I found Dr. Niki on Yelp that afternoon. She had 5.0-star reviews and was able to get me in the very next morning. I'm so relieved. Dr. Niki completely saved my smile. Dr. Niki made small, incredibly precise adjustments that made all the difference. She refined the top bulk shape, added subtle composite where needed, and buffed to a beautiful shine so the teeth blended with the others. The result is natural and I am no longer self-conscious What stood out is the level of care she puts into her work. Dr. Niki takes her time, is open minded, and involves you in the process by letting you check the progress along the way. That made me feel comfortable and confident. The other dentist kept telling me I couldn't look until he was done which by then it is too late. Dr. Niki wants to be a team and is very artistic in her approach. She genuinely cares about getting everything to look right, old-fashioned dentistry in a young doctor, not just pushing veneers, but carefully building and refining composite bonding if you select that route. One major difference I noticed was her attention to detail in polishing. Dr. Niki uses a full range of fine sanding and polishing discs to shape and finish the composite properly. That's something my previous dentist didn't have - he had limited discs, and it made all the difference... the final result has a natural luster instead of looking flat or bulky which he could not achieve because he did not have the variation of colors of discs. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth turned out. I wish I would've had her do the whole composite from the beginning rather than just fixing the other dentist's work. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of precision and care. I will list a few reasons as to why I gave this place one star. Starting off with the service. I called one day to make an appointment since my tooth was hurting. Keep in mind I had somewhere to be that day and wasn't planning on coming in. As I was on the phone trying to make an appointment, the receptionist had insisted on me coming in that hour to look at my teeth. I had explained how I didn't have time and that I wanted to come a different day, especially since the pain was manageable. But she was adamant with me coming in that day. So I prioritized my health over my other plans and stopped by to get my tooth checked out. When I got in the people were nice and took care of me. They did some x-rays, and even took a 3D image of my teeth. After getting my teeth checked, the doctor had explained how I should get a filling. No biggie , I just had to call them when I was ready to make an appointment for this service. The next day I looked at the service charged on my insurance and there were multiple charges of different x-rays that my insurance didn't cover. I'm no dentist but I didn't see a point of doing all sorts of different x-rays to assess my one tooth. For me it felt unnecessary and expensive. As I continued looking at the charges I noticed that I was charged for the 3D model of my teeth. At the moment of getting the 3D model I didn't think much about it, all they said was to open up and then they put the wand in my mouth to make the image. I don't think they thought once about me as a patient but rather it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation by doing a bunch of extra x-rays that I didn't exactly need as a way to increase their profit. The next day I called the receptionist and asked her about the charges. I was also charged an emergency service charge since I came in that day despite me wanting to come in another day. So, after explaining the situation the receptionist took off the emergency charge but I was still left having to pay a couple hundred for the x-rays they took that day. I explained how I was confused why they took a 3D image if they weren't making crowns or molds that would require a 3D model of my teeth, and the receptionist proceeds to tell me that I'm not getting crowns and how she was confused about my questions. All I was trying to do was understand the charges that were made, and she stated to get frustrated at my questions. So I asked if I could come in to talk with the doctor. She then explains how I have to make an appointment in order to do so. So I asked if it's free and she said that it would be $100 to speak with the doctor about the x-rays and charges. This was ridiculous to me given that I wanted to better understand the service they did. Overall, this situation felt like they took advantage of my situation leaving me paying for services that I still don't know why were done. To add to this, I did some further investigation and came across the Better Business Bureau, which is a non profit that accredits businesses. When looking at there business profile it read BABY STROLLERS. I don't know what this means but it seems off. The point of all this is to just caution you from getting scammed like I was. Proceed with caution when getting services done here!

Another dentist I consulted told me this outcome was not typical after routine fillings. I waited 6 months before writing this review because I was told the symptoms would improve during that time, but they did not. Instead of being treated appropriately, I was given an inadequate antibiotic dose (250 mg, which is not a standard adult dose for this type of infection) and was refused proper medication to manage the situation. Rather than helping me, I was told to go to the ER. That is unacceptable for a dental provider. If you're going to turn patients away in pain instead of treating them, you should not be seeing emergency cases at all. This office seems fine for very basic dentistry, but anything beyond that -- especially pain or urgent care -- you are on your own. There is no real support, no proper intervention, and no sense of urgency for patient suffering. If you're in pain, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
