In fact the staff is so professional if I owned Talavera I would give the staff 80 percent off their personal residence bill. Please beware! My apartment is infested with rodents. I do not recommend. The apartments are aware and want to charge me a $500 deposit to transfer apartments; knowing the apartment is infested. They are willing to transfer me but won't admit the apartment is infested. Also, keeping in mind that this has been going on for several months and NOTHING has happened. Pest control has been coming out for months but the problem is a systematic building issue. I've been seeing these insects in the apartment since November, 2025. I've put in work orders for months asking maintenance to clean out the larvae that continuously emerge from the light fixtures. Their reply is a complete lie. Burns Pest control are liars. Do not rent here. Shame on this company! Worst experience ever! Why pay for the $500 deposit when Talavera has shown no real effort to resolve the issue. True definition of a Slum Lord. Why should I trust them to do the right thing in the first place when they're not even doing the right thing now. They've been "working" with me well this has been going on for 9 months! I was told that I need proof of a social security card or the actual social security card when applying for a unit. I gave them a holding fee and the fee to run my background check. In the meantime I was unable to get time off to go to the social security office as I am a busy teacher getting ready for the new school year. I called them after a few days and left emails and recently a text to let them know that I wasn't able to supply the proof and therefore had to retract my application. I was told the money to run my credit was non-refundable even though my background check was never completed. If it's this much of a hassle before I'm in the unit, this was not going to be a good fit. As for the unit it was a good size in comparison to other apartments I have toured which are tiny.There is a good use of space and a two bedroom felt roomy however the kitchen is pretty small. The grounds were "meh" as there isn't desert landscaping but patchy dried grass throughout. The biggest perk is the walking path outside the complex. This was my biggest selling point; the girls in the office were very nice-no complaints there. I went to your a sister property; Monaco Park and was not told an official social security card would be necessary. Is Talavera staff rouge or is this actually a company rule? I reviewed this complex earlier as a warning to anyone who might be considering moving here. It was a loud, noisy, dirty dump. The still owe me my deposit and the overpayment of one thousand dollars I made my last month there. When I refused to take down the very accurate but horrendous review I gave them, they sent a notice to collectors saying I owe them 275.00. Which I absolutely do not. So in addition to being a place where your car will get stolen and broken into, your mailbox will be broken into and mail stolen, they may also make false financial reports regarding your credit. This complex is dangerous and management is inept. My apartment was burglarized shortly after management entered my apartment without notifying me while I was out of town (coincidence?). There was a flood in my apartment, which management never disclosed. I only learned that they had been in my apartment and that there was a flood by reviewing Ring footage. The Ring footage shows Becky (assistant property manager) and Keisha from maintenance in my apartment for 45 minutes. Becky took cleaning supplies from the apartment above mine to clean up the mess. I checked with those tenants, and they were not home at the time and not asked if those supplies could be used. Becky entered their apartment and helped herself to their things and never told them. Becky is seen in the Ring footage laughing because she thinks she is so clever. After I returned home to find my apartment burglarized and ransacked, the complex still did not disclose to me that there was a flood or that they had been in my apartment for 45 minutes. Ebony Hackett, the property manager, insinuated that the robbery was my fault and couldn't find it in herself to say sorry that it had happened. She was very dismissive of the situation and unwilling to help in any way. She wanted to charge me $50 to re-key my front door, and it took over 2 weeks to get a broken window in my bedroom replaced. She refused to take a window from an unrented unit because it would make it harder to rent that unit. Proof that they only care about getting you in and getting your money, and do not care about tenants at all. I had to beg them to board up my window, and maintenance finally agreed. I asked to speak to her supervisor, Roxanne, a Regional Director, Ebony told me that she refuses to speak to tenants and I would never get through to her. She was right, I called the corporate office and left a message for Roxanne about my experience, and later got a call from Ebony that Roxanne would not be addressing the issue and I had to deal with her. Aside from that terrible experience, my lease was not ready the day I was supposed to move in, despite several confirmation emails with Becky Olivas. I had to get a hotel room for 3 nights because they were unable to process my lease, which Becky had forgotten to do before my arrival (I