After having my 2017 Bmw service there yesterday they gave me no consent or no acknowledgment. Other than after they done the oil change drain plug OK plug gasket replaced this car's had no oil conditions whatsoever. It gets parked in the same spot and driven every day since February it's 55 and older. I follow the warranty as they said on the paper I went down there to see the area manager could not see him. There's only one person on staff. I called corporate of course they're independently own. You have two things in life your word in your name now the vehicle cannot be driven. It's $4500 at Bmw. I've only driven it there and back since yesterday. I have to go into our Rental Car and I'm expecting someone to call me back. This is unnecessary. You are a franchise, but you are still an individual you are responsible for these actions of your employees read more

I know this is just m not me, but I will try to warn everyone, find somewhere else to get your oil serviced. I had taken my F150 there, no wrench for the filter, hold on we will run to the auto store to get one. Well the auto store didn't have one, so turned away. Took my C300 for an oil change, go thru the logging in, mileage, documenting the service, only to be told they didn't have a filter. Went there again as a follow up for my 150 and it was serviced. Called and spoke to someone about a filter for my C300. They didn't have one so I asked if I was to get a filter, would you change the oil, absolutely 100%! No problem. So I go and buy a filter and today go for the oil service only to be told they can't change the oil in any Mercedes cars. There are other options and I guess I should have moved on sooner but it was so convenient to my house. read more

I have been going to this location for about 3 years. I had to give a star to post a review. Recently, I had an oil change and wipers replaced. The manager struggled to snap in the driver's side wiper. Well, following day it was pouring rain and I turned on the wipers, that same wipers popped off, spun around and threw the arm back. It smacked back on my windshield and cracked it pretty badly ( about 1.5 foot crack). It sounded like a gun shot. I had to go to the local Auto Zone to buy a new wiper. I drove to back to this location to report the incident and they denied fixing the damaged windshield. I am appalled at the rude and dismissive attitude of the manager. She said the claim was denied. Poor work ethic and treating a loyal customer like crap! They Did Not do the right thing! read more

Came here and was very convenient, got to stay in my car. Prices are great, cheaper than the last oil place I went to. The staff were very friendly and informative. I felt very welcomed. Was given a cold water upon pulling up, they even offered juice for my daughter. They were fast and very reliable, and knowledgeable. They changed my oil, filled my fluids for everything, and even changed my air filter at a great price!! They filled my tires with air as well. I highly recommend this place!! I want to start off by saying this was just a weird experience. Non of the staff seemed to care about anyone, no one is in uniform so it just seemed like a bunch of random people worked here, I was not greeted or acknowledged until it was time for me to drive up. Spoke with one tech as he's showing me the prices for the oil change. The minute I said "economy" his demeanor changed, started telling another tech about my choice and bad talking about how I chose the cheaper one. Goes the oil change, I notice them with an empty oil jug with the bottom cut out trying to fitted with it where my oil is. I go ahead and was about to pay asked if they take Apple Pay and he said no flips over a paper and shows me a "No Apple Pay" sign. I advised him that's all I have so what else can I do, he and I coordinated my payment for. He goes to everyone and tells them, 5 guys. The one skinny tall one did something and he told him "you're sneaky" which was very weird. Mind you it's just my 5 year old and I, he comes over to me and asks me to turn on my car. I turn on my card to see that the " " sign and the check engine light is on. I advised the tech of this and he asked one of the other techs to clear the code but he "didn't know how to". I start driving off to smell smoking coming through my A/C, I pull over and there's oil everywhere! This isn't a local place for me either, a whole 30 min drive not including the traffic in that area. I called and no one answer d, called customer service to find out that this location is a franchise. The lady sent out a notice to give me a call. I get a call and spoke with someone Erran or whomever is the manager, he didn't seem like he cared about my problem. Tell me this is I was to have paid would they have cared? I will never again come here for several reasons. I had come here for a simple oil change that takes no more than 15 minutes to do and ended up taking 45 minutes. Ridiculous! I felt uncomfortable as three men kept staring at me while I was waiting. I brushed it off my shoulders and carried it on my day. I even sent my parents there to get an oil change before heading back home 1300 miles. I gave them a coupon to use. And the boy did the transaction without the coupon and my mom asked well could you refund the transaction and do it again with the discount. The boy rudely said No! I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. Professional team with PPE in place. never trying to oversell you on anything you don't need. $65 on average here with no additional add ons and they always try to find discounts or rebates to reduce the service if you're polite and friendly. You really do get what you pay for. This time, my oil change added up to about 75 dollars, and it was worth every penny. First, the staff were extremely nice and helpful about my car and just in general. Very delightful to chat with, made whatever wait I had very pleasant. Next, it was quick and efficient, as the name implies haha. I didn't have to leave the car either, which was nice (I know that's the point of the service, but I thought it was worth noting anyway). They weren't pushy about additional services either, just informing me about my car point blank. Last time I got an oil change before this one, it was at Walmart for about 40 dollars. There, I had to wait two hours even though I got there just as they opened, and when I got it redone here today, they told me that the people at Walmart had made the oil filter way too tight and if they weren't able to take it off, I'd have to go back to Walmart and have them take it off (luckily they were able to get it), and that last people had also damaged part of my car when they were changing the oil. So yeah, while it might have been cheaper at Walmart, but it was totally worth the extra I paid here to get the extraordinary service I did. Definitely going to be coming here in the future for my oil needs as long as I'm in town :) read more

