This car wash has really gone down hill since opening. The drive up computers are both broken. The attendant must come out to each car and manually enter you for the gate to rise. The actual car wash is taken care of by one other attendant. When they first opened there were four workers the additional two people would brush your vehicle on the front, windshield, mirrors and bumpers. Not any longer, the bumpers do not come out clean. They just raised the prices and cut the staff in half. The only be reason I rated them two stars is because the two employees working are usually busting butt. I have an unlimited membership, I should repeatedly go through until my vehicle is clean. read more

Buyer beware if you have an older vehicle!Before going trough the wash the attendant tried to remove the antenna and snapped it off inside the base. I was told I would receive a call in 2 day but never received one. I called on day 4, and spoke to the manager Brandy. She basically implied that I was trying to pull a fast one, she mentioned that her employees do this all the time and it has never happened before. She also mentioned that it was not my vehicle, as if that was a reason I shouldn't care. She often spoke over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise wise. She called me snarky and was very short the entire call. She said they "might" replace the antenna but not the base, "because it was not broken," even though the a new antenna will not go into the base because of the broken piece left inside. She mentioned I should be able to take the broken part left inside myself. The wash itself was decent but the customer service was horrible. I will not be returning the The Magic Tunnel. read more

Don't waste your money! All of the bugs were still on the car. It did not dry the entire bottom half of my Toyota Corolla. The vacuum I used wouldn't suck at all. A waste of my $10 read more

My car was still filthy on the back tailgate after going through this car wash. The rest of my car was really nicely cleaned but the back was still covered in salt and road grime. I got the super deluxe wash for $20 and I was very disappointed read more

New vehicle taken through the car wash. Scratched the hood of my truck in 5 spots and was told "according to video" scratches were there prior. Incident was reported shortly after having gone through the wash. I never left the property. Now I Have to meet with the district manager. We we'll see if they get this right. If they do I will change my feedback. read more

I first started using this service almost two years ago I would have given 5 stars. Quality of the wash has declined noticeably over past 4-5 months. pre-scrubbing has declined, wheels are not as clean, brushes suddenly are knocking mirrors back. Bugs remain on hood, grill and mirrors. Biggest complaint is the swirl marks on all surfaces over past couple of months. We were assured the "soft" pads used in the wash process would not cause fine scratches or swirl marks. Apparently this is NOT true!!! I would highly discourage anyone to use this car wash!!!! read more

beware beware beware check your membership for unauthorized charges. they raised mine from $19.99 -$35,00 without me authorizing it!!!!!!! i am no longer a customer. called my bank as well to dispute these charges, closed card and issued new on. this is fraud!!!!!! read more

Convenience is my main motivation for going here. I wish my car was cleaner and didn't have soap in the door jams ect. I feel like it could be better for the $15 that I spend. I also feel like the drier could do a better job. It pushes you out pretty fast and doesn't do a good job of drying my car. read more

I started there couple months ago as the ASM, everything was great. We were really low staff and within a couple weeks I got us people in and was even still in the process of hiring more. Then I was offered the Site Manager position. Did all the interviews for that position and the District Manager promised me a site and was suppose to come teach me the paperwork and everything. Week later, was informed that we was getting a new site manager for the store after promising me it. This is where the store goes downhill. Within the first week of him being there, we went back down to only 4 workers due to him not Wanting to work with everyone's college schedule. That week was also the site manager trip, he didn't even think to fix the schedule making it to where certain shifts wouldn't have anyone because they already quit. So I as the assistant manager stepped up and worked 7 days that week and also had some of the others volunteer to help out so it wouldn't all be on me. They get back from the trip and all of a sudden the blame is all put on me for the schedule that I didn't even make. Also apparently had 2 other write ups that they refused to even tell me what they were for. Then he tells my district manager to not have contact with me, which isn't very professional for the site manager or the DM. Then fast forward to today not even 5 mins into my shift he comes in and talks to me about a review on here, which I didn't write nor does it have anything to do with me. Applied for the job. Had an interview with Asm. Was "Hired" a day after. Was supposed to receive an email with a link for a background check. After a week the Asm put me in contact with the district manager, Hope. Who had reassured me that an email was going to be sent. Fast forward another week. A new site manager texts me informing me that I would have to reinterview. Which is wild, because the dm had assured me that I was simply just waiting on a background check link. Never mentioned in the call about a 2nd interview. This 2nd interview also had the added drug test that was not mentioned in the job listing during my interview or conversation with Hope. Chris also informed me that no spouses or family members could work there. Which was not a problem for me. Chris then decides to contact me and to have me inform his asm that the district manager is no longer contacting the asm. Also, that she probably wouldn't be lasting much longer. I no longer had interest in working here after dealing with chris. I also spoke with other employees after this Chris was site manager, I learned that no other new employees had to take drug test or where informed about a no family no spouses policy. Also I would like to shout out the asm, made an effort to move things along. Also works 8 hr shifts by herself due to Chris not wanting to work the hours. In fact a week after all was said and done, Chris contacts me a 2nd time to ask if "I" can contact their Asm to see if she can come to cover a shift. What an awesome way to lead a business. What a way to be a leader! Clearly no effort. Don't be scared to take a drive to Take5 just to be stuck at the terminals to have to walk up to the door just to see Chris on his phone relaxing while his employees slave away. Come into him screaming at his employees acting like he's higher level then them, even seen him watering down the chemicals used in the carwash. Also, seen his wife chillin with him in the back office, what a solid company and what away to set an example. read more