watched her print my application while I was in her office). While I was waiting to sign my lease, I heard Ebony get off the phone with a tenant and call her a bitch. Both Ebony and Becky thought that was very funny. If you rent here, you can expect extremely cheap renovations (doors with 2.5 inch gaps at the bottom, eliminating any privacy you might want), cheap cabinetry and drawers with no handles, low tier appliances, and inefficient construction which makes your energy bill sky high all year round. You can also expect about $150 in miscellaneous fees each month, including a charge to tell you what those fees are. If someone lives above you, prepare to hear and feel every footstep they take. The pools are frequently broken or closed, often for stolen pool equipment (they'll email you and ask for any surveillance video to help, but they will never return the favor), and the gym is frequently missing equipment that has been stolen, or machines are broken. The gates are constantly broken, and when they do work, people frequently write the gate code on the keypad. When you move out, you can expect that they will keep the majority of your deposit, even if you do a walkthrough with management and maintenance and they confirm that there is nothing in need of repair or cleaning, as was my experience. After they charge you, they will not provide you with an itemized list of what your deposit was spent on. Although this complex is in the heart of Summerlin, I can guarantee you that it is the worst run complex in the area, and security is nonexistent. The management team are only out for your money, it's a complete cash grab for them. There are several complexes in the area that far exceed what Talavera has to offer. WOW! I can see why some people ended up ranting in their review because this place was not good! First let me start by saying, I came in a tad bit early for my appointment and she said she had to do another 10 minute tour so I needed to wait outside ? (not sure why as there were other workers in the building) but I mean not a big deal right, I just came back exactly at my appointment time which was at 5:30pm. She kept saying " I'll be with you" but said that 3 times and its reaching almost 30 minutes after my schedule tour time. She just was talking and laughing with the other people in the room and its almost approaching 6pm... which thats the time they close. Had to show my face again because i was about to leave, (because who is staying there 30 minute after their schedule time?) then she finally took me in, I'm not sure if she did all tours rushed or it was because she took so long that its closing time and she rushed it. But she gave me a sheet and did a virtual tour. I asked to see one in person , which the place was not that well kept. Had stains on the counter top. The walls had a lot of chips in it. Also had a weird smell. But thats where the tour ended. I wasn't shown the amenities , she only talked about them and said its her birthday and that she is still staying after to do more work, so maybe I could come another day where its not as busy for her? (I mean if y'all really that busy, why take appointments?) But if i really wanted to see the amenities that she can give me the gate code and I can drive around the place and view it myself. (I already wasted my time, and now she just wants to waste my gas.. yeah I think not). Anyways, to sum it up, it wasn't very welcoming, I could see in person people had a lot of issues with the property manager and the gate code is far and high that people had to constantly get out from thier car to punch the code in each time. So I'm giving it a 2 star because they still managed to make a apartment complex, had probably the best hot chocolate machine, and a good waiting room (got to experience that for a while) but sad to say that those 3 things would not make it worth it for the price nor dealing with the leasing office. This landscaping is so lazy and ugly, it used to be grass my pet loved it and so did I.. taking a walk was nice in the mornings seeing grass considering the fact that Vegas is all desert... it was one of the few apartments that had grass scenery in Las Vegas now this is what it looks like, for the price us new to the state paying high cost of living like come on! Plus ALOT has happened since moving here... People here are just so uneducated, I addressed issues with the management but of course they don't do anything about it... I lived in Talavera for one year 2023-2024. The apartment itself was cute, nice finishes and a modern look. For the price however, it did not meet expectations. There were a few problems within the apartment such as the closet doors would not stay on the railing that they slide on. The washer flooded my apartment and when maintenance came and "fixed" it, the washer flooded again, and had to call maintenance again. The Valet trash is a nice touch but again not for the price. I can say the complex is located in a great area, surrounded by walking trails and overall pretty quiet. Management enforces the no smoking rule which I loved. I was lucky to have an upstairs neighbor that was hardly home. I never used the pool or gym but they looked nice. I thought leaving the apartment was the worst experience due to the pretty unclear ways the property justifies taking your deposit. Due to me living there for one year, I was charged a painting fee. Now - I did not hang a single item on the wall. I kept the place looking better than when I found it. So when I inquired about this extra fee at lease end, I was told to look at the tiniest fine print on the document for exiting that said tenants are charged for painting fee unless they live here for 2 years. In my opinion, this is a great way to rob people. The staff was not exceptional nor terrible. However the manager (don't know her name but she is an African American woman who sits in the back and doesn't like to come out) was not a friendly person. If you can afford the prices here it may be worth it however I can't say I absolutely recommend it. read more

