I took it into East Tennessee Ford for them to check it for me, as we were going back to Florida the next day and didn't want any unexpected surprises. Service Manager Joel took it right in and checked it for us within 10 minutes and declared all was well and we were good to go. He even refused payment and bid us a good trip home. We were so relieved to have had Joel do this for us. I don't know that we would have received this level of service if we had taken it to the dealer we bought it from!!

The price seemed a little steep so I asked for a printed invoice. They charged $247.00 for road hazard. I told them I didn't want road hazard. They said that is the only way to get the discount. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to wait for corporate to refund it. Been a week no refund yet. Don't trust these crooks and the add on they sneak on your bill.
