Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. I had a great experience with Veronica when selling my house.