I definitely haven't used more water, in fact I was on vacation for a week this month, meaning I used less water. What's the chance the hedges will ever be trimmed again??? We moved here in September of 2015 and broke broke our lease in May 2016. This review is a little late, but it is accurate. The curb appeal of the community is normally good. It is very attractive to look at and the pools look great. The community has some great people living in and my wife and I loved the location and the layout of our loft apartment. Unfortunately, the loft apartment was also the first mistake we made there. The problem is that they only have 1 air vent upstairs which means the loft (which is the master bedroom) is always a minimum of 20 degrees hotter than the main level in the summer. In Vegas this is a huge problem!! There is no fix for this. The second problem is the maintenance team. They are all extremely nice, but incompetent. They replaced our dryer that did not work with one that did not even turn on, and then took two days to even bring us another used and beat up one. When we moved in our apartment was not painted, it was dirty, there were holes in the wall, trash from previous resident, and even clothes left in our apartment. Dirt was literally everywhere. Almost every time maintenance entered our apartment, they would leave nails and screws all over our carpet for our cat to eat and play with. Lastly there was Paki (community manager) who is perhaps the most disrespectful and clueless person we have ever met. He routinely ignore emails and does not return phone calls. When problems occur, he has excuses that are non-nonsensical. We once asked him why leaves had not been blown away for over a month and his response was that he cancelled the monthly service to save money. We are happy to have paid the lease break fee, however they also illegally and overcharge for carpet cleaning. Overall a great place to live if you like living in a slum lords apartment. read more

At first glance in pictures you think you are moving to a luxury community, but that is not the case. We live in a newly renovated unit that has some of most half done work I've ever seen. Nothing was cleaned when we moved in and dirty bathtubs, stuff stuck to the floor, baseboards that don't go to the fl. Our screen door is missing the screen and unattached to the frame. The office is very unhelpful when dealing with neighbor issues and there will be a lot of neighbor issues because a lot of low income people live back here. They tack on so much fees to your rent (I'm adding a pic to show you what you will actually be paying) my rent is 1298 and with all the fees I pay 1450 and that doesn't include electric. I have never lived somewhere that sewer and trash is not included. The valet trash is useless because there are tons of dumpsters around that I can take my trash to for free. Nobody picks up their dog poop, and neighbors are noisy. I would not recommend moving here. Also if customer service is something you are looking for you will not find that with Ana and Sarah in the office. They will mess with you and make you think you are the crazy one when you actually need something. The property management company alliance is also non responsive. BEWARE as they will also give you a lower rate when you move in and then raise your rates 300 or more at renewal time. Just stay away from here if you can read more

First let me emphasize that i love this apartment.and the the area the complex is located. That said there are many problems. The pool area is beautifully designed but unfortunately always filthy. The pool deck has not been cleaned in at least a year. The reason is given that all the power washers are broken. Also anyone can access the pool even if they don't live here. Some how the front gate and pool gate on the south side are always open. I'm not going to go around checking id's. Thousands are being spent on building repainting which is a nice touch and looks great but doesn't help keep the place clean. Since we live in a desert you would think we would want to conserve water since the lake is down 145 '. Wrong , lots of high maintenance water sucking green grass all over the complex. And I've seen the sprinklers running in the afternoons when the water can just evaporate. Not a cactus or Mesquite to be found. Let's discuss security. Personally i have never seen the night patrol, but I'm told he/she is out there. Sort of like big foot. My apartment was broken into may 30, of 2018. I came home at 2 am from work and my door was standing open. Security did show up that night but nothing was ever recovered . We also have beautiful wide traffic lanes and parking areas. Nice covered parking. Some folks do like to use the long straight areas for speed testing. Our new valet garbage pickup was supposed to help with the trash but the dumpsters are still overflowing. Then we have the landscape maintenance. At 7-7:30 am the man with the gas blower is out blowing around the pool making a beautiful symphony and blowing dust into the pool. Doesn't get the pool deck clean at all. This happens at least twice a week although I haven't got the schedule down yet. We could save money on grounds maintenance if we didn't have so many grass and bushes to trim. Maybe buy a new power washer. Overall there are lots of newer ,far cleaner, more environmentally friendlier Apartment complexes. I need to start looking. read more

