Made an appointment for the "Tidal Wave" service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee on October 2nd, 2020. A…read morevery disappointing experience. I paid $180 for that service which is to include washing, "claybaring", waxing and detailing. When told after waiting 4 plus hours that the car was ready, I found it to be very unsatisfactory. The washing was incomplete with obvious areas unwashed and driver and passenger floor pads soaking wet. The manager, Cody, acknowledged the various shortfalls and made efforts to correct the discrepancies which included not applying dressing to tires and other black trim. The excuse provided by Cody was that they had a new washer person who was on his second day. I was not offered any refund, partial or otherwise. After retuning home, I noted other areas (e.g. not cleaned after opening the rear upper tailgate window and dressing not applied to upper surfaces of roof rails). No evidence of any quality control procedures in place to insure a proper job before releasing to the customer. For $180, I expected a first class performance. I have had better results for $50! I hope they improve, but I will not be back.

Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

They fixed the actual issue, along with a few other things that needed to be done, and were honest and helpful throughout the whole process. I'm so grateful for their expertise and honesty! They charged another 328 to replace the the rear lateral bar. I cannot believe the predatory nature of this shop. A BBB complaint is going to be issued. Absolutely sickening.

They aren't the traditional auto repair shop with set appointments but will get you in as soon as possible and their pricing is the best there is! When you call they will typically say, "just get it here and we will take a look" so be prepared that they are not appointment guys but they will fix your car up better than any other shop! They also don't take credit cards so cash or checks only. Best repair shop out there hands down!
