I took my brand-new, four-day-old car through the car wash here, and I quickly noticed scratches on the windshield before I had even gotten it home. I brought it back to show the damages, and the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me, saying things like "only diamonds can scratch glass", and "it must be your windshield wipers." Even if the angle made sense, that would mean I had literal diamonds in my wiper! I filled out their damage report and was told I would be given a call, but that never happened. Thankfully insurance covered the repairs but this was a heartache on a brand new vehicle. I've had a good experience with oil changes here, but obviously will not be using the car wash again. read more

Their price for an oil change is cheaper than Performance Plus. Their car wash doesn't damage vehicles like Performance Plus and the car wash actually gets the back of my truck..... unlike Performancr Plus. I used to be a Vans girl but Performance Plus was SO TERRIBLE and their oil changes SO EXPENSIVE..... I found Fast Eddie's and now I'll stick to it! They are always nice and they do offer many things while I'm there, but if I decline they don't push and they are quick and helpful and their car wash isn't damaging the paint on my car like so many at Performance Plus these days. I went in for an oil change and the prices were almost double of what was said online. And he tried to tell me I would pay only $5 more with them which is not true. $65 at Fast Eddie's ($35 online) which they took down and don't have pricing online anymore and make their own pricing when you are there. So, I left and went to Vans Quick Lube and Wash for $40 and got an oil change with synthetic and a car wash included with pricing written on the website, location, and a loyalty discount every time I come back. I just came back from an oil change and won't be going back. The price of the oil change is high $63.53. In addition to that they neglected to affix my skid plate properly. I drove less than 1 block and it came off and only one screw was holding it in place. I was told that "the new guy" did it. I got out of my car and double checked to make sure all of the screws were in. Their attention to detail is lacking. We should be able to trust their work.... Not for me ever again. read more

Another one star review. These bastards took advantage of my 82 year old mother by talking her into getting her oil system "flushed." She was slightly over 3k miles but that doesn't matter much on a 2008 Honda Fit. I walked her through the Yelp app so she could find a more honest place to go to in Muskegon. All I wanted was an oil change. What I got was a line of BS about my oil being old and I should have come in sooner which meant that I would need to have the "system flushed" at an additional cost of $70 bringing my total to $130. When I complained, they gave me a discount of $10 and a coupon for $15 off my next oil change. I later learned that this was all malarkey (probably because I am an 83 year old woman). The employees are the most rude people I've encountered in my life. Without opening the hood, they gave me a quote for $69.99 for a synthetic blend oil change. As I was backing out, they demanded my mileage for "inventory purposes" after I inquired the reason for it. They continued to verbally accost me as I got out to shut my hood. I informed them that the dealership was $20 cheaper and told them good luck; the manager shouted "we do just fine." Don't even waste your time. You will not be happy. read more

First time here and my last. I went in for a car wash and oil change. I went to the car wash first and told the employee I needed an oil change as well. He paused and started to say something, but then stopped and took my money. After the wash, I went around the corner to get an oil change, which cost a high $63 by the way, and was told I could get a discount if I got a car wash.
