Constantly call multiple times to get an update on a sample from my blood. They said it takes about 5-7 days. I've been calling all week and nobody seems to want to answer their phone. Just not worth going if they can't properly assist you and always complaining about there low staffed. Usually take about an hour or two just to even get in a chair when you have an assignment schedule. Had one for 10:30 and they'll tell me they're still doing 8 o'clock appointments. I still have yet to be updated about my sample. The phones must be on silent cause I call about 3 times a days and still have yet to hear from anybody or even from management. You are better going off to a facility that can properly answer their phones and assist you in a decent manor. Very unprofessional for a business to never answer their phone. I will be transferring to a better location where they answer their phones!!!! read more

They say to stay hydrated but by the looks of these moldy, dirty & disgusting water fountains I refuse to get sick due to their lack of cleaning. You would think a medical place taking care of our blood and their encouragement to keep hydrated would at least have proper cleaning and care for their water fountains. You test mold poisoning by blood. Imagine what happens to the plasma when we get mold poisoning from their own water fountain. Smh read more

They bribe people for 5 star ratings with candy bars. I like candy but not enough to lie for a branch this is slow as hell. The last two weeks my appointments take 2-3 hours. Donating plasma itself only takes 30-45 minutes but you sit in the lobby for hours, even though you had an appointment. I'm haven't had an issue with the payments, yet. read more

This was my first time donating and the staff were awful! I left before and did not donate due to lack of medical understanding by the staff and how rude and cold they were. I will not return to complete my first donation. I do not recommend this facility to anyone read more

I never got compensated after donating and when I called..must have been well over 100 times no lies, no one answered the phone not one time. They were not busy at all when I got there or before I left. How can places like this not answer the phone 1 time two hours before they close? I'm transferring as soon as I can because this center is full of crap. read more

Unfortunately they have become highly unorganized. New appointment system for donating plasma is also quite inconvenient.

Never have had an issue until the last two visits. Customer service was always top. Wait times were minimal and never had an issue with rude service at the front desk. I was gone for approximately two months. What has changed?! Front desk, and even one employee specifically, rude. Doesn't give two shits about you. Wait times for 45+ minutes?! Are you serious?? Lines out the door? What did you guys do that changed? I'm considering changing locations as this one has severely gone downhill. read more

At 3:45pm, as I am sitting within this Plasma center I have made the Supervisor/Manager aware that when I went to use there public fountains in the waiting area for everyone, mid sip I look down to find myself drinking from 1 of 2 fountains that quite literally has MOLD flaps growing across them. Not small traces of mold... full blown mold flaps that have been growing there for a month or more. (UPDATED REVIEW) So the manager just came back and gave me a genuine thank you for informing him of the issue and it has been taken care of. One can only hope it will remain clean but for now Grifols has proven themselves to be more than capable of handling a health issue complaint in a professional and timely manner. read more

I recently visited on Tuesday , i left due to personal reasons which i shared with the lady checking my vitals. I was recently informed that the same girl that was checking me in told another donor the reason for me leaving . I didn't think you were suppose to share information to another donor about a donor. This is something i will not tolerate. Therefore, i do not see myself going back to donate. I wouldn't want anymore information being told without my consent. read more

So, the young lady who's name I couldn't remember in my last review is name Brittany Porter. She's the CMS who made getting poked less stressful than I thought it would be. I had the pleasure of seeing her on my donation day, and so I got her name. Another stand out there is a CMS named Teresa LeSane. I was greeted by he,r upon my arrival. Seems to be acquainted with the regular donors there. She appears to be a very professional, and mature CMS, given the nature of her job and her possible age (23-26). Some employees I observed who I'm quite sure are older than she is, could learn from her demeanor as a employee of Grifols Plasma Industry. I'm sorry to here that Mr. Garcia is no longer an employee there. He was the reason that I did my original post. read more

So about yesterday donation: what I seen with my eyes is that the staff doesn't like to answer the telephone when I was waiting in the waiting room. Also, I encounter two very rude employees 1 which took my blood and wouldn't explain the process of what was going on, why I couldn't donation why would I come if I couldn't donation? But over the phone I spoke to someone and they said I would be able to donation and also give a sample, so basically I wasted my time because when I got there it was totally different. So, after I gave the sample I tried to talk to a short lady with short haircut and was rude as soon as I came in contact with her to ask why I couldn't give my donation and all she kept saying with an attitude was to call back 7-14 days. The only person that was very helpful and picked the phone as soon a as I called was a lady name Miss Becky she was amazing after being hung up on twice, she actually answer my question and gave me a understanding why I just had to give a sample. they need a better system. everytime i got in there's a 30+ minute wait. then it's takes someone 15+ minutes to even just hook you up to the machine or take you off. some of us do this before going to work for the day and can't do it because we expect it to only take an hour and a half and each time it's like you're there for 3 hours. i try and go earlier and earlier every time i've been here at opening and they'll have a line. think of a better system so people will continue to donate. read more

Only a couple of the people (I mean actually only 2 people, an older lady with short hair and a purple streak and an older guy who I think is bald?) working there are actually nice/decent. It's pretty nerve wracking when you go and it's your first time. I had an older guy for my physical and he made it really comfortable but I've been back a few times and everyone seems really short tempered and acts almost like you don't exist or gets mad that you're there.I'll go back maybe one more time to see if it's different but if it's not I'll go to Raleigh. read more
