I didn't end up needing it. They just made it incredibly simple to buy a car. I rolled in with my old car on a Friday morning. I knew what I wanted, and the sales person took me out on a quick test drive while they did an appraisal on my trade in. Then came the part I was prepared for...the negotiation. I was ready to play hardball. To my surprise there was no foursquare. No pressure. No hard sale. I was able to easily negotiate to get the price where I wanted. During the negotiation the sales person told me regarding my offer "If we can't get it there, at least we can part as friends." The trade in price on my car was fair, and what I was expecting. The financing part, again, was simple. No hard sale on extras. Just sign a few papers. The whole process was so easy, in fact, that the most time consuming part was waiting for my new car to come back from getting washed and detailed! Beyond the buying experience, their service department is great as well. My wife has taken her Pontiac there for a couple of years. We will often call around and get pricing quotes from different garages, and Ballweg often has the best price for service and does quality work. Car dealerships have a reputation of being sleazy and manipulative in both sales and service to get the most from their customers. I'm happy to report that Ballweg does not have that reputation, and I look forward to more positive experiences with them.

I took a car there and had the motor replaced with a new motor straight from the factory with an 8yr warranty.First off it took 3 weeks for him to get around to it.....then THE DAY I PICKED IT UP I ONLY MADE IT ACROSS TOWN BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Then after only 2359 mi my car began to leak lots of oil so I took it back to wheel city motors when they told me it was the rear main seal. I contacted the engine manufacturer who said they sent a new seal with the motor and if it was bad they would cover parts and labor but if wheel city motors had not put on the new seal nothing was covered. Kevin refused to do any work till he knew who was paying for the fix and refused to take the car apart to figure out if it was the the new seal that failed or his mechanic was lazy and left the old seal on.IT IS REAL SIMPLE....FIX THE CAR!! IF THE NEW SEAL IS BAD YOU GET PAID BY THE WARRANTY NO PROBLE...IF ITS THE OLD SEAL THAT IS STILL ON IT YOU FIX YOUR OWN SCREW UP After all of this I went to pick up my car to take somewhere else i calmly told Kevin "I dont think you handled this situation correctly at all, you never once made me feel like you cared about me or my car just you wallet." You can go about 80 miles as long as you go under 50 so I proceeded along the highway and got off at the next exit, I used Waze to find the place and pull in there went in to talk to the young lady running the place. Her name was Carrie Ratz this young lady took great care of me. She said she would get me a tire which she would have by the next morning, and I suggested that she get me a cab to take me to enterprise where I would Rent-A-Car and continue my journey and on my way back the next day, I would pick up my car she made this out. She got the cab for me, Uber was useless arranged enterprise I couldn't get hold of them on my cell phone but she did on the landline and she had the car ready for me. On my way back the next day.
