Not sure how 5 people can't find an oil filter that every other place I've been to has had no issues with. I will never come back to a Valvoline.

I came in for…read morea routine visit--an oil change and to have my rear windshield wiper replaced--but the entire experience turned into a frustrating and unprofessional situation. First, I was there for over an hour, which is far longer than expected for services like this. I understand delays can happen, but there was little to no communication about why it was taking so long. After sitting there for that long because they were not able to properly install my rear windshield wiper, I finally asked them to just put my old one back on so I could leave. At that point, I was told not to use it after they had already broken it and was advised to take it to the dealership instead, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. What made things significantly worse was the behavior of one of the employees, Q. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. At one point, he was openly talking about me to other employees within earshot and even admitted he was saying things so I could hear it. Being bad-mouthed by staff while you're a paying customer is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, during the service they broke my windshield wiper. I came in to have my rear wiper replaced, not to leave with something else damaged. No one took proper accountability right away, which only added to the frustration after already dealing with the long wait and poor treatment. I came in expecting a simple, routine service and left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This location seriously needs to improve both its customer service and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming here.

The staff were very friendly and the store was conveniently close. They told me about the standard charge up front for diagnosing the issue which is about $125 after taxes. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and about 3.5 hours later they called to tell be it was a bad spark plug and ignition coil which would cost about $490 and included the diagnostic charge. I was happy it was not something worse but it also seemed excessively spendy. If I wanted to replace all the spark plugs, I was looking at $1123. They were charging $53 a spark plug. The same exact brand and model cost $15 at your local auto supply store. I know they need to have a mark up but over 3 times? Labor was also I believe excessively charged. They took my car apart to diagnose it because they said they checked all the spark plugs. Why is it another 2.9 hours of labor to put it back together? Anyway, if you need to get your car fixed right away, bring it there and they can do it the next day with friendly staff. You will pay extra for that service though.

The crew there was very polite and helpful. They repaired my brakes and rotor and get this, i still had money left over to get lunch. They didn't sell me any non essential items, and they tried to salvage the old battery in my car before selling me a new one that i knew i had to buy. I even got an oil change for both my vehicles and again still had money to eat and feed my kids. Definitely give the guys at Wholesale Auto repair a chance to repair your vehicle. They are how you always wished the car repair experience would be. They are fair, reliable, and quick. They leave you with a few bucks in your pockets unlike the dealers. Great experience !!!

Fortunately, Motomaxx was able to get me in the next day and is conveniently close to the dealership where the car was. They also charged far less than some other nearby places. I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. If I lived in this area , I would probably become a regular.

The gal was on the phone, the guy stuttered for a long seconds with "uhhhhhhhh.....it starts at $35". I asked him why does it costs less than an oil change, the stated price on the sign board, in their shop, for $30. He said: that's inside. I said: What's the difference between inside and outside? He replies: well...that's the advertised price inside, in the event that we run a special. Normally, an oil change costs $70. Really? They're in the business of slashing 60% off? Terrible liar. After sensing a complete bait-n-switch with a flavor ful of up-pricing, I just leave. How hard is it to move 2 tires from the back to the front, and vice versa? And, for $35? Ha! Starting this off with this......This shop and everyone who works there is AWESOME the BEST! I can…read morenot recommend them enough! I had what I thought or wondered was a MAJOR exhaust and muffler problem, as my car went from running normally to SO F@CKING LOUD one morning. So loud I wondered if my catalytic convertor was stolen. So I made the appointment same day, they diagnosed the problem with in an hour and while they couldn't fix it on the spot (needs a special part from a dealer) they found out that it was a fairly minor problem with minor time/cost to repair. And they not only did this they made an adjustment to the broken part to temporarily "fix" the issue until I can find a dealer with the part. And to top it off? They didn't charge me a CENT. Not for the inspection, or their time and effort in the short term fix. THIS right here is what a shop should be and customer service should be. Not only this, but they're super nice people who let me let lose about how happy I was, including hugging some of them. FIRST CLASS location all the way!!
