This place destroyed the threads on my oil pan. They sent me home twice with a very leaky oil pan!! The only correct repair is to replace the oil pan. They wouldn't do it. They put in some kind of butterfly nut plug and then lost the metal nut inside the oil pan. AGAIN, they wouldn't drop the oil pan to get it. Just left metal in the oil pan and TOLD ME TO START THE CAR!. It gets worse and worse. Don't go here. They have untrained kids with power tools that will destroy your car. Their own manager told me this was the worst rated franchise operation in the area. TERRIBLE read more

I went to have my oil changed yesterday in Venice Florida. While I was in the car waiting the technician called the manager over saying I would not be going anywhere. He had damaged the oil pan. It cost 1200 dollars to get fixed after they broke it and now refuse to pay for the damage caused by them. They tried to say it was glued and that is why it broke. We have the parts and the information from the auto body shop that fixed it. That it was not glued and what likely happened is the new tech caused the damage. So me and my husband went like 3 days before to change oil on Camero but when I went back alone with the jeep the guy told me that I need a certain oil and now my jeep is running ruff not just that I have a 2011 jeep as a woman I feel like they up charge us for things because they feel like we don't know nothing but my husband is mad that I was over charged and now my jeep is not running like it use to. My husband said they didn't even put right oil in my car. Only good thing is that they friendly workers. Brought my 2017 Silverado in to be serviced and was met with a great attitude and an ice cold bottle of water. Nice touch indeed since my ac decided to crap out on me three days ago and its been in the mid 80"s these last few days. The service here was A+, at one point it felt like I had my very own "Pit Crew " working on my truck . Jackson number one was under the Hood topping off all my fluids , Jackson # 2 was yelling out all the correct levels while Cannon was running parts and supervising the safety protocols under and above the working areas of my truck. It was quite a sight how in unison these youngsters were working in random to complete all of the bulletpoints that my particular service entailed. These fellas crushed it,I would without a doubt have my trucks serviced again at this location and for sure recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their vehicle serviced. The owners of this shop lucked out when they hired these three young men and should recognize their worth. In todays day and age finding help in general is almost an impossible task but to find three fellas such as these guys that take pride in there work,its a sight to see. I think weekly drug testing at this location will greatly improve service. Despite twice asking for no other service than other than an oil and filter change, my windshield washer cap was removed before my eyes and returned broken without compensation or an apology. I felt verbally disrespected by three of the four employees that I encountered and was rushed out before the oil level was properly inspected by the dipstick. My engine developed a ticking noise that was not remedied for days until I was informed elsewhere that following a poor oil change, I needed to maintain 3,000 rpm for a few minutes to return oil to the neglected areas of the engine. I wonder how much of my engines life this shop has cost me. With another customer and three other employees present, the first employee that I talked to basically called me a liar, when I told him a oil change price quote if would provide my own oil and filter. The person who drained the oil said " EWW" when they lifted my hood despite me cleaning it less than a week prior and then said, "if it's your own oil then you change the oil yourself". My response now is that if I don't have a legal place to change the oil myself then I will just have to find a business where my cars specific needs are surely cared about. Despite there being no customers behind me and having been there less time than the other customer, the person who checked my dipstick after servicing had a temper tantrum after the second dipstick dip and did not even have the oil level anywhere close to the middle of the dipstick safe area that I had just requested immediately prior. After pulling out of their pit, I parked and waited 10 minutes before checking the oil myself before adding the correct amount indicated by the dipstick. I was was appalled by how close the oil level was to the minimum safe level. read more
