I was in for my fourth epidural spinal injection was treated very kindly and seated in the waiting…read moreroom after being dropped off by my ride only to find out my procedure was not authorized by the insurance even though they're anesthesia manager called me on the phone the night before and prepared me for everything that would be taking place the next day so being upset the procedure was not going to take place I had to call my neighbor to come back and pick me up because they will not allow you to have the procedure without having a ride to leave and watch you for the next 24 hours but shortly after finding out I was not scheduled the nurses tried to be nice and said you cannot wait in here you have to go wait outside that there would be more patients to be coming in soon there's about a 20 person waiting seating capacity and even with covid distancing there was room for at least 10 people and at the time only me and one other person was waiting I was a patient the other man was a ride for a patient after we refused to leave we were approached by three nurses and told we must leave I argued I am a patient I'm waiting for my ride do you want me to go stand outside in the cold weather especially with my back pains and they said yes you will have to wait outside I disagree with them and said I will wait right here until my ride gets here unless it starts getting crowded as you say with more patients due to arrive After waiting about 15 minutes and the nurses regrouping for their next approach probably to call security or the police me and the other gentleman went outside and waited in his car. I thought that we were treated very rude it might have been different if there were more people or patients arriving while we were there we waited about a half an hour in the parking lot no other patients came or went they just did not want us sitting in their waiting room. Even though the doctors are good I will not be returning there for any future procedures I do not feel that being put outside in 30° weather Thank God it was that raining or snowing to stand in the parking lot instead of in a nice warm empty waiting room.

And yeah, the building is pretty old, and it's clear the ER has been through some shit...but the service from the night time staff was incredible.