Went in for oil change and employees hanging around chit chatting and smoking. Had to ask for service to break up the employees from playing around. Told them I only want oil change, don't touch anything else. First thing guy on my tires until I told him not to touch my tires. Then opening the air filter box under hood and I stopped him and again told them I only want an oil change and don't touch anything else. Next thing I know my truck is done and I go to pull out and I hear a crunch. They forgot to put all the bolts in the shroud under the engine. By now I'm so mad because all they were doing was playing around and not paying any attention to what they needed to be doing. I will never go back there. I would rate them a zero if I could. When I got home I rechecked everything because I know they did not. Horrible service and kids that know nothing for employees. read more

Not sure what's going on here today -- I've been getting oil changed here for 18 years under different business names -- today all the employees were out behind the building talking to a non-customer in a red Lexus with California plates and making the wait time to even get inside 5+ minutes -- the Lexus must be somebodies good friend -- but please save your conversations for after work or not to interfere with a paying customer Then when the rugby scrum of associates finally looks at my car they say they don't have the right oil filter and the only one they have for my car is an extra 11 bucks -- I said OK -- let's get it done -- then they find me the regularly priced filter -- I ask to talk to the manager and he's not here and they don't know his cell # or even the business # to this location -- I kinda think everybody needs a lesson in customer service and at the very least some business cards around from the absent manager -- we'll see if Aaron Miller ever calls me back read more

I was just charged nearly $100 for an oil change after being told that my car absolutely had to have the synthetic oil. I've looked it up in my owners manual and now realize that that was the same old take-advantage-of-the -next -driver -who -comes -in -BS that seems to define the auto mechanic industry. My car did not require full synthetic and indeed could have useD the conventional oil I REQUESTED. Congratulations on rook me out of a lot of money. You just lost yourself somebody who could've been a customer for the rest of her life. read more

I drove to Take 5 oil changes today in looking for a job. The guy who was working was helpful and gave me the number of the shop manager. He told me to call him around 12:30. I gave the shop manager a call and it sounded like he didn't even want to talk to me. I told him I was a college student who is graduating this year with a Business and Graphic Design degree and stated that I owned a company that specializes in rebuilding classic cars. He was rude and said he only needed full time work. I was unhappy of the way he spoke to me on the phone and will never bring business here. I've heard a lot of people say they've had bad experiences in rapid oil change places, and we have two in the past but this place is quite different. Was in Stuart on a business trip. I'd noticed my car running hot and taking a while to cool off for the past week or so. I pulled into a random parking lot to check my coolant, and realized I had pulled in to this oil change shop...This was ironic and awesome news because of my nails, I am unable to pop my own hood even though I know how to identify the coolant. (Lol) I was greeted at my car within 30 seconds of entering the parking lot! Just said I needed help popping my hood so I could check it out...they told me to pull forward and they'd check it out. Caleb and carlie came in like a Pitt crew and topped off my coolant and put some air in my tires free of charge. I got out of there in less than 2 minutes.... the least I could do is leave a review. They failed reinstall a metal skid plate on my truck. I noticed it was missing after I left and had to return and ask for the missing part. They offered to reinstall it with zip ties, as they had broken the clips that retain the bolts. The metal skid plate didn't need to be removed to change the oil. I expressed my concern when I heard the guy in the pit repeatedly and unnecessarily using an impact gun. Now, I have to buy replacement clips to reinstall the plate correctly. The manager did not apologize or offer to compensate for breaking the skid plate mounting hardware, not reinstalling the plate, not informing me of the damage, and keeping the skid plate until I discovered it was missing and asked for it back. read more

Today was the second time this week I have tried to get my oil changed at this location. I drove after work today, even asked to leave early so I wouldn't burden the employees for a last minute oil change before they closed. I showed up around 5:30 and waited for about 15 minutes outside. No one came out. I even tried to call them and no answer. As I was driving away I see through the window a man just sitting there on his phone, not bothering to get up. I understand people need breaks and would have been understanding if this was his break time, but he clearly wasn't getting up to communicate if that was the case. Sadly I had to leave for the second time without an oil change. Never coming back here again. read more
