The actual car wash is taken care of by one other attendant. When they first opened there were four workers the additional two people would brush your vehicle on the front, windshield, mirrors and bumpers. Not any longer, the bumpers do not come out clean. They just raised the prices and cut the staff in half. The only be reason I rated them two stars is because the two employees working are usually busting butt. I have an unlimited membership, I should repeatedly go through until my vehicle is clean.

She basically implied that I was trying to pull a fast one, she mentioned that her employees do this all the time and it has never happened before. She also mentioned that it was not my vehicle, as if that was a reason I shouldn't care. She often spoke over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise wise. She called me snarky and was very short the entire call. She said they "might" replace the antenna but not the base, "because it was not broken," even though the a new antenna will not go into the base because of the broken piece left inside. She mentioned I should be able to take the broken part left inside myself. The wash itself was decent but the customer service was horrible. I will not be returning the The Magic Tunnel.

They have warnings they are not responsible for any extra mods you have on your so that's a plus they spray off your mats and wipe all the windows they even have a lemon scented cleaned they use on the dash that gives it an extra clean nothing like the smell of clean I pretty much go out of my way to stop here when seeing my family and you should too!
