This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. But that may be because there isn't any way to check it. At least that is what I was told by the man servicing the car. He may be right. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. Then I would definitely come back But as of now I am uncertain if I will go back again.

"Quick Lube" is right because I was in and out with a coupon with a free car wash to boot. I missed some of the bells and whistles of other oil change places, like interior vacuuming and window washing, but the accessibility and speed was great!

This Muffler Man team went out of their way to find the parts and got the job done (with a minor set-back). Then we discovered a seal leak in the transfer case/transmission... but as we discovered during the initial fix, parts are very hard to find. This car tied up one of their repair bays for three days TWICE for a total of six days, while Rich searched the entire country for parts. Even after more damage the second time around, parts were found and the job was completed. AND because the second repair was under warranty I was not required to pay for parts... AND because Rich has a great team and superb customer service, I was not charged for labor, either. WOW! What more can I say? The second repair cost was ZERO! They also have great pricing on other services, like the muffler work they did on my other car and the full service oil change. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MUFFLER MAN SHOP.
