I came here first thing in the morning for an oil change. I was promptly greeted when I pulled up and the technician gave me a bottle of water. After being guided into the bay, the guys got me entered into the system and began my oil change. I got the Mobil 1 high mileage oil. All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay. Well the name is take 5 but it took about 30. I got a 6 qt oil change, new air filer, plug filter, a top off of all fluids, and new windshield wipers. I forgot the attendants names, but they were very attentive and explained everything they were going to do before they did the action. The pricing was decent and they have a variety of oil to choose from based on the mileage of your vehicle. I will return in the future. read more

Waited for ten minutes and they were serving customers out of order. Someone that pulled in after me was getting their oil changed immediately and I was still sitting there waiting. I moved the cone and exited the vehicle bay and went to the Valvoline down the street. read more

Please please please stay away from this place!!!!! Went here regularly for almost 2years it was great until the old shop manager disappeared. Now the young guys play and neglect your vehicle. I had an oil change recently they totally forgot to replace parts which resulted in my gasket having to be replaced. Never had any type issues with my vehicle at all!!!!! Shop manager was supposed to call me back since thanksgiving eve never heard antwent back he said they were busy he forgot????? Fast forward I get in contact with district manager who was supposed to meet me on Wednesday at location except a hour before he has an illness???? I go to a mechanic shop to get diagnosed $1480 to repair resulting from a simple scheduled oil change!!!!! Gonna reach back out today!!!!! This is horrible worst experience I've ever had im shouting from the mountain top stay away from this place!!!!!! Wish I could give 0stars contacted Bbb they've had quite a few complaints read more

My husband just returned from getting his oil changed. First off, they did not have the proper tool to remove the oil plug for his F150 but eventually got it off. When they finished the oil change they presented him with a bill for $97 AFTER they took off a $10 coupon. They said they only had 1 type of oil in stock & that is what it cost. This is outrageous, we will not be returning & recommend you get a price from them before they start any job or you could be scammed next. read more

Ray, Dallas, and Brian were on staff today and did an excellent and thurough job. Its a Saturday and we were pretty lucky it wasnt busy and took max 10 minutes to complete. They double checked their work and showed the dip stick to ensure us the oil level was GTG. When I showed up at the old change store they did not have my filter. I was totally fine with coming back in 30 minutes. When the tech came to my window I told him that the dealerships told me to make sure I did not allow them to put a synthetic oil in my car. I called the dealership after the fellow by the name of Caleb told me that that was not true. They verified what I said and when he came back to the window I told him to put the old that dealership told me needed to be in my car. At this time 15 minutes had passed. Instead of just doing as I instructed him to do with my new vehicle he insisted that he call the dealership himself because he did not believe me and said it could've been my boyfriend I was on the phone with. After calling the dealership and they again verified what type of oil went into my vehicle he explained to me that he didn't carry that type of oil and I had to wait yet another 30 minutes. At this point I'm in my car in the bay it's so hot that I could barely breathe. With my window down this gentleman continues to rage at me after me asking him to please stop. I was forced to sit in that bay for 40 minutes with the windows up in my car because he would not let me exit the vehicle. I've never been treated so horribly in my life these people will try to tell you to put oil in your car that is not recommended by the dealership. This gentleman refused to stop yelling at me.
