I was so nervous, but she walked me through every single step of the process from start to finish, explained everything in detail, answered every question I had, and was completely transparent about pricing (which was AMAZING by the way!!!). She truly didn't miss a single detail. What stands out even more is how genuinely caring she is. Every appointment she asks about my kids, remembers things we've talked about, and actually listens. That means so much to me because it shows she truly cares about her clients as people, not just appointments. The really crazy thing was that Jayme's Salon has been there for 12 years, on Water Street across from Fred Meyer, where I had worked for the last 12 years, and I never knew it was there. It is a very clean salon and the Stylists are all very good. I like to sit and watch other people get their hair done. You can't go wrong seeing any Stylist there. She made me really nervous when she said she had to dry staighten my hair just to see it so she could cut it. I wish I would not of tipped her, but I really like the owner. Otherwise I would not of. My hair was very uneven and the way she styled it looked horrible, never once asked how I would like it styled or does this style work for me. I had several people comment on how uneven my hair was, I just wanted to cry. What made me the maddest besides my hair being uneven, is I had to go someplace else to get my hair evened out.
