If you are like me- absolutely hate when I have a problem with my car. On my way home from the Y- felt driving was off. Sure enough- flat tire! Worked with insurance company to identify recommended companies- this was the closest. Talked with Joel to arrange an appointment for the next day (he called me)! Had me look on my door, gave him the measurements and bing- gave me three options! Went the next morning and had the tires replaced and serviced within 90 minutes- asked them for another service and they special ordered the fluid- serviced within an hour! Price was fair, customer service was good - fairly painless which is my gauge to judge car repairs! read more

I routinely take my car to Mavis/Tire Kingdom for my oil change and tire rotation. This location is less busy than the one near my home in Port St. Lucie so it is easier to get in and out. This trip a new manager was trying to push multiple extra things for service. He did inform me the percentage of my brake pads and acted like I needed it done this service. I questioned it and kept pushing that he finally said it was more of a "warning" so I knew that the service would be needed in the near future. They informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. The timeline matched up that most likely it was needed. We negotiated a price because they originally quoted way too much. Overall, this past visit has me rethinking where I'll be taking my car for service. Being a woman and alone in the facility doesn't mean I am helpless when it comes to the service of my car. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Came in to have 4 new tires fitted on my vehicle and left with all 4 of my brand new wheels jacked up & damaged. I paid $800 per wheel and they refuse to accommodate me for replacements. Go anywhere but here if you value decent customer service and integrity. read more

I had an appointment at 1. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. The person at the front desk was very busy doing paperwork and asked me to have a seat. He said he would come get me as soon as he could. Although there appeared to be little work, the person stayed busy with paperwork for the next 20 minutes. Having an appointment seemed to make little difference. Eventually, I left. Doubtful I'll ever return. read more

Made an appointment (oil/filter/new tires) (2022 ford f150) at this location showed up at 7:23 for an 8 AM appointment front counterperson Lisa (counter person) came out and advised that there were multiple people in front of me and nobody is even in the store as of yet to do any of the work apparently they open up at 8 AM even though the actual webpage itself showed they open at 7 AM. Excuses were given such as there's nobody at the establishment to do the work just because you have an appointment doesn't mean that you're going to get in when your appointment is slated for Lisa advised to read the fine print and there's two other individuals that are before me one of which had just pulled up and the other were not even there yet so it may take a while. I may want to leave the vehicle. In addition she advised this is not a quick change or tire rotation location other places that do that but we don't guarantee any timeframe on work being done. Lisa was very short and had nothing but excuses. I left at 7:45a I received a call at 7:58 inquiring on whether or not I was going to keep my appointment. I advise her that I'd wasted enough time there already and I'm going to another establishment that does oil, tire rotation, etc. and she basically hung up on me so I will not be using this kingdom or any other kingdom in the future as a result of this experience and also I've been to this kingdom twice prior. I had very good experiences, though she wasn't the associate at the front system which maybe that's a common denominator. I will not be utilizing this tire kingdom nor any tire kingdom in the future as a result of this experience, I would highly recommend people avoid this location as well. read more

Limped my truck in with a 1/2 bolt about an inch from the wall of my right rear tire. The team helped me put the spare on in the parking lot and I had a new tire and reinstalled within 2 days. I just moved to the area and this will be my tire shop for the foreseeable future. read more

Do not go here. Went to try and get a tire replaced under warranty for separated tread, a manufacturer defect. Shop manager refused to warranty it saying it was from my rear shocks needing to be replaced. Immediately went to my regular mechanic, said the shocks would have to be completely done for that to maybe cause the problem. But my shocks were fine. Tire kingdom is garbage and had no idea what they're doing. Just want to take your money. read more

Tire Kingdom at 1541 Hwy 1 in Stuart, used to be great, prior to it being purchased by Mavis. DO NOT go to them, for any kind of service, they will lie to your face and try to overcharge you. The worst customer service I have ever had from a company, the front desk girl, Lisa, should be fired!!! Mavis might want to check into what's really going on there!! When I asked about them taking care of the customer and honoring the warranty I purchased for my tires, she did state and I quote "Mavis only cares about profit, that's why Tire Kingdom was bought out". read more

