I took it into East Tennessee Ford for them to check it for me, as we were going back to Florida the next day and didn't want any unexpected surprises. Service Manager Joel took it right in and checked it for us within 10 minutes and declared all was well and we were good to go. He even refused payment and bid us a good trip home. We were so relieved to have had Joel do this for us. I don't know that we would have received this level of service if we had taken it to the dealer we bought it from!!

To get a new Key, Just the key it is $290.00 plus tax. then I have to pay for the key to be cut and then I have to get it programed. I did not ask what the rest of the price was as I new I was not going to pay these morons that kind of money. I have had Fords all my life and i am in my 70's I can tell you this I would never buy a ford product and I sure will never buy from East Tennessee Ford.
