I will say that the service was excellent. However, what didn't work for me and was a disappointment was their non-guaranteed cost estimate and the useless Jiffy Online (Bronco) coupons that their system didn't accept. 1. I came in for a synthetic oil-change and added on Brake Flush and Radiator Flush. Then upon paying the $350 charge, I presented a coupon that only applied in California (small print). So I came back 2-hours later to present a local $50 Off Bronco-Owned JL coupon. I was told they couldn't accept the coupon. 2. I already knew that I had a slight transmission leak. I was quoted $120. They had to order the part, so I returned the next day for the Trans service. Upon concluding and paying for the service, the bill came to $289. Unfortunately, I was not given a paper estimate the day before on my first visit. So the original verbal quote I received was not accepted by the manager. Again, I presented a $20 Off coupon for the transmission service. The system did not take it - and they simply applied a $15 Off promotion instead. Again, happy with the service overall, but the change of a quote price and non-usable coupon(s) were a big disappointment. It seemed like a typical automotive service/repair experience, where you come in for a simple oil-change and end up adding more and paying 3x-4x more!!! We go to the Taylors location because it is CONVENIENT. My wife's compressor was replaced March 26 and quit working yesterday on the hottest day of the year so far. Had to take it to Cherrydale to have diagnostics run as the Taylors location's equipment is not working. Now this is the same story I got a few months ago that their diagnostics wasn't working? Andrew Roberts was very professional in explaining that the NEW compressor is bad. Now because equipment at the Taylors location is not working we are going to be very inconvenienced trying to drop the car off at Cherrydale to have the work done. How do you operate without having this equipment? I hope this reaches the owner as we took time out early in the year to have this problem corrected before the HOT weather, now we have to take time out of our busy schedules again to take care of this problem. Your Taylors staff has been very cordial and professional also but again how do you operate with this diagnostic tool down several times. Has someone dropped the ball on replacing or repairing? I'd heard from some friends that things have gotten better here so I decided to give them another try (their location is convenient or me). The good news is that my friends were right. The staff were very courteous. The oil change I needed was done quickly. I asked them to look at the CV boots while they were under there and confirmed that all was fine (always a good test of honesty). My only complaint is that the price of the basic oil change has risen to almost $50. Some of their competitors have special offers in the $20-$25 range but they tend not to be quick change options. So, I decided the speed and convenience was worth the extra cash. Bottom line ... yes, I will now return to this location. read more

If you are going anywhere else besides here for you car service, you're missing out and probably getting ripped off. These guys are like NASCAR mechanics. When you pull in, 3-4 are instantly working on your vehicle. They are extremely thorough but fast as lightening. Every time I go here they take the time to explain what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost and options, no surprises. Great team! read more

This is an older location but the help was very professional and prompt. At 1:30 PM on a Tuesday afternoon there was no wait. The waiting room had a small TV and a unisex restroom. When coming west on Wade Hampton it's a quick left hand turn so make sure you immediate move into TV e left lane. read more

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. They came to my car ask me what I would like to have done open the door for me escorted me to the waiting area. Told me to help myself to coffee. They would get to my car in about 20 minutes. I believe it only took 10-15 min. He explain the different types of oil or If I'd like to use what was recommended for my vehicle. I chose the type I would like to use. They got started on my vehicle. They vacuumed it clean the windows. Checked my wipers, I was really very very satisfied with the work they did I will definitely be going back. read more

My boyfriend worked here for a year and a half . First problem started when he got his friend a job there and they started his friend at a higher hourly wage then my boyfriend . So my boyfriend went to the boss (not the manager) and told him , in which they said they would higher his pay and never did. My boyfriend then got a better offer at a car dealership and jiffy lube offered him another raise (on top of the one he didn't receive) to stay there and not take the other job . So my boyfriend stayed in which they gave him the first offered raise and said they would have to wait a little bit to do the next one, which never came of course . Then my boyfriends grandfather passed away and he had to take a little less than a week off to go to the funeral and wake because it was in West Virginia . About a month after , my boyfriend got sick and couldn't make it to work one day (doctors note was given ) and his manager (Melanie) threw in his face that "he just had time off" ( for his grandfathers funeral). Now a couple months later my boyfriend who is 19 years old by the way got left to close by himself and his car wouldn't start so he had to sit outside in the cold for almost two hours while I left work and came to jump his car . So the next day (a Friday) we had to go get a new battery since his battery was dead and my boyfriend also had to go to the doctor anyways for his anxiety meds . So he told her (The manager Melanie) that he had no way to work, after calling all his coworkers that she told him to call in which half of the workers there don't drive and the rest live about an hour away so they said they couldn't. He said that he could go to the doctors and get a note to make it excused and she said and I quote "note or not, you don't come in you are fired" . But what pisses us off more than the fact that he was fired for not having a way to get to work one day, is the fact that they have an employee working there that recently stole money out of their draw, which wasn't less than $100 , and they are letting him continue to work their whole he pays that back / works it off. read more

Talk about getting the "red carpet treatment", as soon as I arrived I was instantly attended to and knew they genuinely wanted me to feel like a V.I.P. They make just another chore that has to be done something to look forward to.