This place is a dishonest business. They didn't fill my radiator back up, or break fuild. I was charged for 6 hrs labor and it was not worked on for 6hrs, I drive by to see how the progress was and my truck still was sitting out. And when i was called that it was completed it had been less than 4hrs ago when i went by. Thank God I check my fuild levels every few days because the amount of missing radiator fuild would had definitely messed my truck up. This day and age it's almost impossible to find a honest repair shop but let me help save u money and the hassle of wondering if this place is one, it's not... just don't bother. This was the worst tire kingdom I've ever been to in my entire life , i will never go back there again . I completely wasted my time and asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I Picked up my car 4 hours later and drove off to find out they didn't do anything to my car , they didn't perform any services but was very quick to charge me the fee. I spoke to the only woman in there and rather then trying to accommodate me for the inconvenience she was rude and accused me of trying to get a free oil change. These guys not only repaired my tire, but showed me the nail in my tire and even went a step further to show me that my previous mechanic has improperly repaired an existing leak. Women Beware! I went in last week by myself for a simple oil change and was told that I needed new brakes, my battery was failing and a new tire. The big guy with a cane made it seem like it had to be done ASAP and I shouldn't drive away without it being completed. I drove right to a competitor to get a second opinion (because it seemed very sketchy) and he made note that one tire would need to be replaced but the brake pads had give or take another 10,000 miles and the battery indicated NO issues. Then, I got a THIRD opinion and they said the same thing. The quote I received to fix all 3 things was astronomically higher from Tire Kingdom than the other 2 places as well. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman and I was alone and they tried to pull one over on me, but I am glad I stood my ground and got a second opinion. The front desk guy also made a note that they had met their goal on tires that day to me then to the guy I described above. read more

I scheduled a 2pm appointment for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. At the time of booking and at check in I told them I would be waiting in the waiting area. 30 minutes after my appointment time no one had said anything and my car was still in the parking lot. I asked the service writer if he could tell me how much longer it would be before they would even get my car into the bay. He said he had no idea and could not even estimate how long. At this point another woman in the waiting are said she was still waiting for her 1pm appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting I got my key back and left with my vehicle un serviced. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere where they have customer service. I will never waste my time here again. read more

Literally my heros. Picture this you're new to the neighborhood. You bring your car to a shop (not to be named) and they were supposed to put on new break pads and change your tire. They tell you "oops sorry, we don't have the parts for you & we don't have a tire for you either) Meanwhile you made this appointment a week in advance. Now you are scrambling to find a place to atleast get a new tire. Here is where Tire Kingdom comes in. I called them frantically on a Saturday. They told me to come right in. They gave me a new tire, and even showed me my old one , to show me what was causing the leak. (Loved this). Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. I then brought my car in for break pads a week or so later and they did a great job with that as well. Definitely would recommend them to anyone! read more

You have two to three customer service reps and two are busy and one that's fiddling away at the keyboard just speechless, expressionless. It's like HELLLLLO DO YOU SEE ME ? I HATE giving reviews like this but come on communication is the key here. So if you are not responsible for customers service then at least just at least acknowledge us and inform us that! It's so simple! The behavior to provide customers service excellence as professionals may need some more training to earn the five stars. My battery needed to be replaced and after a failed attempt at a different auto location they were willing to stay and replace my battery. They ruined the interior of my car!!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation had to go back 2nd time as they left the air filter on the floor in the passenger front seat. At that time he put the window sticker up reminding me of next oil change. When I got into my car, I didn't realize that the whole headliner and visor on the driver side was covered in motor oil. Went back a third time to show it to them they claim they didn't do it. Then tried to clean it with a dirty rag with Windex! They have totally ruined my car. I work as a nurse and my Lexus now looks like a work truck!!! read more

Understaffed, overworked, poor management. I took my new, clean vehicle in for fixing. After three days of sitting under a sap tree, the associates had no cure to my vehicle's problem. These were their responses: "I got my guy coming in today to take care of it." "I don't know what's wrong with it." I went to pick my vehicle up after no resolve, and my initially clean vehicle was now covered in tree sap. It took two power washes and a hand cleaning to clean my vehicle. Had a nail in my tire. They refused to plug but said they would patch it. The car was pulled into the garage and 20 minutes later I was told they could not find the service tech to do the work even though his car was still in the parking lot... very strange! Finally a mechanic looked at my tire and said it needed to be replaced even though it had plenty of tread left. I told them I wanted to leave. Took the car to Golden Gate Tire Service and they plugged the hole in 5 minutes for $8. With great service. I will never go back to Tire Kingdom! read more

Don't bother getting an alignment from this place, waste of time. Theres a reason they were the only shop in town with time to do it. I should have known better. My truck was slightly pulling to one side. Had it aligned only to now have a crooked steering wheel thats pulling way more than before. Had to get a refund, didn't want them touching my truck again. Even got it back with oil stains inside. So I wasted an hour of my day off to get my truck back worse than when I arrived and full of oil stains that I now have to deal with. To top it off the incompetent manager couldn't figure out how to get me a full refund. read more

