There's only one person on staff. I called corporate of course they're independently own. You have two things in life your word in your name now the vehicle cannot be driven. It's $4500 at Bmw. I've only driven it there and back since yesterday. I have to go into our Rental Car and I'm expecting someone to call me back. This is unnecessary. You are a franchise, but you are still an individual you are responsible for these actions of your employees

Atlantic told me they tested the battery several times and could not find a problem but would exchange for a new one if it would make me feel more comfortable. They performed that service at no charge, much appreciated! I will repeat my experience thus far with Atlantic Tire is, they are very honest and would certainly recommend them.

This trip a new manager was trying to push multiple extra things for service. He did inform me the percentage of my brake pads and acted like I needed it done this service. I questioned it and kept pushing that he finally said it was more of a "warning" so I knew that the service would be needed in the near future. They informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. The timeline matched up that most likely it was needed. We negotiated a price because they originally quoted way too much. Overall, this past visit has me rethinking where I'll be taking my car for service. Being a woman and alone in the facility doesn't mean I am helpless when it comes to the service of my car.

Oil / Auto Service…read more Needed an oil change and did not feel like making an appointment so thought I would try Take-5 as I had driven by it a few times. This is a similar experience to any of the oil change places you may have been to in the past, such as Jiffy Lube. There are differences, primarily you just stay in your car while they do the work, which to me, is no problem. The staff are pretty knowledgeable, and seemed like they worked well together. The recommendation for the type of oil is based on the manufacturer and it would have been what I normally use, so no problem there. They use all synthetics which have their benefits but there are no other options if you are not a synthetic oil kind of guy. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience with no hard sell on filters / wiper blades etc., which was nice. I was in and out in about 15 minute mostly because they had to remove and reinstall my skid plate. Give it a shot if in the area.
