In addition to my office visits, CORA has a great app that walks you through your at-home exercises with a person modeling the excercise, a timer and a rep counter. With this I had no excuse to skip my home exercises between appointments and progressed much faster as a result. I was previously warned by many (including my doctor) that I might need 6-9 months of PT to regain my full range of motion and strength, but my time with Andrew got me back in the pool quickly and gaining strength and range of motion each week. If you're willing to invest in yourself by showing up regularly, on time, and willing to do the work you will have a great experience.

It had ample parking and I found a spot quickly before my appointment. Good news, parking is free. When I went through the lobby someone greeted me and I was able to go to the 7th floor to check in. Check-in was easy, a gentleman checked me in, gave me a clipboard, to fill out some paperwork. I will say while the appointment isn't fun, at least you have a beautiful view of downtown and the river.

Was told by the scheduling staff that their manager told them I could not be seen there since I didn't have the surgery there. I will leave the name of the representative out of this review and hope they understand that that a life is more precious than money. The quality of care is a 0 in my eyes. They always answer all my questions in "Layman's Terms". Check in and preregistration process with Cynthia was quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable reviewing my insurance on file. 3D mammography in the Women's Imaging Dept done by Marcia. I appreciated her high level of care and attention to detail was outstanding! She was very thorough and you can tell she takes great pride in her career. She not only explained the entire process of what my visit was going to entail, but also showed empathy, knowledge and passion for the imaging industry. I am always impressed with her top notch service and compassion! I also appreciated that the radiologist reviewed my images while I was waiting and was given my results right away.... Win-Win!! ACR BI-RADS Category 1: Negative/No suspicious findings. The health care team always does a fabulous job following CDC guidelines. There are sanitation stations and the waiting area is immaculately clean. Do yourself a favor and go to Baptist Health Imaging for your annual mammography, ultrasound needs and spread the word to the ladies in your life that #mammograms save lives!

I was made to wait several weeks to get answers because the radiologist was on vacation. Even when the radiologist returned, no explanation or answers were offered as to why I was treated differently than usual protocol and why my report was deemed inconclusive despite my long standing patient medical records, and despite me being a long standing patient there. They demonstrated no care or concern. I emailed the CEO Ms Nicole Thomas and have yet to receive a response. No apology from anyone. I would warn patients of the scare tactics being used here. Please take the time to investigate and advocate for yourselves.

These folks are a life saver. I don't know what I would do without them. With their assistance…read moremy wife is able to stay in her own home with the husband she loves and avoid being placed in a nursing home. While they do not do the work, they pay local businesses to meet her needs: CNA home health aid, light cleaning service, one microwave meal a day, briefs, chucks, disposable gloves, cleaning wipes, a small monthly allotment for over the counter medications and vitamins, and 10 days a year of respite care for me. So, I know that she will always be well taken care of. I love the friendly professionals that come 3 days a week and make our lives much easier. I also take time to learn from these professionals so that I can attend her needs and house clean better myself. They have recently had a change in management and there has been a high turn over rate with those on the management level. Hopefully, this has ended as I highly respect her current case manager. I hope to be able to rewrite this section soon and give them 5 stars.

Before surgery, Scott Crawley helped guide me through prehab exercises focused on conditioning and strengthening my legs and quads. After each surgery, the team at Focus provided outstanding care, encouragement, and professionalism. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and supportive while still being highly professional. What surprised me most was the emotional support I received along with the physical therapy. Thanks to the team at Focus and my surgeon, Dr. John Redmond, I truly feel like I have a new lease on life with my new knees. Highly recommend!

I wasn't sure how effective physical therapy would be because I've never done it before but I learned the right exercises can really help. I had a few appointments with Scott and a few with Andrew. Both are really great with explaining why we're doing certain things and making sure the form is correct. We actually had a lot of fun in there fixing my shoulder. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.
