To update from the previous review, having taken the car in to get the coolant issue taken care of; Came in for an oil change and got it. It's what else they did that I had to later get Fixed; -They tried to push a coolant flush, and when I said no, disconnected the hose and loosened the radiator cap so that I would start leaking and come in anyways to get it flushed. They tried to overheat my engine on my car so that I would come back, and burn $150 more. -They used either the wrong type of impact wrench or tool, otherwise, to unscrew my oil reservoir - it sanded off the edges and made it so that I had to get a vice to open it otherwise. -They altered my wiper blades which, should have only been a year old and good to go - just something else they did to try and get me to buy something. Why they "needed" to mess with my WIPERS during an oil change, I only found out until after the fact. Keep an eye on specifically Tyler and Elijah if you do go, but, don't go At All if you can help it. They will actively try to sabotage your car so you need to come back for further service. I am only giving them One Star because I cannot give them -Any- Lower for trying to sabotage my vehicle and my livelihood from it. read more

Service is good, staff is friendly and helpful. All that aspect of this oil change place is very good. What isn't is good is how long it takes. They should change the name of this place to 45 min oil change. I have been here multiple times now and it never takes less than 30-45 minutes. And if it's hot outside, sitting in your car is pretty rough with no a/c. It would be better if they had a waiting area. Sitting your car for 45 min is not a 5 min oil change. read more

Wish I could give no stars. Worst Take 5 I've ever encountered. They close at 8 and I sat there from 6 to 7:15 and one car moved. They were then more worried about out picking up and leaving then attending to the customers. Not one person walked out to acknowledge me. This is the second try I gave them. First time they told me they ran out of oil. Not sure how they are still in business with crews like that running it. Stay far away from this place. read more

They do great work. But I was waiting (I was next in line) for almost 1 1/2 hrs. Once I got in, they were very quick to get the work done.

And these guys went downhill fast. First couple of times I went here. They were great. This past time I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes nobody said a word to me. Then they waved me in and again sat there for another 20 minutes. Nobody says a word to me. read more

Took over an hour (of which I missed two appointments) and staff had to look up a YouTube video on how to change the oil. The manager was so, so condescending and rude. Had to bring it to a mechanic today because one of his idiotic workers didn't put everything back properly. Best part- after all that they still asked for money! Would not recommend this place unless you want your car to die. read more

I went to this location for an oil change and am beyond satisfied and surprised with the quality of service. Garrett and Jared helped me and they were awesome! I came early in the day with a sleeping baby thinking he'd sleep through the whole thing, but he woke up about half way through and decided to lose his entire mind in the back seat. If you have littles you know how stressful that can be. Garrett talked to him through the window and got him to stop crying and both guys were just so kind. Outside of that, their customer service was amazing. They explained everything to me and didn't make me feel pressured into any purchases, and I even got a discount when buying 2 air filters on top of my oil change. I've been to other oil change places and had some pretty subpar service, but at least my oil was changed. At this location I not only got my oil changed, I also got excellent customer service and treated like they actually appreciated that I was there. I will definitely be back to this location for every oil change from now on and can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys for being so kind! read more

This location may be short staffed. The guys are typically knowledgeable and friendly but the wait is too long. I feel their prices are fair and so is the value. They have two guys here this morning and both work on one vehicle at a time. Could be a safety standard? Anyways, good service, fair prices, really really slow. And you can't drop off your vehicle. read more

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! A manager at this Take 5, Weston, changed my friend's oil and wrote a vile sexual note on the inside of her oil pan. She confronted him, and he denied it and was EXTREMELY dismissive and unapologetic to my poor friend. It's disgusting women still have to go through this, even when doing something as simple as getting their oil changed. I used to be a loyal customer but I will not be going here ever again. Got an oil change here and they had me in and out super quick. They verified everything with me as they went - what oil they were using, showed me the dipstick with the fresh oil, and the air filter. They also didn't try and up sell me on things I didn't need. They topped up all the fluids, and cleaned off the windshield when they were done. All the guys were super nice as well. The 1st time I came here I asked for conventional and they put in blended oil and charged me for it. I don't need lended as I do not drive very much. This time they said they were gonna put the same oil as last time which I agreed to. Fine, but when they already filled my truck up and ran my card and the guy was mumbling while showing me the receipt. Understandably, it is supposed to be a 5 minute oil change, in and out. So I got home and checked my receipt and saw Full synthetic $100. My oil changes have gone from $45 to $65 to $100 in less than a year. Not going back. On top of that they had spilled about a cup and a half of oil onto my pulley and undercarriage so now I have a puddle of oil on my driveway. Stopped by for the first and last time. Looks like the Team works better without Manager present. Pulled in the Manager was brief and you could tell he was frustrated. I pulled in the bay Ramon was extremely helpful. Once the manager went away service went through the roof. I believe the managers name is Aaron. Excellent service. Ramon and Gabriel did are oil change and took the time to reset the oil change reminder on the car dashboard. They even showed us the level of oil & quality after they were done changing the oil - first time ever. They even offered us a bottle of water for the road which was a really nice gesture especially in the middle of July. Did I mention that the oil change was done while we were in the car? There is also a Murphy Express gas station next door - great location. read more
