I had a flat tire, I was helped out with it, and there was some damages, and it was fixed, the complaints on here may talk about charges, but if we're talking about the results, the mechanic got it done, and got me back on the road. I won't likely ever come back since I don't live in Andover, and the trip to this auto shop is quite far away from my place of residence, but they did a good shop and were hospitable so I thank them for that. read more

Victory and lyft are steeling from lyft drivers. The lyft app priced vehicle inspection at $30 and when you get there it's $50. It's been going on for 2 years. Victory blames lyft for not changing the price in there app. All the other prices of other companies in the app are correct. Preditory behavior. it's all Victory locations. When you make your appointment, they won't tell the price difference until you get there. read more

I love being able to bring my vehicles into Victory. I know that they will look over my cars with care and make usre that I am getting things taken care of that need it- not like the other guys that fix stuff to increase thier bottom line! Don't go to these locations for a vehicle inspection if you're doing Uber & Lyft. They charge you an extra $20+ just to pencil whip a 1 page generic form that takes 60 secs, if you want an additional form for the other driver app. They don't pay Uber or Lyft a penny. read more

I was really impressed with the service at Victory Auto Service. I was a first time customer and they treated me very nicely, even got a free rental car while my windshield was being replaced! Unfortunately, I also asked them to do an oil change. For two months my car seemed fine. Then I noticed a small oil spot in my driveway. I crawled under the car and discovered about half the engine oil had spattered across the undercarriage which was caused by two screws missing from the oil pan. I thought this was odd because the sales associate recommended I bring the car back to have a small oil leak repaired as I was paying for my windshield/oil change on my first visit. I've run into shady mechanics before, being a woman who doesn't look like she knows anything about cars, but this place took a low blow at me and my car. There was no reason given as to why these screws were missing, and the sales associate assured me that the car had not shown significant oil leakage when I brought it in. The only thing that makes sense (and who ever said all mechanics are honest, especially if they put it on their billboard?!) is the mechanic took out screws to ensure a small leak would turn into a big problem, putting lots of money into the pockets of this business. Victory Auto Service will never touch my car again, and I suggest you go elsewhere if you don't want your car to be monkeyed with! read more

I have never been disappointed with the service at any Victory location. Not only are they fast and friendly, but will give you a loaner vehicle (if one is avaliable) free of charge. We had to bring in our car for a heater issue. They gave us a loaner for a week as we waited for the part to come in (as it was winter time and the windows would not defrost). No charge, just asked that we return it full of gas. Prices are very fair as well. read more

They used to be honest and trust worthy but not any more. I had my crank sensor replaced there on 9/20/2019 what a rip off. The average price for this job is $171 to $229 parts and labor. I supplied the part that costs about $70 and they charged me $307 but reduced it to $287 I see on the bill they allegedly cleaned two sensors which they did not have approval to do and charge me for. So sad I tried to keep my business local but never again to Victory will I go. Crooks as it were! read more

These guys are great here! I went to 3 different Kia dealers and they all quoted me $1200 and up for a repair that I needed. When I brought to victory they said we only needed one part and it would cost $350. Awesome. These guys are always pleasant and are honest. They tell you up front what you need and if you can or cannot drive the car. They send frequent reminders in the mail which is really helpful and they also give tons of discounts and opportunities to save money. I will always bring my car to these guys! read more
