The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done. Tony took the car out on the road to duplicate the driving conditions and diagnosed a failed wheel bearing; he called me with the diagnosis within two hours of my dropping off the car. The repair was completed efficiently and the price was well within the Internet-reported average for this repair despite the repair being done in the busy run-up to the Memorial Day weekend. Brittany kept in touch with me at every stage and they were upfront about the parts they wanted to use, the results of the post-repair alignment (which I chose to have them do), and gave me some things to watch for future repairs (even though they knew I wasn't likely to be back in Enid to have those done).
