! Was everything . The best I've ever used . Highly recommend. Sad I missed out on the membership deal but when I go back will definitely enroll! read more
