Do NOT choose this location. If you have the time visit the location on pass rd in Biloxi instead. The pass rd location is my usual stop but I found myself with some time in Gulfport so I stopped in to get my oil changed. The price difference between the two locations is significant. The guy ringing me up said it was because pass rd is a franchise while Gulfport is a corporate store. Whatever the difference I learned my lesson. read more

I would stay away from this place, bunch of incompetent people that work there. You do not use a impact wrench on a basic 14mm bolt that holds the skid plate on. Cross threaded the bolts and played it off like nothing happen. The manager there should check up on his workers. read more

I used to go to Firestone but when I heard about how Take 5 is a drive thru oil change, it was life changing! Sometimes theres a line, but it's worth the wait. Nothing like just sitting in your car and drinking a complimentary water that they hand deliver to you. The staff is always super nice and the service is affordable. Convenience is very important in this day and age. Take five is genius! I'm surprised there aren't more drive-thru oil change businesses around here. read more

The person who assisted me was friendly but I feel dishonest. 1: the mileage he posted on my receipt was incorrect 2: he advised that I could on get the $89.99 oil not the economy for $59.99 3: he stated he put air in all my tires when he didn't. He only put air in my 2 left tires over inflating them. I will never use their services again. read more

I'm a sucker for nice employees. I went there a month or so ago,,can't remember exactly when. I needed to get air in my tires. Well I was reluctant to go there at first because I've never been to anything like this before and I'm glad I did. I was at the gas station next to it & I had seen 2 employees..I believe one was Will and I can't remember the other ones name..walking out. I felt bad about interrupting them on their way back to work but they were extremely nice enough to answer my questions. Once I pulled into get my car serviced, I apologized got interrupting Will's walk back. He was just so happy go lucky. I not only got everything taken care of quickly but they were very knowledgeable about their work! I will definitely take my car back to them! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and their work in general!! read more
