Took my truck here for the second time. like their service. they keep you informed every step, showing oil levels, color of oil, filter status, etc. They are quick, friendly, and professional and even offered me some extra information on my brakes that was very helpful. My sister went there once and when they checked her oil they said it didn't really need changing yetis it was still light in color and she should come back in about 1000 miles. I've been here multiple times and every time the employees are helpful, kind, and have never made me feel stupid or try and scam me. As a woman who has no clue about cars I don't feel like I need to go read a book on cars to prove anyone wrong. I feel informed and taken care of every time I have to get my oil changed. Take 5 fried my battery and wouldn't fess up to it. They spent forever trying to change my cabin filter which was fine but the battery died bc my passenger door was left open for so long. So then they had to jump my car (which also wouldnt have been a big deal,) BUT they attempted to jump it incorrectly for a good while before they figured out they were doing it wrong and my battery was smoking and beeping loudly etc. right before my eyes. My (not very old) car died several times in the next couple of days and when I returned to complain, they refused to accept responsibility. I had to go to Auto Zone for a new battery and Auto Zone said they see this kind of scenario all the time. So long story short... Don't go to Take 5! read more

Took my F-150 up there for an oil change. The whole time I was there in the bay, the employees used foul language and talked about playing card games. I personally am not offended by the language, but I would be if I had children in the truck. Torwards the end one of the techs disappeared in front of my truck and I heard a loud noise and the truck shook. I thought it might have been something they were doing underneath. I paid 90 bucks and went home. When I got home I was shocked to see they had bent the brush guard on the front of my truck and never said a word! I called the store and the manager offered to discipline the employee. What about my truck? I had to fix that myself! And it's still a bit bent! I took my car here for a family member after having it checked out at a tire and repair outfit downtown. They didn't check the oil and only ran a computer code analysis. So I took it by Take 5 after just to be sure it had sufficient oil because it had been running irregularly the week before. Christian was the service manager and Elijah the technician. The found that it needed a lot of oil. They replaced the wipers which were worn and the air filters including the cabin filter which were filthy. It's definitely the quickest oil change service that I've ever had on a car. The two guys working there made it very simple to take care of my business with them. Service is excellent. They also show you the oil dipstick showing the oil level with the clear oil that was put in there. I'd return again if I didn't live in California. Went on July 17, 2021. Ram 1500 takes 7 qts of oil so there would be an additional $7 for each quart after 5 added to the $42.99 service I requested. Took about 30 mins all together. Was told they had a water pipe leak earlier and they could not print a window decal or a receipt because the water had damaged the printers. When I checked my debit card the following Tuesday, they had charged me $74.99 for the oil change and $20.00 for 2 additional qts of oil. Not a chance I will go back. read more

They always let you know the price of the oil change before they do it, so you're not surprised when they hand you the bill.