Crime is rampant in Las Vegas - I get this. However, how a business responds is a true reflection of its values. Within this community, I had my vehicle broken into and, on the same morning, I heard someone outside my bedroom window at 530-545am. When I made some noise and looked outside, there was indeed someone lurking out there and when they noticed me, they left. I thought it may have been maintenance crew but then when I saw my car had been broken into, I realized the incidents were likely related. I later discovered that on the same night there had also been 2 additional vehicle break-ins as well as an apartment break-in while the single girl was home alone! Surely, this should result in some kind of notification to residents to be extra vigilant! I'm sorry to say, it did not. I called the management office and left a message. I also sent a follow-up email. Crickets from them, as per usual. SO - I stopped in on my way home from work. The employee working (not sure who she was but very friendly) was with a potential renter. I waited for her to finish but she stepped away from them for a moment to ask what I needed. I didn't want to interfere with a potential renter (now wish I would have) so we stepped to the side and I expressed my concern. She asked me to wait while she spoke with her manager. (Of note - throughout the leasing process, communication from the management office was pathetic and I had to go above them to the property management company to get my lease finalized - a red flag I wish I had heeded. I don't think the property manager likes me - for this reason). When the staff member returned, she asked my name. Surprise! When I told her my name, she explained that the manager was going to be LEAVING FOR THE DAY and DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DISCUSS THE CONCERNS I HAD REGARDING MY OWN SAFETY AS WELL AS THAT OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS!!! Astonishing. The following day, I sent an inquiry to the property management company and did not receive a response from them either. I continued to await some kind of community-wide notification of increased security patrols, to practice extra vigilance, and general awareness of potential break-ins (as we do in my healthcare place of employment). Nope. But don't leave your pet waste out - that will FOR SURE generate a nasty note. (insert eye roll here) Also related, despite receiving multiple messages asking residents to refrain from writing the gate code on the entrance post, it is still there. Unless it is being removed and continually written EXACTLY in the same place and print every single time, I do not think it has been removed. My nightly routine now includes barricading all of the doors and windows to my apartment, leaving signs on my car windows and ensuring my personal safety device is readily accessible at all times when home. Despite having personal property stolen, I feel fortunate that I am aware of what is happening and I can protect myself from whatever criminals are lurking outside my home at night. Not so fortunate for the other residents - which is why I'm writing this review. As I started this review, crime is everywhere. But the fact that multiple vehicle break-ins and an apartment break-in was not disclosed to residents in an effort to increase vigilance and safety tells you where this management company's values lie ($$$). I'm currently living in this horrendous community, since we moved here, we immediately knew it was a mistake. Extremely dirty place, police showing here every week due another problem in the community, we have got at least 5 packages stolen already (in 6 months from our front door). Administration is extremely negligent addressing any issue, if you report a basic situation like cleaning it can take up to a week for them to act, (off course that single time) so it seems that your responsibility is to report every week what is wrong in the community for somebody to actually care about it, aren't they supposed to check all this to provide a quality living (it would be amazing when you pay over $1500 USD/month). This week problem is neighbors renting their apartment on airb&b which we reported over a month ago (great for your family security) having new people at home every second day. Off course here you will find the usual excuse "if the issue is not related to the administration duties, there is nothing we can do about it" Looking for a gym?, don't even consider it!!! You better start lifting trash bags, the "gym" is a disaster. Thinking to move out of this hell? Sure just pay 2 month of rent to have the relief of securing your loved ones, because all