As Dr Rudd had gotten to old in age to properly diagnos his patients. Sad but true. I have not really gotten to know the new people because it's always someone new everytime I visit which is about 2 to 3 times a year. Wish I could get to know one practitioner so they will at least know who you are when you've been coming there almost before they were born.

He was very rude and then belittled us in front of his office manager. He said if you need a PCP google it. Our reason for visiting his office was to get a test done on my husband's neuropathy and to make Dr. Willens our PCP but he refused that only because we were receiving homeopathic treatments before my husband's surgery to have his toe amputated. So Dr. Willens automatically assumed we only preferred homeopathic treatment and we specifically told him we were not going back to have their treatments done any more, but he would not listen. The ONLY nurse that has ever been so sweet to me is Elizabeth. I'm now 27 I've been going there since I was about 15 and after all these years I've finally had it. She listened to her patients attentively, the empathy expressed from her care was about the right amount. Unfortunately, in a later years she had a very unfriendly assistant who never smiled nor cared about patients. This PA got on my nerves so much that I wanted to quit coming, in addition to this reason, my insurance plan had changed in the past years and that my employer offers an exclusive annual checkup from EHE. I stopped coming to see doctor Abdelmalek for that reason but I have always been thinking about my good time with my former doctor (without that PA who never smiled nor cared). Her office did send me a follow up and I did explain the reason.

In the following year, I had symptoms of heart problems that led me to Vital Heart. I took a printout of my AZ test results with me, for them to review as part of my initial visit with them. Dr Marcy Lim was the Doctor that saw me. She was shocked when she reviewed the results, and immediately scheduled an evaluation for heart stints, with Dr David. I had over 90% blockage in at least one of the veins on my heart. Dr. David immediately preformed a procedure to place stints in the effected areas. The after care and follow up by my Doctors has been the best I've experienced from any healthcare provider. They are really amazing!
