This is my first time going to Cellular Fix Solutions. I will definitely return if any problems occur with my cell phone and spread the word to my friends. I will always request Andy. The reason I went to Cellular Fix Solution is because I although I could hear the ring, videos, and other sounds required, I could barely hear others talking on the phone athough they could hear me. Andy didn't try to sell me anything like others such as AT&T whom told me my cell phone could not be fixed and tried to convince me I need a new phone. I refused. Andy had my phone fixed within seconds and I requested a new case on my own. AT&T didn't even has the case I needed for my phone because the salesman said my phone was too old and buy a new phone from them or go to Amazon.