this "is not related to the administration duties, there is nothing we can do about it" So here are your options: endure and stay in a living hell or pay so the business is still good. Joining the other honest one star ratings here. Mostly out of pettiness. I moved to nevada for health reasons and my job line-up wasn't the most reliable but I had steady income and proof of it. So everything was going well and the office agent I was dealing with was really nice and answered all my questions, reassuring me my application was 100% complete. The next day she calls me just to reconfirm and that the LEASE will be ready to SIGN tomorrow. So the week goes on with no calls or emails and I'm thinking "oh yay I finally have a place set for me to cleanly move to within the next two weeks. Let me just check in" just to double check some dates and details I call them and ask when am I able to tour, move in etc. The leasing office supervisor or one of the higher ones (totally unfriendly but polite) helps me this time and she starts to bring up an issue. "We can't read these pay stubs you don't have proof of income" of course I did I filled out the application which Anita, your best associate, helped me fill out. I re-sent the emails and attachments with all my info from my application and still, there was an issue with the quality of the image, or something different, and how my stubs looked suspicious to her. So my application had to be re-submitted to a different unit for another fee because within those few days where I thought my application was being processed and finalized for moving IT WAS TOURED AND RENTED TO ANOTHER RENTER NOT EVEN FROM ANY WAIT LIST OR ANYTHING. So yeah the UNCLEAR COMMUNICATION added extra stress I didn't need during these rough times. And mind you it took them A WHOLE MONTH to give me the refund I was due for my application. I came here on yelp to also gloat because the condo I live in now with a different leasing agency is SO MUCH MORE COZY than Talavera. And also their mailroom just got broken into the other day LOL (I'm sorry to those who were affected, I wish you find a better lease soon) so yeah disaster averted. My advice--Talaverra should really look into better security measures to reflect the high quality they really want to show off to their potential renters; especially when they scrutinize applicants (who already had another leasing agent accept their information and receive payment to process it) and clientele the way they do. Bad business practices simply put. Or just an untrained manager at the office that day. Anyway. Thank you for not accepting my proof of income, leasing office supervisor. You may have made it seem like the end of the world for me a couple months ago but thankfully BULLET DODGED. As the end of our lease approached, we became a bit worried, not wanting to leave the complex and then we stumbled across a three bedroom but only had a week to complete the transaction and three days to move in. I echo the sentiments of Jennifer B. and this place has gone waay downhill. Also the staff here seems to prefer to take care of new tenants over current residents. The headaches that come from dealing with the management is definitely NOT WORTH IT. 1. I once waited half an hour to get my mail and that was after I stood up and stared at the staff at their desks. Rude girl ignored me and eventually Brianna came out and help me and this other person. 2. I called the office line and was asked to wait so rude girl can find an answer. I was put on hold for 10 mins and then told by rude girl that she actually went off to help someone else and "what are you looking for again?" 3. I was told they don't accept personal checks for rent which I've done for the past two years. False information by rude girl! 4. Our car got BROKEN INTO while at the apartment over the weekend and when we went to the office to report it as a courtesy, we were not offered any sympathy. Instead the only thing they said is "we can't help you." Um, hello, we came in to tell you this happened as an FYI and not for any compensation. What kind of customer service is this? 5. Maintenance ground crew fired up chainsaws and lawnmowers at 6 AM!! Yes, that's right. 6 fking in the morning on a weekend. Which woke up everyone in the complex and everyone started yelling at the poor maintenance guy who was under order to make the grounds look nice because the owner is coming for inspection at the last minute. This apartment complex is nice but for the money that you pay, you would think they would have a better looking fitness room with equipment that works and is upgraded. I stepped onto the treadmill to do a run and the belt is loose and I nearly fell off the machine. There are no weights in there that are at least decent, old carpeting and worn out machines. Moved into an apartment here 2 months ago and it was a very smooth experience. Sergio from the leasing office is very professional and friendly, and he answered all my questions throughout the application and move in process. