I wasn't expecting to get it vacuumed, but it really needed it. I was then able to get back in the vehicle and drive it through the car wash. I thought I would just drive out after the blowers blew the excess water off, but then another employee motioned for me to pull forward under an awning where he proceeded to hand dry the vehicle with cloth towels and dry the windows!!! Everyone was super courteous and very friendly! I'll use them again when I'm in the area! They did a great job!!!

Knew it must have been lost at the car wash because I went straight home. Called them and asked if anyone had found it. Employee said they would look and call me back. Several hours later no call. Called again and asked to speak to manager. Manager told me he "had walked the area" and did not find it. Drove back there to find it myself. Was scolded for being in empty car wash bay, only for employees. Asked the attendant that pre washes cars before going through wash bay if he had seen an outside mirror cover that had come off. He said "sure, it's right here" and handed it to me. Manager must not want happy customers because he surely didn't care about me and lied that he had actually searched for the cover. Will not provide service at their best just to rush and close. Got an alignment and saw how the worker was checking a tire while checking out. Drove to the parking lot across the street after rcvn services to see what the working may have been spraying over, found a nail in the tire the worker was spraying over/chkn. Assuming because they were ready to close he did not find it important to mention the sight of the nail. Went back the following week to get the nail removed and have another alignment done. In btwn time I lost absolutely no air from the tire per psi. After rcvn the tire repair my tire began to loose air the same day per psi. Returned the following day to have the tire checked and instead of fixing the poor repair they claimed there was a new puncture. Without trying to explain the type of puncture/show it, they insisted I should get a new tire and that they could not repair it. I cannot wait to clear and close my account with Firestone.

I was literally charged extra just because the owner used his computer system. Imagine being charged at every place you visit simply because they use a computer to help you even dealerships don't do that. Also having surcharge for using debit/credit cards is illegal in the state of Texas. It is not the responsibility of customers to cover those charges.
