It'll be my 3rd time donating today and I love it more and more every time I go! The staff is helpful, kind, and welcoming. The process is long the first time because of all the test they have to run to claim you a suitable donor, however after that it takes no more than an hour to get in & out. I love helping people & making a little extra side money! It's a win win for everyone. These people are awesome and friendly as hell all around awesome place unless you like needles and seeing your own blood, and getting cold after they pump the life giving blood out of your body multiple times then return to you in a more viscous plasma-form. I've been donating here for about 8 months now, every time I'm here I'm happy and excited to converse with the staff. Every employee here is always so happy and funny, they make each visit a memorable one. This place a way better and faster compared to the Texas Ave. location. I used to donate at this same facility like five years back and the screening process would take hours. Since grifols took over I barely sit down and my name is already being called for processing. The staff are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing in making your donation experience as comfortable as possible. Plenty of weekly and monthly promotions keep you wanting to donate. read more

The customer service was outstanding and the through-put was faster than you would think. Everyone I spoke to made sure I understood everything I was signing and was knowledgable. They have many promotions and money bonus and who doesn't like a place that wants to give you more money. I like this location because the people are always friendly and the wait time is nearly non existent. Came here to donate plasma for a good cause, the staff was super cool and briefed you on all that happens through the screening process. The screening process is very thorough to ensure only qualified personnel are able to donate. They even give you a prepaid card to pay you for your donation.