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and appeared to be newly remodeled. There were a couple of times recently when the water had to be turned off (a few hours each day) to fix a plumbing issue for the complex, but email and paper notices were sent out before each time. I wish I could give negative stars. This complex is running down since I've lived here and even at the beginning there were multiple miscommunication errors by the front, honestly I feel like they do not care about your wellbeing or safety; just profit. There are drug dealers who live here, drug addicts walking around, shootings apparently now too- joy, police calls constantly for domestic violence and other disturbances, the gates didn't work for months so anyone can walk in and out because ...you guessed it... ABSOLUTELY NO CAMERAS OR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TAKEN. You will be approached at your car and your home being hassled or asked for drugs. The front office will false accuse you of things AND call you a liar when you report instances you personally experienced. I'm a single female and I'm terrified to be alone at night here, which I have written them... response?? Oh you know the usual; 'well sorry you feel that way, nothing we can do.' ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL UNSAFE AND ABUSED BY THE FRONT OFFICE/MANAGEMENT/OWNERS!!!!! UPDATE: they're changing the gate code... which can literally be given out again to every Uber driver, etc. And of course they refuse any cameras because they believe this is somehow harmful to the complex!??? have this in writing if no one believes me. The Security Is a Joke The police have been to Broadstone Talavera at least 4-5 times within a 3 week time period and the ambulance at least 2 times...all for one resident. Each time the police are called, they stay about 20 minutes or so. During this time, the crying and/or screaming by this resident continues. Broadstone Talavera doesn't appear to be doing anything about this. Broadstone Talavera claims they added to their security patrol for greater visibility, but I've seen no signs of any security patrol within the last year. The front security gates have been wide open for 1-2 weeks...so there absolutely has been zero security. Usually the doors for pedestrians are unlocked as well. It is truly pathetic that Broadstone Talavera will only give a household ONE gate key (if you want to leave or enter the premises by foot or go to the gym, pool or mailbox). They make you pay a good amount for another gate key. Avoid this place if you value safety...or pool cleanliness, or trash not piling up in the dumpsters... read more

I totally agree with all these 1 star reviews. All the things that people have posted are true. Do not even think about renting here. The tenants are total trash, disrespectful, loud, do not keep their dogs on a leash. And do not pick up after their dogs!! No respect for good hard working decent people who actually have jobs and go to work. As I write this review I am listening to a dog cry and bark for hours coming from the building next to mine. I pay on time every single month and if I complain to the so-called management NOTHING is done. The staff in the office is rude and not helpful at all!! I am so ready to move, especially after they jacked up the rent!! The rent SO ridiculously outrageous for all the noise the neighbors continuely make, all the dog crap everywhere and people leaving trash outside of the dumpster. This is my update to my once 5 star reviews. This place has hit an all time low. I am afraid walking outside my apartment at night now to walk my dog. They are now allowing pitbulls to move in and the owners are not responsible dog owners. I was chased by a pitbull off the leash trying to attack my dog. Luckily we were able to run up the stairs as soon as the dog owner ran to catch it. I screamed you can't have pitbulls here. I did get his picture the next day while the dog was on a leash this time. I sent an email to Sarah the manager with no response yet. They are also forcing disabled retired Senior Citizens out by raising the rents to no longer accommodate us living on a budget. I had to beg to have my window fixed with numerous maintenance requests online. Sarah had the audacity to question my disability (which is against the law) because she saw me moving my couch. The couch was on sliders. I told her to Google them. There are breakins on a regular basis. 2 of my neighbors apartments were broken into. My other neighbor had his plates off his car stolen. Their so called Valet trash never gets picked up. Even though I have left it out during the 6-9pm time frame Sun-Thur. My downstair neighbor has a dog that is so aggressive she can barely hold it on a leash. It's a Rhodesian Ridgeback. She has already put Halloween decorations up on August 30th. There are mounds of dog feces everywhere because the new large breed dog owners never pick it up. The water is constantly being shut off for days with maintenance issues. I have had domestic violence by me, drug addicts leaving hypodermic needles laying around. This place had gone downhill so bad and they don't care. All nee maintenance workers too. You use to be able to do a maintenance request online and they would fix it within 24hrs. Now they send you an email saying it's being reviewed. Unfortunately because I live on a budget because I am on permanent disability and a senior citizen I can't really afford to move. read more

Didn't want to do this but this person has been parking like this for weeks now. It affects how the person next to them will park and next to that spot is a handicap spot. People are starting to park over the lines that give space for the handicap spot. That space is there so they have space to either open their door wider to get in or out, or to fit a wheelchair through. read more