Pretty disappointing. Came in for a screw in my tire. Was told my car needed an alignment which it didn't. But ok fine, do it. Now the car pulls hard to the left which it certainly didn't do before. The lack of care from the staff is obvious from the greasy hand prints all over the driver door, handle, steering wheel, and gear shifter. To top it off, I requested a phone call when it was finished so I could come pick it up which never came. Whenever my indicator light is on the dashboard, I stop in without an appt and they quickly correct the air pressure or remedy the situation. Today there was a screw in the tire. Although I didn't have an appt, they were able to get me in and out in 20 minutes. Very polite, cheery and the reason why I continue going there for my maintenance. Today Raj helped me. Do not go to this shop. Very unhelpful. I called the shop to ask the price of a battery and if they are able to install it for me and was told they had customers in the waiting room that they were waiting to accommodate so they would give my a call back. After not receiving a call back I drove to the shop and saw that there were not many customers and the mechanics were in fact not that busy. I would not recommend giving them your business go up a few doors down to CarTenders they are very polite and helpful. Not to be trusted as a serious engine diagnostic center. Unreliable and unsafe. A full copy of the tests performed and the results are NOT provided with the final bill and the testing is far from accurate. I was broken down on the side of the road within the hour after leaving (and having paid $365) due to the battery! This negligence is unacceptable and hazardous. The lack of accountability and customer service afterwards was even more insulting and typical of an establishment providing subpar work. The engine service here is untrustworthy and potentially dangerous. Do not risk your life for the promise of quick service. read more

Honestly terrible customer service. I have been saving money for new tires for my Wrangler for over a year, so when I finally had enough money to purchase them I was extremely excited. It was my first "big girl" purchase. I had been looking around at some different tire retailers for a little while and I finally decided to check out tire kingdom. I walked in and spoke to a sales rep named Jamie. He was awesome and helped my find the exact tires that fit my price range and gave me exactly what I was looking for in a tire. So far, it seemed that everything was going smoothly and the tires were ordered (due to the specific tires I chose not bring in stock at the store). The tires finally came in and I received a call from Jamie and we scheduled an appointment. I was super excited at this point and was counting down the days until my new tires would be installed. On the day of, I drove over ready and excited to finally get something that I had worked super hard for. When I walked in, Jamie was not in the front building but the General Manager Todd was. I was not greeted at all when I walked in despite the fact that I was the only person in the building besides him, which being a general manager you would expect that he would want to make sure that his customers were welcomed. After a couple minutes of me just awkwardly standing there, I finally walked up to the counter and said that I had an appointment and he very rudely extended his hand and said, "Dropping off." Not a hello, just very cold and demanding. I brushed it off and I handed him my keys and I realized afterwards that I parked kinda far away from the service area. So I walked up to the counter and apologized that I had parked in the wrong area and he, in a very rude and dismissive tone said, "It's fine." Not even making eye contact with me when he spoke. So I just kinda slowly walked away and Jamie came out and made me actually valued as a customer. As customers came in, the general manager would greet them with a smile and or accommodate them. I don't know if it was because I was a woman or of my young age, who knows but it didn't make me feel valued at all as a paying customer. Two hours pass and I was sitting in the waiting room and finally my car was ready! I was so excited to finally see what I had been anticipated for over a year. Normally, Tire Kingdom will take your previous tires and for a small charge dispose of them. I had decided that I wanted to keep my tires due to the fact that they still had at least 85% tread and I didn't want to waste them. I told them that I would like to keep my tires and if they did not all fit in the back trunk, I could come back and make another trip for them (as I live not but 10 minutes away). I walked out and immediately fell in love with how my tires looked! I was incredibly happy with everything and thennn I got into the drivers seat. I looked to my right and saw a tire very loosely wrapped sitting in my passengers seat when I had specifically said that if they did not all fit IN THE BACK that I could make another trip to come pick it up. Then I looked at my radio. One of the control knobs was completely knocked off. First of all, no one should have even been in the passengers side of my car. Second of all, why the hell was there a tire in my passengers seat in the first place. So I walk back in and tell Jamie and he immediately comes out and tries to help me find the missing pieces to my radio. Then after a couple minutes the General Manager came out and he looked pissed. He walked out and barked, "What's going on here." And we explained what happened. He got even more enraged and started aggressively throwing my seats back and forth trying to find the pieces. My car is a $30,000 car. It deserves to be treated with respect, as does anyone else's property. After about 20 minutes, I finally got fed up and it was very apparent that I was annoyed. When I would try and help find the pieces, the general manager would shove me out of the way. To sum it all up, I am still missing one piece from my car and was not reimbursed for the piece when I was told that if I bought it on my own I would be. Overall, I felt as if I was not valued as a customer and had a very bad experience with customer service. Jamie was amazing though and completely understanding of my frustration. However, the general manager really should brush up on his customer service skills. I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a place to buy new tires. read more

so I just got done getting an oil change, and I get in my truck and whoa the oil gauge reads zero, and check gauge light is on, go back in and explain it was not like this prior to me bringing it in, the man brings the truck back into the garage and comes back out and tells me "oh the sensor snapped off when we were changing the oil, the cars old it needs a new one" well sir it wasn't broken when I brought it in or when I got an oil change 6 months ago, so basically they are replacing it for free, I have to wait here on my time and day off while the part gets delivered and then put in, so all in all they wouldn't have said a damn thing to me if I didn't notice my gauge, that just screams sketchiness and absolutely no professionalism. Never going back here again. They'll probably delete my post but I'll post again. Go somewhere else for maintenance work on your vehicle, trust me. read more
