I then went on my personal profile it let me make an appointment like nothing was wrong. I went in and upon arrival the computer told me to see employee. They told me that the blood tests had not come back yet, and that I would not be able to donate, and there would be no compensation for their mistake after I just made a 20 minute drive to get here.

Today, I walk in with another scheduled appointment to donate and now they're asking for your social security card, tax papers, or to fill it out on a paper. Of course I don't walk around with my social, and I don't trust writing it on paper with everything that's going on in the world. Find a better way to determine if a donor is donating multiple times in different locations. This was a complete waste of time. Not worth getting jabbed for a few bucks.

Just not worth going if they can't properly assist you and always complaining about there low staffed. Usually take about an hour or two just to even get in a chair when you have an assignment schedule. Had one for 10:30 and they'll tell me they're still doing 8 o'clock appointments. I still have yet to be updated about my sample. The phones must be on silent cause I call about 3 times a days and still have yet to hear from anybody or even from management. You are better going off to a facility that can properly answer their phones and assist you in a decent manor. Very unprofessional for a business to never answer their phone. I will be transferring to a better location where they answer their phones!!!!

I was fully prepared for a long wait, and while the start to finish process does take time it wasn't that bad. Everyone was so nice from the woman working the front desk, to the ones who did vitals, and Especially the two who did my actual physical, Amanda and unfortunately a guy was also present and I hate i can't remember his name(UPDATE: name was eddie!)but both made the experience just overall positive. They were very fun, cheerful and just took time talking to me about everyday stuff which was nice. I recommend donating here. Just be patient. They see a lot of people everyday :) the phlebotomist who poked me was great(antonio i think). did not hurt and made sure I was comfortable. I am in vet med and I probably talked his ears off Since I am a needle phobic and it took my mind off of what he was doing. he didn't seem to mind so thanks Antonio For your positivity and great stick UPDATE from my second visit since this review: Everyone was great EXCEPT my phlebotomist. She was extremely rude, sadly. I always try to talk to whomever is helping me because I actually am a needle phobic and it takes my mind off things. I tried small talk and she didn't respond. I noticed they were very busy and I asked her a question about if she liked her job. She looked at me like I killed her dog and responded with "Why are you asking me that?" in a tone like it was the dumbest question ever. I was taken back and just told her I was trying to take my mind off the huge needle about to go in my arm and she just says "oh." I'm pretty sure she mentioned my question to another phlebotomist like it was an insane question... I thought that was so weird. It's a pretty common question and her attitude from the jump to me just sucked. I am sorry you apparently hate your job. Everyone else was great to me. I'll keep my 5 star rating because one bad apple doesn't have to ruin the bunch. I'll be back to donate again and hope she is having a better day.

There is a couple others here that I can't wave down and say thank you to, but literally all of you, thank you. I'm scared of needles, and they work with you, they talk to you and make the iv insertion quick and easy. I literally for some reason get Samantha most of the time when I need disconnected, she's super fast and super kind. Thank you everyone. Typically a hour is all it takes PS, your first time will take about 2-3 hours but honestly it's worth it. They seriously kick ass