The office staff are very attentive to the residents needs and issues (especially Lauren), lots a different choices on apt layouts, beautiful walking trail next to the complex, the grounds are well maintained, very pet friendly environment, 2 large pools with saunas and a well equipped gym. Where to start... absolutely no regard for safety of the community. The front gate for people to walk in is broken so you don't even need a key and it's been that way for MONTHS. The pool has been closed for three years then after renovations the city shut it down for improper chlorine care. The front office is entirely unresponsive. You can't contact them by phone because all you'll get is a voicemail and no call back. You can't message on the portal they insist on us using because again unresponsive. And you can't walk in because they always close the office for lunch or a meeting. Oh and if you do get a response you'll be lied to, gaslit, and they're just flat out rude. There's dead birds scattered throughout the community all over the place. Flooding streets from broken water lines. Packages get stolen off doorsteps regularly. There was a shooting in the community just a couple weeks ago that I had heard from other residents that the office (unshockingly) wasn't even answering phones to people trying to contact them. Mail boxes that are only open from 8am-5pm so good luck being able to get your mail in a timely manner. Residents constantly complaining to each other how their AC is broken, there's major plumbing issues in their apartments, and noise issues with other residents. On top of all those wonderful accommodations, they also raise the rent hundreds of dollars! They want to disguise themselves as this new "luxury" community, but the new management company has somehow made it even worse and more unsafe than it ever was. The old management company and people at the front office were responsive and cared so much more. This new company just wants to take your money then never talk to you again, no matter what the circumstances. Save yourself the migraines and the ulcers you'll develop because of the stress from living here. Live absolutely anywhere else. You'll be 1000% better off!!! If this review can stop even 1 person from giving these horrible people their money, then it's worth it. No response from them can help them come back from the absolute shit show of a complex they 'run'. The only place they're running it is directly into the toilet. I'm lucky that I'm finally out but it's also been some time and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. If it is possible for you to avoid living here then do it. I understand every complex has their own issues, but in other complexes at least they have things that make up for it. This place just has nothing but issues and absolutely no care for residents with nothing to make up for it, plus you'll be paying at least $200 more monthly than all your family and friends! This review is keeping it tame too and downplaying just how terrible they are. Residents have banded together to try and warn people who are touring the community not to move in and look anywhere else. Just to save themselves cause the residents there are already in it. No need for any other innocent person to be taken advantage of and treated like they're subhuman. read more

The moment my wife and I drove onto the property, I knew in my gut this was our new home. From the lush vibe of the landscaping to the Neo-classical desert colors and features, Broadstone Talavera stands head and shoulders above other Las Vegas apartment communities. We moved into a "classic" unit with older appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, but we couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional staff (Sarah and Ana are wonderful), great floor plans, updated floors, carpet, and paint, the flood of natural lighting and a small community vibe. read more

The front office is always extremely responsive and kind. They call and email in regards to all maintenance requests, and take the time to ask how each service has been. Sarah has been very helpful this last year, and is always quick to respond to any questions I have. Victoria is also such a ray of sunshine! She appears to know everyone by name, and is always very enthusiastic when I see her! I've had only good experiences with each of the front office staff which goes a long way in feeling taken care of. In addition to a welcoming and professional staff, the curb appeal is constantly being taken care of leaving the lot green all year long! The community has continued to be my favorite in Las Vegas. read more

It's very quiet here and that's a big thing for me I like having access to the trails and the location of the community but I moved into a dirty apartment so having to double clean and go out and purchase my own microwave because the one in the apartment is extremely messy and dirty and I can't get it to come clean is a hassle I can't pass judgment on maintenance as of yet but the one I continue to have an encounter with has an excuse for not being able to close my blinds and acts as if he doesn't wanna fix anything the rent here isn't cheap so simple things shouldn't be and issue with fixing read more
