Took my iPhone X into the store to fix the LED screen and they were happy to do it. They also found that my battery was inflated. I was a bit hesitant at first because the cost seemed high, but I agreed to it. After getting my phone fixed here, there were so many things that went wrong: 1. The brightness was set at max at all times, even when I tried to turn it down 2. My phone began dying at 30% and couldn't hold a charge I took it back a month later to address the brightness issue. This was slightly fixed when he reseated the display, but still wouldn't dim as much as it normally should. This was within warranty so I was not charged for this service. I came back soon after (within 3 months) to get my battery fixed and they refused to help me replace it stating that I had no receipt (which they never provided at the time of transaction, but have my bank statement). They also said that I had to pay for a new battery if I wanted it to be replaced. Even with my inflated battery, I did not have the issue of it holding a charge or dying before it hit 5%. I am very unsatisfied with my service at this repair shop. I did not believe people when they said I should just get my phone fixed at Apple, but after this experience I will definitely not return. read more

I came to get my screen protector twice First time I had it installed .. the privacy protector cracked after 2 months . I came to purchase another one . And the second one cracked in 3 days . The younger gentleman refused to replace it . I told him I did not drop it or hit the phone . He refused to replace screen protector and blamed it one me instead. If you are ready to spend 250$ for a screen that doesn't response correctly, a screen that is not even clear (every pixel is blurry), a screen that is laggy when you scroll, come here and do the replacement. Store owner gave us a very cheap low quality screen at first for 200$. We weren't satisfied and then the owner wanted more money from us to do the upgrade for the screen. I came in to get my battery fixed on November 13th and they replaced my Iphone 11 battery in short order. They told me to go ahead and leave it in the charger from 33% to 100% and you would be good to go. 2 hrs later because I noticed my screen flickering and now I have green lines coming down my screen. When I called into tell them about the situation, they told me it was fine when I gave it to you and would not even offer to take a look at it. I get that they are not be liable once you leave the store, but I wish that they cared enough about their customers to diagnose the problem and at least offer a discounted rate to fix the phone. read more

my phone hasn't been the same since the clueless kid behind the counter worked on it. came in to fix a scratch on my camera and left with my camera not being able to focus. aside from that he up charged me tremendously and while i was waiting for my phone i saw the worker take a nice stroll to target to get some snacks. my phone took an hour longer to fix than he said it would and i believe that is the exact reason why. i'm surprised there wasn't cheetoh dust on it when he gave it back to me. definitely will not be going there again. read more

I think the negative reviews on here are truthfully unreasonable. People seem to be trying to pull a fast one or get more than agreed upon because of their entitlement bc I'm a repeat offender myself and they were definitely on me. It's a glass screen.. of course it's gonna break if you're careless with it, don't have a case, etc, and tempered glass screens are supposed to crack.. they're put in place for the purpose of absorbing the fall or impact to the regular screen. I have had more than one accident that needed fast and cheap repairs and each time I was relieved with how helpful and quick the service is. The owner also verified I needed both the screen and battery on one occasion while I waited with him to make the repair and he showed me what the issue was so I knew he wasn't pulling a fast one on me. When the alternative is ridiculously inflated prices through Apple, just bring it here and save the couple hundred bucks, especially if you're clumsy or an outdoorsy individual that might have another phone drop. read more
